The best restaurants in Whitwick North West Leicestershire East Midlands

A once warm and friendly tearoom is now a cold commercial business. We were seated in a room with a very noisy coffee machine and couldn't hear ourselves speak. The food was the biggest disappointment. Crusty granary replaced by a much Cheaper version. Nice Fresh ham with a plastic alternative. It was very disappointing and expensive. We won't be going back 👎👎👎👎👎

We received absolutely disgusting service from these guys, if I could would give them a minus 5 for customers service. We were told that our pizzas would be take 90 minutes to arrive. When they didn't arrive we struggled to ring through but once we spoke to someone we believe Adam, he was rude and unapologetic and he then told us it would take 30-40 minutes (which would take us to over a two hour wait), when I asked what they would do about it he said he would give us a free bottle of coke to our over £120 order. When it didn't arrive after the extra 40 minutes we tried to ring through and couldn't get through. They actually took 50 minutes extra so in total it tooks is 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. When they arrived the driver told us they had disconnected their phones and we found out we were missing £10 worth of chips. We will never use this restaurant again and will encourage everyone to steer clear of it . This was over two years ago
