They had no one manning the counter. Took ages for someone to come to attend to me. Handled my shawarma bread with bare hands - no gloves. Driest shawarma I have ever eaten. Won’t be going back.

We had food delivered. Ordered Adana kebab. Ordered over a certain amount and received a chicken dinner for free. The food was AMAZING! If we were staying in Aberdeen longer we would definitely order again.

Food never got delivered even after restaurant accepted the order. Phone lines unavailable and going straight to voicemail. Waiting for a refund from deliveroo. All in all, generally bad experience. Not trying again.

I tried a perfect Syrian Kabab in this restaurant , ideal for a family lunch (a 1 kilo kabab meat platter), enough for 3-5 persons. Just need a phone pre-order at least a couple of hours before pick up. The restaurant now is called Obie's not Zuhairat Alsham anymore.

Bought chicken wrap today. It was cold, meat had strange taste. 7,5 pounds thrown in the trash. Feel sick. And angry.

If you want cold doner meat on a cold wrap, this is the place to go. Wasn’t even served on a pitta bread, living on the reputation of the previous owners.

Ordered on Ubereats, delivered by the restaurant. But food never arrive, and the restaurant never answer the call. Avoid ordering in this restaurant.

Went in past on New years eve have been a few times and it's always been good, my friends and myself bought some pizzas and they were horrendous, ended up putting them all in the bin. Why would u put cheddar cheese on a pizza, totally ruined it for us. Where was the mozzarella??

Wasnt at all impressed with my kebab I had the mixed kebab I had a funny taste wont be back

Chicken shawarma was great, donner wasn't bad, someone said that he was ,, shocked,, cos they don't serve kebab in pitta bread, well i didn't care that much. Also like that you can eat your food inside.

First, this review is not based on one time experience. I have tried this place and gave it many chances. I wish I can give a rate of Zero, not even 1. Almost always, significant delay for 1hr+. Order arriver cold and oily. Today we ordered from Zuhayrat Alsham, and was supposed to arrive between 17:10 and 17:30. I called at 17:45, and the answer was (we prepared your order but waiting for driver to come back as we are busy). Called again at 18:00, still no driver........ Why are you guys accepting more orders if u don't have drivers. Why are u expecting us to accept cold, oily and food regeated for zillion time. Plus, the order is not right, the custom made pizza is probably customed by someone else. Not related to the one we ordered. Not a place I would recommed, and Never ever gonna try it again

This takeaway is the best one in Aberdeen. They have different types of Arabic, Turkish food and more. I got this mixed grilled from them and it was really delicious. They also have one of the most famous wraps which is Shawarma. You must visit if you go to Aberdeen.

Bad Experience withe an incomplete order. First time I called the restaurant they said that they will come back with the rest of my order, 40 minutes later I called again, the same person answered and told me that my address is too far and they can't send someone else ( note that they had already charged me £3.5 for the delivery and my house is less than 20 min. drive from the restaurant) and offered a 10% discount on my next order. When I said that I would rather have the rest of my order, they said that it is not worth sending someone else out for delivery (Very Respectful!!). When I told the restaurant that I will write this in my review they didn't seem to care much. Probably because I ordered through their website and not a delivery app. Definetly not ordering from this restaursnt again.

If you're hammered you won't notice. If you're sober the food is diabolical and will give you wind for 24hrs. Who serves a doner kebab with no pitta bread??? These guys!

Only had the chicken pakora's but they were massive tender and the chilli sauce was great too.

Portions are too good especially the manger is too nice.

Terrible experience, waited over 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery. I phoned twice to ask how long and confirmed on phone on two occasions what my order was yet it still turned up without a single correct part of the order. The food that turned up was terrible too. Really really bad. Won’t ever order from here again.

Shocking worst kebab handed to me in Aberdeen,payed 7 pound small donner a wee snack before work felt rip off straight away stone cold had 2 more bites the guy did not even put a nan in the box, so went back the wee guys attitude shocking got my money back and will not return first and last vist

A superb meal very perfect and one of the most delicious I ever have. More than this the customer service is excellent. I am from Sheffield first visit to this takeaway but remarkable memories will go with me back to home town. Well done,lovely people from Aberdeen.

Some of the best Arabic/Levantine food I've had in the U.K. Outstanding service and generous portions, a must if you're in Aberdeen and want authentic Middle Eastern food.

I newly moved to Aberdeen , I looked for authentic middle eastern food and I came across this place . The food was amazing had the shish tawook , hummus, tabola was very flavourful! I also ordered pizza and a cheese burger , the burger was amazing so rich and the sauce made it even tastier .. the person who delivered the food was such a gentleman, surly ill be coming back !

Incredibly friendly! Very tasty - some of our dinner felt like it should be in a fancy restaurant rather than in polystyrene boxes. Forgot my mask and they kindly offered me a spare and a free juice.

EDIT: Food not as good as the beginning. Meat is always undercooked unfortunately and doesnt seem like anyone has experience there anymore Everything from the rice and bread to the meat tasted like proper traditional middle eastern food. Aberdeen has been lacking something like this for a long time. The food truly has the rizq of Allah :)

If there was an option for 10 stars, I would’ve given it to this place. It has DELICIOUS food, great quick service, warm atmosphere and great prices. I highly recommend it. It also offers home delivery. Really a great experience that you would always to repeat.
