My food was not delivered and I haven’t been given a refund

Very poor value for money. My order came to a total of £25 and I did not get a lot for my money. The pizza itself was tasty but tiny and not much topping. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

Excellent delivery time. Didn't expect to be eating so late so chose pizza as it was quick. It was very fast but an average pizza for an outrageous price. Just as well my company will be paying!

The taste was absolutely lovely

Tater tots weren’t cooked, pizza was doughy and soggy, couldn’t eat it. Garlic bread was ok but rest got binned

I had to put on my reading glasses to see the toppings hardly any toppings at all on pizza for what you have to pay

Delivery was quick, deliverer was friendly and the food was great.

under cooked pizza again last time 4 me the food used to be good but latetley its boon poor very poor this will be the last time

opened the pizza box and was shocked at how little toppings there was on it. there next next to nothing apart from cheese. won't be ordering another from here.

Me and my mates come here every Tuesday and the food is always great and service is good

Garden Party Pizza with Stuffed Crust one of my favourite from Papa John's had the XXL one today 🤩

I visited this Papa Johns tonight for a takeaway on the 10.01.24 and ordered a Garlic Bread with Cheese and it was absolutely terrible,there wasn’t any cheese on the bread and it was flavourless,I also ordered a Hawaiian pizza Ham and Pineapple and again there wasn’t any Cheese on the pizza there was 9 pieces of Pineapple this meal was £17.50 and it was terrible I don’t mind paying for food when it’s good but you are not giving your costumers a good deal for their money I will not be returning to your premises again 👎

I visited this place tonight on the 10.01.24,I ordered a Garlic Bread with Cheese it was terrible there wasn’t any cheese on the Garlic bread and it was dry,I also ordered a Hawaiian Pizza which is Ham and Pineapple there wasn’t any cheese on the Pizza and there was 9 pieces of Pineapple on it this meal came to £17.50 and I have to say it was terrible I will not visit this place for food ever again.👎

Just had my November 2023 Bank Statement and have found that Papa Johns (Great Norther Road, Aberdeen), have continued with a Debit for £26.68 ~ The Order was made on the 18th November 2023 via the Papa John Website (Order #70267230), I phoned the shop twice and was told they had Issues with their Ordering System. I was told that once the Orders had been received I would recieve my Pizza, I waiting another 2 hours and no order arrived ~ If you check your Order System that no order #70267230 was either made or delivered. How can it be right that Papa Johns continue with collecting a Debit Card Transaction when they have had issues and been unable to honour orders?

We just ordered pizza from here last night. Food was great, no problems whatsoever and still warm on delivery. The only one thing they need to improve on is the app for tracking your food. It told us we had her food already which made us call the store to ask what was happening as we never did but was told the driver would be 10 minutes so maybe that is normal routine For them to Mark the order has delivered for their rating system. I’m not too sure.

Fast delivery, lovely and hot and very tasty.

The delivery time was fast... maybe too fast, as we were delivered the wrong pizza. It was similar in that I ordered a spicy American with extra beef, but received a Mexican. Someone out there got a much better pizza... you're welcome! I could have phoned and complained, but we were heading out and had already taken a bite before we noticed, (when you're hungry you've just gotta dive in). The pizza itself was decent enough, as you'd expect, just not the one we wanted and paid an extra £1.70 (a bit steep) for an additional topping we didn't get. So, overall, left disappointed.

The delivery time was alright, it was bang on the tail end of the estimate bur the food was all hot. However the quality of the food was subpar at best. The pizzas were okay, some slices basically had no cheese at all. The cheese tots where ridiculous - basically no cheese whatsoever and 5 bits of bacon. We won't be back

Food never turned up. App states. “Enjoy your food” when previously saying it was on its way.

Easy to oder and tasty food Come with in given time

Over an hour late (1hr 50 total time). No-one answering the phone to get any updates. Food must have travelled on the roof rack judging by the temperature of it. Claimed the big hotel with massive illuminated pink letters on the front was hard to find (even after pinpointing it on the map). Chicken poppers looks a little pink but I'm beyond caring, salmonella might make this experience a little better. Gonna book a holiday to Baghdad to cheer myself up. Cheers John.

Requested for the chicken to roasted to crispy, but they weren't. Don't really enjoy chicken, not roasted well, so I didn't enjoy the chicken at all. Disappointed

Much more expensive to order on just eat than to get from the shop itself. £7 difference for 1 large pizza

Took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver. Was only when i called that seconds later the notification said was out for delivery. Which still tool 35 minutes.

The pizza is great. But I'm extremely unhappy that before paying for my meal, it was estimated that it would be with me in 20-35 minutes. Once paid this time jumped up to 60-90 minutes!!!!! Shockingly mislead, and of course there's no way of cancelling, this I was left waiting for a pizza for double the initial time quoted. Thoroughly unimpressed by Just Eat.

We waited over 3 hours for our delivery, it was due to be here at 12:15 and arrive 2pm. i had 30 members of staff left waiting for there order. and once the food arrived it was cold! i was lied to multiple times on the time the food had left and they ended up not picking up my phone calls to find out where the food was. Overall this is the worst experience i have had with a delivery company. so disappointing after spending £138 on food! if you do not have the staff drivers to facilitate and order do not take the order!!!!!

Food arrived an hour after I ordered. My cinnamon rolls are just plain dough. Garlic pizza overcook. Too tired to call back for a refund.

Fantastic food, pizza was spot on.

Pizza was cold, called restaurant advised he was very busy and basically no point in sending me a replacement as it would take too long! Offered credit but I’m not in Aberdeen a lot eventually given refund but this will take over a week, complained on just eat as well, will see if I get anything back, spent over 25pound waste money

Phones are being answered(after multiple attempts) by non-english speakers who can't even take a postcode let alone understand a question regarding where a late online order was despite the tracker app having said its been delivered (on its set time funnily enough) and 45 minutes later and still no food. Will not be using this one again.

Was delivered to wrong address I never got my food

Had to wait 2 hours after phoning twice. Said on app that it was in quality control for an hour! Turned up and wish that hadn't ordered in the end. Will NEVER order from them again!

The staff was very friendly and they have a very good promotion, however the pizza was not very good for the price and cinnamon rolls were very dry and doughy with absolutely no flavour.

There was a legacy address note incorrectly filled in on the site which I hadn’t noticed. Fortunately it was around the corner from the delivery address. The driver went out of his way to telephone me and discovered the error. He kindly came to the new address to complete the delivery. Very happy impressive and commendable approach.

Pizza's were look warm on arrival but tasty

Place is 10 mins drive from house. All of the order was cold so had to turn oven on to heat it all up. Had 2 extra toppings which is just as well as all the toppings were meagre. On top of that as I paid the bill there was a 50p service charge which as I had to heat everything up was a cheek! Will not order from them again.

Great menu choice, great service and delivered on time. Received call to say driver was nearly at the hotel and food was hot.

1 hour estimated delivery, turned into 1 hour 20 mins. Appreciate there was snow but the shop is 6 mins from my house. Pizza was freezing.

First ever vegan pizza and sides and absolutely loved it! Arrived early and hot! Highly recommend.

It was about 20-35 mins late but the food quality is just amazing and its more than worth to wait about 2hrs for it!!!

Food was in transit for over 40 minutes and stone cold when it arrived.

We ordered a pizza online, they sent the wrong one. When we opened it and realised, we phoned the branch immediately and explained we couldn't accept it due to dietary requirements. The person we spoke to apologised and said they would sent the correct one immediately. We called 45 minutes later and spoke to the "Radu" who said he was the manager. He insisted it had been sent out but acknowledged it hadn't been delivered. He refused to refund us. This guy is unbelievable. I will never order from here again

The guy comes late 30 min and after that he dropped the pizza on the floor he couldn’t wait 2 sec for me, after I wait 30 min more then unusually.. but the pizza was nice
