This might seem like a silly review, but I just want to make people aware of my experience. I ordered one vanilla and one strawberry milkshake, but when I received my order, both drinks were pink in colour, which seemed like two strawberry milkshakes. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted that one was vanilla and the other was strawberry. However, when I explained that it didn’t seem right, they simply ignored my concern. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously in the future.

The staff were really nice and kind. The food was ready really quickly and displayed amazingly. Highly recommend a visit.

I cant rate the staff or the restaurant. We ordered the fudge cake and what arrived was a tray bake that was dry and not fudgey. Would not rate.

Only place open for a late night delivery to an airport hotel and didn't disappoint. Food arrived sooner than expected with a friendly driver. Milkshakes are particularly good.

The staff are lovely. We were served pretty fast and plenty of space inside! We often meet with friends at this branch and found the place clean and bright! Kids enjoy a weekly treat here and we will definitely be back!

Visited this for the first time, the members of staff working as very lovely and warm to interact with. They are happy to give you recommendations if you are unsure on what to order. The food was bought to us very fast which is nice, and tables and chairs were clean. Food was very tasty, very sweet and filling. I would say that without a tea or some kind of drink it would be hard to eat everything that you order. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the food as it was made well and delicious, however I think we will be more careful with portion sizes as they are very filling and it’s hard to finish your food. Presentation of food was very beautiful.

Loved the ambience and the food was cherry on top it was fantastic great service by the workers especially the one with glasses assisted me with the order since I was not sure in what to order hats off to him and conclusion would visit again .

Order is wrong every time, on two previous occasions they gave us the wrong order. The last time they missed one of the items, I called them to let them know, they said they would send it out within 30 minutes. It was over an hour and a half. The guy turned up to deliver it and wanted paid again (already paid £40 for 4 items), he was too thick to understand I'd already paid and wanted £40 for one cookie dough, had to call again to explain. Told them how bad their customer service was and their answer was that they were really busy. Won't be back.

If you like real ice cream… Do not visit this place. Found a 5p piece inside my 2 scoop purchase which was rather unpleasant. It sells soft serve (Mr Whippy) style decorated as real ice cream. A total rip off and very unhygienic by my findings

I just bought 4 milkshakes and because of cheap cups I drop them just in fron of car. Cups are to soft and it is hard to hold it. Cup holder doesnt help. Absolutly cheap cups make me feel that I will not buy anything elese in there. Two stars just because everything tastw good

Can’t give zero stars placed an order and have been waiting well over an hour phoned shop was told order on the way even though store was closed so clearly lies. Happy enough to take peoples money but not give refunds for orders not received customer service skills are disgusting and non existent in this place. Can’t even answer where my order went to will avoid in the future when I need a sugar craving

Absolutely disgusting treatment from delivery staff at shakes n cakes, opened to door to the man complaining, saying "dont order after 11:30pm" we ordered well before then. He didnt say thank you or anything just opened to door to him being rude. Safe to say i will be telling my friends and family about this incident and this company will never be ordered from again. Horrible.

Nice desserts. Kids loved the smartie sundae. Would be 5 stars but the tables were a bit sticky/dirty from previous customer, should be giving them a quick wipe between customers. Also slightly overpriced we paid about £33/34 for 2 adults and 2 kids to have a sundae each and 2 pots of sweets for the kids.

Ordered a nuttella waffle at20.20 said that it would be delivered at 21.30 so at 22.30 phoned the shop and was told by a girl called margarita that she would phone the driver but she did not mute me so the driver says that he has not delivered to the address she gave him so she comes back to me and says that she can not get the driver on the phone well of course I say you forgot to mute me and you are lying she gets all flustered and takes my number and the manager will call me it is now 22.55 and still no news i will go in tomorrow i would not use this place again if it was the last shop on earth service is terrible

Unreliable with appalling customer service . Delivery took in excess of 1hour ten minutes when we were advised it should have been half an hour. Delivery never arrived, phoned the driver and restaurant, to which we got shouted at down the phone and was advised our address was “confusing”. The drivers were lazy and couldn’t be bothered looking up the alleyway to our front door. Restaurant refused to refund us even though it was their fault that the delivery never arrived.

Sorry was a 5 star review but now it's 15 pounds before they deliver and I'm on the same road it's still the best banoffe ice cream but not paying that amount to deliver cuz it's already expensive anyway

I was ordering at this restaurant, I waited for over 2 hours without any news about the delay. I didn't know if my order would arrive at all, nobody tried to contact me. Finally the food came cold and stale. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

My wife decided to treat my son and niece to an ice cream today. Unfortunately, the proprietor or person serving was very rude and discourteous. My recommendation, go somewhere else. Manners cost nothing.

The cookie dough cost me 6.95 for a tiny portion that was less than 1cm thick and the ice cream portion was half the size of the others who ordered the same thing, just disappointed

Very friendly staff and prompt service.

Their stuff is usually good, however I just ordered something (Nutella waffle) to take away. On the menu posted outside their store, it said it came with 'succulent strawberries' and nutella, however when I got home all it had was tons of Nutella sauce. I get strawberries for a reason to cut through the sweetness and without it, I was left with too much nutella with every spoonful. Hopefully this is brought to the awareness of the staff.

Shocking service ordered a few times and was only a crep and a waffle and around 4 hrs for it to arrive after phoning them up asking for a refund I was told it was just sent out and was also greeted unprofessionally and then after being told it was out for delivery it had to wait a further 1hr on top of this I had paid for extras that wasn't even added onto my order.

I came in tonight to order food. The service was VERY rude. Right after I came in the cashier asked me if I’m going to order anything or just stand there. I couldn’t focus on anything he was saying due to the music in the background being loud and staff shouting over each other. The service doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ll make sure not to go there ever again.

Do not order from here Second time I have had wrong order before closing so I couldn’t get it fixed, instead of calling the number I left to arrange a different order if they were out of stock. Hair in ice cream also

Really poor housekeeping and rude staff, place was literally empty yet none of the tables were tidied up, when told the staff they said to find a different table yet there were none cleaned and plates were lying almost on every table! Highly not recommend this particular branch..

The staff member that served me and family was down right rude and arrogant. She clearly needs re-trained in her customer service skills. The impression she gave out straight away is that she didnt want to be there, which is not very inviting for customers. I come over from Belfast to stay with family every couple of months and have never had any issues with shops taking my money. I handed the young girl a £20 note, which was Great British Sterling. The young girl look disgusted when I handed her it and handed me it straight back saying that she couldn't accept it (I can only presume it was because it was not a Scottish note) when I asked why, she said we just dont. Not only did I feel humiliated but this is also completely unacceptable. It was sterling note which was great british tender so there was no reason for her not to accept it. She did not even bother to ask anyone or check with a manager just refused to take my money. To make matters worse, when my cousin went to pay for his, the card machine was not reading his card (was not due to insufficient funds or incorrect pin) and when he asked her to try again she refused. Yes the food was lovely, but thanks to the service of your staff I will not be back again.
