Buzzing place great food on the pricey side.

Very very good food..all of it both vegetarian and non vegetarian. We were a group if 13 and ordered alot of variety and every single dish was very good. The staff is very friendly yet professional. Will definitely go back.

Lunch booked for a groups of 6 for a birthday. Many vegetarian options. And the food was fresh and the right temperature. They even presented us with fresh cut green chilies per our request. Staff were courteous. We will be back. Thank you.

I had dinner in Zufa on Wednesday evening with my kids, and both me and my son had severe abdominal cramps, headache, watery diarrhoea and vomiting. I suspect that was from food poisoning as we both had the lamb chops and it must have been contaminated. People need to know and I am now not surprised that the restaurant amongst others in the area was the least busy. Even if the service was good, at £124 for a meal for 3, last thing I expected was food poisoning. So will never go there and I think the restaurant needs to get inspectors in about its preparation.

Amazing experience at Zufa, here are some highlights: Food: Hot mezze garlic lime butter prawns and sojok were delicious. The table sauces garlic and chilli, both are finger licking good with their fresh bread Drink: very nice cocktails, also great collection of wines. The Argentinian Malbec was beautiful. Ambience: tastefully decorated, not too noisy Service: ALL of the staff are so sweet, smiley and friendly. Shout out to Gui who was so nice and made our evening even more enjoyable! I had made an online reservation which was quick, fast and efficient and received confirmation almost immediately. Upon arriving at Zufa on a Friday night, our group comprised of 6 people...we had been allocated a beautiful table near the bar area...a perfectly laid out table setting with beautiful cushions...which was very comfortable. Our lovely waitress, which I'd forgotten to get her name, recommended the Pinky Promise mocktail, which was absolutely devine! We ordered most of the vegetarian options on the menu....a wide range of choices available too....when the starters were brought out, they were all very well presented....we had ordered, fatoush salad, chilli halloumi, okra dish, sauted potatoes, spring rolls, aubergine dish.....all of which tasted absolutely delicious, flavouring was succulent tasting and mouth watering! The service was superb and both our female waitreses had always greeted us with a smile, each time they'd come to ask if everything was OK and whether we needed more drinks or anything else. I would definitely recommend a visit to Zufa in Hatchend.

A lovely dining experience - great ambience and décor, really good service, a varied menu. Almost £19 for a shawarma wrap and a very small bowl of rice is a bit steep though and it wasn't tantalisingly amazing. It was pleasant but not really delightful or special in any way. Maybe we should have tried something else. The hummus, chilli potatoes and dessert were all delicious and I'd order these again. It's definitely worth having a meal here. The décor and ambience are perfect for special occasions - birthdays, romantic meals etc.

I felt like I was being treated differently simply because I’m from a different ethnic background and my food was cold, I am very disappointed in the service and manners. I was recommended this place by a friend but looks like we won’t be coming here again.

We visit Zufa regularly and love how welcoming and attentive all the staff are every single time! Service is brilliant and Diana and her lovely team always make sure we are looked after!! Service is definitely a main reason we keep coming back! We loved the wide range of options for food my favourite being the Zufa salad and yummy cocktails! food is alright, size of portion is horrendous, coke sizes is atrocious what is that sugar tax, 130ml diffdrence between coke and fanta light brev even though it was the same price. it was the size of my hand, who exactly is drinking that with their food. Get your act together brev.

I went today at 3 pm on 13/06/2024 to dine in with my daughter. I paid over £60 for smelly chicken shawarma even my dog wouldn't eat it, chewy lambs shawarma very bad not fresh, oily kebbah disgusting. If you think you are authentic Lebanese restaurant think again, there are lots of good Lebanese restaurants and you are not one of them. I would not recommend this restaurant. And I will put my review everywhere so people won't be fooled.

They don’t do mocktails for happy hour only on alcoholic drinks cheeky talk reward people that drink and those that don’t change them!!!! That’s poor really and is not acceptable be fair across the board. Don’t pinalize people that don’t drink!!

It was a very bad experience to work with these people! I worked for them for 6 months, and at the end they didn't even have the good sense to give me all the money. Besides the fact that the food is never fresh, many times customers complain that their food is spoiled, they also behave very badly with their staff.Be careful what you eat, dears!

5 of us met up for lunch. It was BYO Wine Tuesday so we enjoyed having our favourite red wine with our meal. We ordered the veg and non veg mezes which was as good as always. Food was excellent and this is the 5th time I’ve visited and had consistently good food so thought I’d leave a review. They cater well to both vegetarians and non veg. The babuganush and halloumi is some of the best I’ve had. I always come back here for their grilled lamb chops which are excellent and cooked to your preference. Pair all this with their top notch friendly staff and service. 5/5. Went 2 days ago and I’m already craving it again.

Such a lovely dinner last night!! Great service and delicious food. I loved my lamb cutlets with vermicelli rice, the other dishes were tasty too. Everyone was happy.

Booked a table for iftar and upon arrival was told we don't have your booking. They finally found the booking and sat us down so not a great start. The staff were super friendly and attentive once we were sat down but the food was very disappointing. Ordered a mix grill and the meat was cold, bland and even had a bad odur not sure if it actually went bad. The 2 sides with the mix grill were chips and rice. The rice was tough and it had bits of mince in it and was clearly microwaved. We didn't finish the food and had it packed just to give it away to a homeless person. Pics for reference and safe to say we won't be returning considering we paid almost £60 for a terrible kebab.

Food is very good as always however this time we found the service a bit lacking. We had to ask for water and bread 3 times. The place was very busy and although we had requested a quiet table, we were seated close to a noisy and loud group of 8.

Fantastic First Visit! Had an amazing experience at this place for the first time! The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was spot on. The cocktails were a highlight, and the lady even extended the happy hour for us as we reached the end time. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

Had my 30th birthday at Zufa with 35 people and everything was amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating even with a big group and lots of dietary requirements. Food was excellent as always and everyone had a great time. In big groups in the past we’ve had experiences at other restaurants where we feel like we are being kicked out but Zufa was not like that in the least! One of the best restaurants I've even been to. And best service from Thea. Not only was she incredibly welcoming, she helped up pick the best chicken meat and checked on us to make sure we were ok. Even though it was such a busy Friday evening she kept checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Amazing service truly. And Thea deserves a payrise ( just saying)

This goes down as one of the worst lunch time experiences on Hatch End High Street. Firstly, the Shish came out tough with a raw smell. When I raised this with the staff member she argued that it was good. Never had this experience in any restaurant before. Normally staff apologie and attemp to address your concerns. Place was very quite with only a couple of tables. I should have taken the hint. Definitely will not be frequenting this place.

The service was excellent. Our waitress Aliza was very accommodating and always smiling. I'm sure we drove her mad with our constance changing of mind, but she was cool. I'm a vegetarian and went for the set Christmas menu, but I was dissatisfied with my choice. Overall the experience was very good. The entertainment was awesome.

I ordered via Uber Eats and was hesitant as I’d never eaten from Zufa before but I can honestly say I’m glad I took the risk. All the food we ordered was delicious, really fresh and good size portions. We especially enjoyed the Farrouj Meshwi- great portion size and wasn’t dry at all! I called the restaurant to find out where our order was and the man I spoke to was super friendly and informative so although I can’t comment on atmosphere I’m assuming it would be 5 stars due to my overall experience. Having ordered online I’ll definitely be visiting the restaurant in person very soon- thanks Zufa!

Primarily booked Zufa for the atmosphere and belly dancers entertainment.... unfortunately on the night there was no belly dancing and restaurant was fairly quiet. Found the food to be mediocre, particularly the meat, it wasn't great, I expected far nicer. Perhaps the restaurant just had a bad day, having no entertainment and poor food and also being expensive ultimately resulted in a poor experience for our group.

Food was amazing, we had the spicy hummus for a starter. It does have a kick to it so only order if you you like spice. For mains we had the lamb with vermicelli rice. The flavours where unreal. Great selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Would highly recommend

Lebanese Food, as you would imagine it. Creamy Hummus, beautifully seasoned with pine nuts and tender lamb pieces. Highly recommended. I would also get the Arayas, slim meat Lebanese piazzas with mince lamb and pine nuts, dip that in their garlic sauce for that creamy zing and sip on that bottled coke.

Georges and his team catered for our wedding at the end of September and it was an absolute please to work with them! We have been coming to Zufa since it opened, so it was our first choice when we started planning our wedding! We had 120 people, which we knew was a big ask, but from our first conversation, we knew Georges would give us exactly what we wanted! They are so diligent, so thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble in the lead up. We really wanted to replicate the restaurant style mezze setup with small sharing bowls on the table and it was a huge success! We had SO much food, it was absolutely delicious and everyone we spoke to commented on how amazing the food was, but also how great Georges and his team were. If you love Lebanese food and have an event coming up, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Zufa to cater and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family for future events! The easiest 5* review!

Lunch at Zufa was lovely. The food quality is great and the staff was amazing! You must try the green tea with jasmine, it was so good.
