Our experience was incredible, we had dinner at Lattakia, the staff is absolutely amazing and attentive, the food is fresh and delicious, the environment is 10/10, I will definitely recommend this restaurant, the Lebanese wine recommendation from the waitress was great! We are definitely coming back

I ordered for my takeaway chicken shawarma wraps, and to say they were disappointing would be an understatement. The wraps were honestly some of the worst we've ever had. The chicken was dry and lacked flavour, while the overall texture and taste were just unpleasant. We were really hoping for a satisfying meal, but these wraps fell far short of expectations. It’s safe to say we won’t be ordering from here again.

This is a wonderful family restaurant. From the moment we stepped foot inside, the staff made very welcome and comfortable. The hot and cold starters we had were very tasty; I loved the vine leaves and samki harra. The lamb shawarma looked beautiful on my plate, like a painting. And it tasted great. Nothing was too much for the staff, their service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I hope to visit it again in the near future.

Consistently good food and a large choice on their menu. Good for vegetarians, too. Service was attentive and precise. The only critism I would have is that they ought to have table covers. The wooden tables make them look a little downmarket when really they stand on Hatch End High Street and so have the right location, the right food, just need to live up to the local reputation. Portion was reasonable, no complaints there. Cleanliness and ambience good too. The complimentory baklava after the meal was greatly appreciated.

We were doing a workaway down the road and I googled lots of Lebanese places. From email to delivery, they were so accommodating. Friendly service and my god the food was amazing. Some people saying it was the best Lebanese they've had. Wish we lived closer tbh!

The food is always fresh. You can see it being cooked in front of your eyes. The breads are hot and fresh and everything feels and taste incredible The service is always incredibly friendly and they are highly custom focused making sure that the customer has an incredibly good time and if there any special requests they are met with a smile & accommodated. The owner goes out of his way to make sure there is nothing that you want and is always giving little treats to thank us for our custom. Highly recommended and this is exactly how restaurants should be good food good customer service and they are pleased to have your custom

Best Falafel wrap I’ve ever had. The falafel balls itself are very flavourful and not dry. The wrap used as a bread is beautifully soft and complements the filling well. Neatly constructed, prefect sauce to filling to bread ratio. Overall very good wrap would recommend. Wrap is huge, so good value for money too. Service is very nice, and they throw in a few freebies too. This was a take away so can’t comment on the atmosphere, but lovely interior and seems like would be equally good when dining in.

Our badminton group of 12 had a wonderful get together last night at Lattakia. We were welcomed with complimentary crudités ,bread and dips, all replenished regularly. Neda, our hostess, could not have been more helpful and pleasant . The food was delicious and the portions generous . They were happy for us to stay and chat and again some complimentary baclava to send us on our way. As a group we dine out regularly, in a variety of restaurants but we all agreed that this was one of the very best. Thank you Neda and all at Lattakia..WE WILL BE BACK John Pallant

Ordered last night via deliveroo. Definitely one of the best Lebanese restaurants I've eaten at. The food was 5*. I have coeliacs so they made changes so mine would be gluten free. The portion sizes for the price was really good. Other places charge the same but portions are much smaller. I rang beforehand to query te the gluten changes and the lady on the phone was very lovely. For some this may not matter but for me definitely a bonus that the food was packed very well and looked well presented for a delivery.

We came here for a dinner, the staff was friendly, and the dishes, especially the Muhammara and Falafel, were great. They also treated us with baklava which was also really tasty. I think this is a solid option for anyone seeking traditional Lebanese cuisine.

The host is welcoming, attentive and serves with passion. They have a special lunch menu that is not very expensive. Fresh made bread served as starters with sauces. Turkish coffee is absolutely strong and tasty.

I ordered food via Uber Eats and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was excellent in quality, tender, and cooked perfectly, not chewy at all. The dessert, which was a unique take on the traditional baklava, was rich and pleasantly different.

Worst experience ever. Some random fat man that worked there asked me and my partner if we could move from our table mid meal to another table. we said we would just pay for the meal and leave then he came out to get rude to me once i left the restaurant he tired asking me what did i say? He tried intimidating me and my patner and rushed us of our table. The fact that he came out of the restraunt to intimidate us is beyond belief. Unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. Oh and was the food was probably the worst 2/10.

I have ordered and dined from/in this restaurant for many years now. The food here is always delicious. As a dine-in place, the Shish taouk was tasty and grilled perfectly. Portion size was good. The mint-lime juice is made to perfection and is so refreshing. Just the right amount of sweetness. It is a must-try! The staff are consistently welcoming and friendly and ever-accommodating to dietary adjustments to dishes. The atmosphere is always very warming and pleasant. Clean tables and surroundings and beautiful authentic decor! As a delivery…delicious chicken shawarma hummus was packed with flavour(chicken), of an excellent portion size and was very filling. Hummus could be slightly less sour. The bread that came with this was light, fluffy and delicious. Added bonus were the pickles, incredibly delicious dips - chilli sauce was fruity and spicy, which was a winning combination. Garlic sauce was delicious. Bonus was the slice of baklava, which tasted incredible! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place👌

Food was delicious. Had the tabbouleh, best I've had yet. Hummus and falafel - large and hot falafels with tahini is a must. Baba gnoush with lamb shawarma was the best thing I had, much nicer than I thought. And wasn't hard or rubbery at all! Finished off with mint tea and baklava, simple and delicious. Staff were fantastic and polite, helpful, and accommodating. And the atmosphere was lovely, lights not too bright, no ott decorations. When we went it was a bit quiet but I know it can get really busy.

Wonderful cosy restaurant tucked away on the high street! The food was delicious and the sharing platter with extra meat was plentiful for us 4. Service was prompt and each question was answered wuth a smile. I'd certainly visit again!

Cannot fault this restaurant at all. Service is fantastic, the shish taouk is one of the best I've ever had. Although it's around £17 for the serving, I feel that the portion sizes and all the other extras they add make it great value for money. One of my favourite restaurants by far and highly recommend.

I visited this beautiful place for the first time on Thursday 8th Dec 2023 with a few friends. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I could not fault this place..from the free delicious Lebanese bread they give as a starter to the free Baklava for dessert. The food we ordered was just so delicious and full of flavour. The service by the friendly waitress, to the chat with the owner was second to none. I've recommended this place to so many people already and I will definitely be returning many times again

Met someone here at lunchtime. We went with the £12.95 lunchtime deal. They deliver fresh hot pita bread, dips before my main course of lamb cubes, rice and salad with more fresh hot pita bread and dip. All the food was excellent. The service was friendly and prompt throughout.

I took my family on Saturday 14th oct to celebrate my wife's Birthday and we were 9 people and service we got was so fantastic and owner Esham looked after us so nicely. I highly recommend for great food and great service by owner. Good luck Lattakia

Nice food with good quantity . Service was great and I would say it is reasonably priced. Had all veggie items. Vegan moussaka was really nice and loved there fresh pitta bread which you can just munch on by itself. The only bit I did not like is the baklava they give at the end as found it to be quite dry.

A really lovely restaurant. We’ve been twice in just a few weeks and are bringing guests at the weekend too! Today our server, Anna, was amazing. And the price is very reasonable. For a lunch I would recommend getting a few starters to share

Food was not bad tbh, but what was really disrespectful and disappointing was the Qur’an verses hung up on the walls, next to which were over 10 bottles of alcohol, which is clearly forbidden in the Qur’an. What a joke. I only noticed this after I had ordered and paid otherwise I would not have eaten at this restaurant.

Food was quiet nice shame place was closing at 9.30pm on the day we were there so didn't really have time to enjoy the place as we turned up quiet late at the place, owner seem a decent chap and was quiet friendly. Did have one of our meals taken away before we finished, which was a bit disappointing, but I think the staff were quite focused on closing as soon as they could.

Absolutely wonderful place. They seated me and my friends even though it was quite late and they were patient while we finished our food so they could close up for the night. The meal was amazing.... This restaurant is by far THE BEST Lebanese restaurant I have ever been to. We ordered the sharing platter for two and let me tell you everything is completely fresh from the meat, bread and down to the sauces. My partner is extremely picky but as soon as he took his first bite he immediately said “this tastes just like home”. The head chef Mahmoud was incredibly kind, talented with his work, and very attentive. He greeted us on several occasions and checked to see if we were enjoying the food. After we had finished he was kind enough to talk us through his food with all the spices and flavours and was very knowledgeable about the cuisine. Dee was also absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and bright and really made us feel welcome. Thank you so much to the team for being so welcoming, delivering unrivalled service and serving us the most delicate and exquisite food. At the end we were even given complimentary baklava which was so sweet and thoughtful of the staff members. We will 100% be returning to try everything else on the menu! See you all soon!

Great restaurant with friendly atmosphere, not too noisy. All dishes I've tried are delicious. Recommend mixed grill, hummus with home made bread and okra. Family and staff who run the restaurant provide a great service and leave no stone unturned hence I keep going back.

Quick friendly service with good food to boot

We decided to have a meal out at the end of a busy day of diy. Our usual go tos were closed so we drove to Hatch End...always a good place for eating out. Most restaurants seemed empty, but we noticed one at the end of the parade we'd never registered before. Lattakia...a lebanese restaurant was nicely busy, and despite arriving 40 minutes before closing were made extremely welcome. Their menu holds a range of wonderful starters (hot and cold) and main dishes. We chose the patata hara and arayas as starters..stuffed lebanese bread...delicious then lahma meshwi and shish taouk for mains. The food was fantastic,the service quick and friendly and the lebanese beer...amazing. I would recommend anyone come and try here...well worth it!

Amazing takeaway good and lovely owner

I am a vegetarian and went with a group of meat eaters. They all seemed toenjoy theor meals. We had a variety of starters; Humous (excellent), baba ganoush (good) and a roasted potato dish (very good). My main, grilled vegetables was well prepared but could have used so sauces or dips to go with it. The rice was quite dry. It was a good meal for a vegetarian in a restaurant that is more meat centered. I would not return unless I was with a group, not because the food is not good but because of my dietary preferences.
