I've ordered from here quite a few times. Its average at best really. The food is pretty decent most of the time but its highly let down by delivery times.There's been quite a few times I've had to call up to chase the order or its been delayed, One time I ordered at 9PM and it didn't arrive till 12, Not really acceptable considering I live about 15 minutes away from the place. Also most of the time I've recently tried to order they've been closed, Despite being within there opening hours and being marked as open on FoodHub and JustEat. Honestly I'd just go to domino's instead, They are always on time and really quick delivery. Only giving 3 stars as I do like the food.

Unable to leave a 0 star review. Ordered through food hub. Waited 3 hours and still no delivery. No answer on the phones at all. Called multiple times and left multiple voice mails. Ordered on a Monday evening at 6.45pm. Review being left at 9.50pm on that Monday. Can't comment on the food as it hasn't arrived but I'm positive it's not worth a 3 hour wait time. I'll be seeking a refund and in the unlikely event it does show up it'll be send back to the restaurant because I've now ordered elsewhere. Unbelievably bad customer service to not even call and offer an apology for the tardiness. I shall not be attempting to use their services again.

Great food and great customer service. Fast delivery aswell and driver was very polite. Would higly recommend anytime.

Wish I could give it 0 stars! 3 days ago we ordered 3 cakes, 1 hour after ordering they called and said 'we have no cakes' so we had a cash refund. Tonight we ordered, one hour later they called us and said we have no pizzas or dough balls!! What the hell?! Then told us we have to go through just eat for a refund, which will take days and it will only put money on our just eat account so we will be out of pocket! TOTALLY UNNACEPTABLE! If they had no pizzas they should have told us straight away instead of waiting a hour. It is now 21:30 PM and we have to food. Terrible.

The best service i have ever received absolutely top class. The milkshakes are phenomenal and the pizza is always great! Thanks guys!

2nd time using these guys and definitely will again... Crispiest hot wings about, chips were crispy and triple burger was bloody lush, bit of a bit of delay on delivery but they absolutely made up for it... Food was fresh and tasty what else do we need... Keep up the good work guys!

Service ok, but pizza and topping quality not what I'd expect at that price.

Me and my wife's pizzas were lovely, soft and fluffy. On the other hand, the wrap and burger were not great, meat tasted frozen and poor quality. I would recommend calling though and being specific with your order as there is little to no customisation through Just Eat.

Poor pizza with cheap tasting toppings. The base in not the best. For pizza, stick to domino's!

Had one mishap over delivery time but they more then made up for it the next time, couldn't apologise enough. Highly recommended, pizzas and desserts first class.

Probably the best food I have ate in a long time! Their pizza is to die for, seriously delete your dominoes app! These are on just eat and food came quick and was HOT! Will be ordering again for sure!

Specifically wrote on “order notes” NO salad or sauce and that’s exactly what my fiancé had on his burger. My chicken shish was burnt and the chicken were big rubbery pieces. I was also really looking forward to the garlic sauce but that didn’t seem to appear either 🙄 I know not to expect Gormet foods but this was a new all time low. And I really do have better things to be doing than writing a take away review on a Friday night...

Really bad food, obviously new ownership. Used to use them all the time and it was great. Now it's terrible, meat was hardly recognisable. Lamb, beef, pork, it literally could've been anything. Last time I'll ever order.

Great food, prices a bit high but food is definitely worth it. Service is always fantastic

we ordered fish. the choice was grilled or spicy seabass, we ordered grilled. when it came it was very spicy, I rang to say that they've sent wrong choice, they argued that they hadn't, I told them the seabass is red and spicy, they said that their grilled is also cooked in spices, told them I didn't want spice, they said they would send another but it will also be cooked in spice. My lamb chops were burnt and unedible. The chips were covered in mixed herbs and we're cold and greasy. Won't be eating from there again.I requested a refund they told me that the request would have to go through just eat. Contacted just eat who rang the restaurant, they denied even having a conversation with me. Appalling place

The crust is so dry It's like 8 mill deep I've never felt so robbed It looks like it came from tesco Worst pizza of my life The staff were nice though and the service was good

Went in and ordered platter and wrap. Waited for 45 minutes for them to cook it even though it was empty. The wrap was soggy and didn't come with salad as stated. The platter didn't come with a bread and tiny bit of salad. They refused to give us Diet Coke as said the offer is normal coke although that's not what it says on the manu. While waiting for the food to takeaway all you could here was the staff swearing with every other word they said to each other. Very poor service and food. Will never eat from here again.

Good value for money if you like to wait an hour for your pizza, for it to be slightly under-cooked, for 'special notes/requests' section on order to be completely ignored, this review was based on two separate orders on two different days of the week, on the plus side they're slightly cheaper than Domino's (but charge for local delivery) they give plenty of toppings though, twice had the chance to impress me, twice failed. *face-palm*
