McDonald's in Caerphilly

i ordered 4 drinks and only got three and i also ordered 3 ice creams and didnt get them

one of the best meals my little boy has had he said

45min wait for food is not good all cold when it arrived and attitude of the staff until we had to call the manager

Delivery was good, order correct although large milkshakes were only just over half full

Chips were cold but burger was lovely

Complete rip off. App hasn't worked in months and tonight I paid £27 and got the wrong order. realised once at home because of going thru drive thru. I've had it with McDonald's

Never go in and order your food you will be there forever. giving other peoples orders before your own even wyen you ordered before them shambles of a place this evening 27/11/24 arrived at 21:15 had my food at 21:47

food stone cold tracking courier he took a while to get to me

Its difficult to record as you kept moving the delivery back after the order was placed until it was over an hour later, we also watched tge delivery driver go up and down the wrong street again, they need to update their satnavs

Order was an hour late and arrived stone cold.

No Sauces. No Straws. also stone cold.

The food arrived warm and the instructions were followed. No complaints 👌

The food that we had was spot on, there was a sausage and egg mcmuffin missing from our order, but what we had was lovely.

One burger came with picles and onion's when it should have been plain. One icecream came with caramel sauce when it should have been plain. Food was cold

Good delivery but food was a bit cold on arrival and no sauces provided even though they were selected when ordering.

Waiting 25 minutes for a burger is insane. Priorities need to change, the people sat in the store should be a priority not the deliveries. Break wasted on waiting for "Fast Food"

Didn’t get my full order forgot my girlfriends full order when I tried to contact them they constantly hung up the phone and then refused to answer and when they finally did they said the connection went down but I could hear them clear as day picking up the phone then hanging it up they refused to give us a refund or a code and expected me and my partner to travel 35 minutes back to collect a cold burger this place is absolutely

the food was absolutely dreadful it was stone cold and the burgers were so thin you can almost see through it. I wont ever be ordering from McDonald's again until its back to the way it used to be. definitely not worth the money

Drink completely tipped over in bag. Food is cold, no sauces. And was nearly an hour late.

Not happy went through drive through and order 2 double egg muffin and 1 double egg and sausage muffin checked with the lady in window and still managed to get it wrong. Went in and explained what I ordered and to be fair they where calm and did my replacement fast however got back to the car no double eggs muffin they cost me £15 not coming to this McDonald again, lack of communication.

Delivery was slow, order was wrong meaning we didn’t have enough food and the only resolution offered is to request a partial refund, that is not at all helpful as now we have an incomplete meal. Thanks a lot McDonald’s

Ordered from this McDonald’s for years off Uber Eats as it’s the closest, but within the past year, every order has missed an Item or a Full combo, last weekend it was 2 Double Cheeseburgers and tonight it was McNugget and mozzarella dipper share boxes……had an absolute gutsful of the constant missing items but tonight was the final straw hence the review…worst McDonald’s in the local area, even when you use Drive Thru, there’s STILL missing items 👍

did not receive my order and the driver can't find his way out of a paper basket in finding the delivery address on the order.time they employed people who know the area and can use a MAP !

Ordered online about an hour ago for after I and my partner finished work, said the delivery was about 10 minutes off then suddenly got cancelled? Tried to get ahold of the store to see what's going on, as I've waited over an hour for my food and it said it was being prepared etc.. no reply? Made the order at 18.00 for 7.30. delivery time kept going up and up latest was 23.00 then it changed to delivered at 22.05 but the times 21.13 thats forty five minuets in the future don't get it maybe it'll turn up maybe it wont.

The female security person is always rude and people are not allowed in after a certain time

I ordered at 17:50 and got it at 20:00 and when it got here the food was cold and missing items not happy

Drove away from the drive in got home to find meal I had paid for not there rang up and was told tough

I waited 1 hour 40mins for my food, it turned up absolutely freezing. Drink had leaked over everything and was half full. My driver also stopped in KFC for 20mins while he had my food too.

Absolutely useless... orders messed up on multiple occasions , quality of food from this particular Mc Donald's is questionable as well

Easy to find food was okay but drive thru really tight and for people with nice alloys be careful.

my coke was broke in the bag so I was missing half of my large coke. however the food was hot. apart from my coke breaking the order was great

Cant comment on eating in but if you intend to ise the drive through expect a wait and paking in the middle of the road. Check check and recheck you have your order 4/5 times I have gotten home to find an entire meal missing. Food is fine not the best to come out of a McDonald's but I have seen worse

Over 2 hours for food to arrive. They should really let you know time frame of delivery before you commit to paying. Extended delivery 3 times. Finally turned up with all drinks spilled and onions on the food we asked for without!

Cold food. Super expensive now for what you get. Quality is terrible. Just not worth it! Don’t even get what you pay for! Not fast food anymore. Had to wait nearly 15 mins for 2 meals. Looks like a place with child labour as it’s just full of children who look like they hate being there!! Which I don’t blame them! Shame. Won’t be going there again.

We where on the phone giving additional directions, after watching him drive up and down the wrong road. Our post code shows up wrong on not up dated sat navs, weve had this before, un happy miserable delivery driver.

This is a very typical McDonald's, the food is up to their usual standard, the tables were clean (as we're the toilets), and the staff were friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking. Overall I was happy with my meal and the service I experienced on my my recent visit, as I was on my previous 2 visits. If you are looking for a good McDonald's experience, then this restaurant is a decent choice!

I only use McDonald's for their coffee as I have my morning cappuccino, no sprinkles and a double espresso here. Haven't eaten their food in over 20yrs .
