This is the weekend cheat meal shop!!! ZAZA BURGER is the only place to go, meat mania box meal is 11/10 delivery is quick owner is a legend been using this shop for around 3 years never hand a problem foods hot fresh and tasty 🔥

Delivery was fast but the food was bad. We have ordered from here a few times but it's all changed the burgers are cheap now tasted like rubbery frozen ones and the steak was really chewy. Changed there chips hardly any seasoning on them. What's going on zaza I charge a pretty buck for your burgers but now they are cheap rubbish

It takes45 min for delivery but it’s worth because Food is amazing and I loved every single bite, prices are reasonable and staff is really loving aswell. Definitely recommend it to everyone

What has happened 😳 had burgers from here for several years, but tonight's was really really bad. The Steak burger was shockingly bad and the least said about the onion rings the better. What ever you have changed, change back. Will not be ordering again.

I've used to order 3/4 times a week from this place and the previous owner was amazing I've seen nothing but bad negative reviews since the new owners took over It's very obvious they don't buy good ingredients like the previous owner Even the sides are just horrible I've tried the burgers and they taste awful Even something as simple as Jalapeno bites and chicken nuggets, they were delicious and now tgey went and got the cheapest and worst quality available Just discusting My advice is to go back to the previous recipes and ingredients or else you'll be closeed down in a year maximum

Food was freezing cold, paid for extra sauce both of them tasted out of date and were inedible. Really really disappointed as never had issues before, unsure what’s changed but everything from the burger to the onion rings are now poor quality. Won’t be ordering again, have requested a refund as was inedible. Hope they take this feedback on board and go back to good quality they did before

They forgot the salad chicken wasn't cooked the kebab was so thik and was like been cut with knife the end of the sheesh the chilli is to much vinger over powering tye whole dish the larg portion was smaller then the small portion

Arrived on time however All the food was stone cold, no seasoning on fries… wrong sauce on burgers which should have been on kebab… not all items as described… really gone down hill 😫

First time I ordered from here the food was fine, so thought i would try again. When I ordered it said est 1 and half hours for delivery so did not expect much with the food. When the food arrived it was all cold. I rang zazas, they did apologise and offer a free pizza on next order, but I don't think that was acceptable. A full refund should have been offered as all the food went in the bin. If I had not payed by card the food would have been sent back with the driver. Zazas, in these situations you need to offer full refunds, as now unfortunatly there will be no further orders .

It's very rare that I leave reviews, and even rarer that I leave a bad one, but today I have no option. After years of impressive food and service from this establishment, tonight's was a complete waste of money: food arrived late (I get they can be busy, but it's a far cry from their usual, well organised and speedy service). The big daddy burgers were both not right; missing various sauces and ingredients that made them especially tasty on previous orders. The chips were completely different, and despite me putting the usual message on the order to make them extra crunchy, they were soggy, undercooked and cold. The meals weren't complete: only 1 can of pop between 2 meals, and no pots of aioli sauce. It was as if we'd ordered from somewhere completely different than before. It's a shame to leave this review, especially after so many enjoyable orders in the past, but people need to be aware. The quality has seemingly dropped, but the prices are still high. I will have no problem reviewing this should I find that the quality is back to that of old, but tonight's order has seriously put me off ever ordering from here again.

Quite surprised to see a burger stop at the fuel station, parking is very restricted. The buyer we had was excellent, cooked & presented well. All packaged fine with wipes & cutlery. The cakes & cookies displayed seemed a bit dry with the chocolate going white (poss due to heat) or being out to long. The fuel station it's self is well stocked with every american drink & snack you could Dream of.

Burger and chips where very nice, halumi fries are really overpriced for the amount you get.

Very very disappointing. Wafer thin and tasteless mushrooms which should have been the star, bland sauce , and the salad ? What salad . Won’t be using them again .

The food was cold when it arrived. The driver got lost even though I gave direct directions to the address so the food was outside for at least 5 minutes. Chips were hard. Normally good service but not this time. I don't think I will be ordering from here again

I know what watered down milkshake tastes like. That was watered down. Burger meat is what I'd expect from a school cafeteria. Not happy.

Best burgers from any takeaway. 100% recommended. I always have rhe Monteray Jack burger and it's loaded with xheese and onions, soft meaty burger ans fresh salad. Fantastic. My partner had the 12" quasadilla burger which was huge. Only slight disappointment is the prices have shot up which means we can't order as often as we would like to, but we do when we can afford it as a treat.

I ordered from here as I fancied a proper burger! Even with the prices I took the gamble. I was surprised with the taste. My biggest issue was with how over priced it is! We live in Rotherham and the takeaway in Eastwood! The prices were like restaurant prices when dining in or like a big city like London. I would have expected 2 patties with that price. When you order it's a £1 for any sauce you want to add on! The chips were standard ones you can buy in the supermarkets. The delivery was rapid though and the burger was delicious!

Kebab could have been a lot better , for a large was more like a small . With kebab meat hard cut awhile a go and left in warmer and not cut to order

To say this order was over £30 for 2 burgers i was expecting something quite special but both me and my partner were severely disappointed with the quality….. it was average at the very best…. Absolutely no where near worth the money they charge.

The food came earlier than expected and was hot. The chips were really nice but it was a very small portion for the price. Onion rings were normal ones and very expensive (we ordered them expecting homemade for that price). The burger was nice but it was nothing amazing, slightly better than your average takeaway burger. This wasn't a bad takeaway just over priced for what we received, so we wouldn't order again.
