I made a call ahead to place my order and was informed that it would take 15 minutes. To my delight, my food was ready right on time as promised. I decided to go for the pizza deal, which included three 12" pizzas and Three Chips. I highly recommend trying their delicious pizzas. I'm really pleased with my experience and can't wait to order from them again. Thank you!

Ordered food at about 5:40 and it is now 7:48 I am still yet to receive it. Despite it showing as delivered on Uber east at 6:33, I have rang multiple times to ask what is going on and all I get is “I don’t know what’s going on” would not recommend using these again

Zana Jalal should be regarded a celebrity. If you see this man by the counter, WALK IN. Food that has been prepared by his hand or under his supervision is a guaranteed 10/10. Ethical, fair, honest, quality, fresh.

Order a tower meal. Chicken fillet and hash brown. Lovely.

We randomly went in as we were really starving. What a disappointment, the service was really slow and the chicken steak wasn’t edible. Won’t be returning!

Not a very good experience. Had a garlic margarita pizza take out... Once I ate it after couple of ours got food poisoning and ended up 12 hours in A&E. I couldn't stop being sick and been really ill. I was really disappointed. Normally I get food from here and I have been ok. But never again.

Never again will I order from this place I spent £20 on two meals. They came totally wrong, when I tried ringing to sort the order out all they did was put phone down saying they are closing soon. Never again will I order from there. And the food that actually came was disgusting!!!!

Ordered pizza and gave instructions Not to add mushrooms to the vegetarian pizza but they clearly could not read or totally just ignored the instructions and added mushrooms and this has happened twice now.

Dirty food rats in building never again

Absolute dog shyt. The place stinks, doesnt look like its cleaned often. Told staff to clean table for me n my pal, he just handed me the cleaning stuff and told me to it. I was a bit shocked. The food was worse, ended up throwing most it away. Ruined our lunch

Visited this place for the first time in February 2023. Nice small takeaway diner with seating upstairs for family. Very reasonable priced food. Clean place. Would visit again. Ordered peri peri burgers and ‘local popular’

Excellent taste of food. Chiken steak, turkish kebab , donar kebar , mix doner, pizza all good. Only one thing , prices seems to be bit higher And portions are small.

The food is good The buns are a bit Hard service is good but one problem and that is the giant mold on the staircase needs more cleaning

Fast food options for quick munchy

Been a while, used to love the fatayer meal. Now you charge more and give cheap chips, no sauces and undercooked fatayer. What's going on??

First of all, the food was thrown away. The mix steak and chips was awful, so chewy and so dry, it used to be nice but you have disappointed me this time and won’t be going again. After you charged £12 for a meal and I never ate it

Decent chicken burgers and nice crispy fries but the donner is terrible, you can tell its very poor quality so that got thrown away.

Love the 1/2lb grilled peri peri burger 🍔 😋 very tasty and great value at 5 pounds. Nice clean inside some seating available 😋

Decent food and reasonably priced

Chicken fillets n wings probz best in brad at moment but doner was pure box standard. What let me down was their customer service, we came @10.30pm n they close at 11pm, waited 25mins for our food were told to eat up fast after 5mins of sitting down eventhough we told em we eating in. Had to rush through meal so purely coz of that bad experience i wont be going there again. Point is if your going to tk pi#s getting food out then tell customer beforehand so they can go elsewhere to sit and eat peacefully. Also dont accept card payment (obviously for tax purposes) so another sad thing.

I go there atleast 3 times a week. Food is good but there is one young fella who is always rude to customer. I have complained quite few times and i hope the resolve this issue. Thats why 3 stars

There's cheap and there's this place. Nice food always served fresh.

Loved the food at Duckworth Lane but was a bit disappointed at Leeds Rd. The shop was very messy with litter everywhere so that was a bad first impression. The main thing the food was not half as enjoyable and tasty as Duckworth Lane. If I do visit Zanas again i will avoid Leeds Road branch.

Food isn't the same. They started to use cheap donner and don't grill it properly. It smells horrid. Served 8 people before our order was given to us and then asked what drink? Avoid if you have taste buds.

I went to Zana steakhouse. The food that I was ordering was to open my fast. I ordered a PLAIN chicken wrap and a PLAIN donner meat and chips. When I walked in I told the person there what I ordered over the phone. The guy repeated what I ordered. I received a NOT plain chicken wrap and a NOT plain donner wrap. The service was also terrible. They were screaming at customers. They were also complaining that they haven’t sat down for 5 seconds. Like what is this. I know what it is. It’s a job.

After ordering from here for the past three months with zero complaints. I ordered food for the delivery driver to turn up with the wrong order and for him to get in his car and speed off. My order was then cancelled and no money was put back in my account. Tried calling the restaurant several times for there to be no answer. I wouldn’t of minded if I didn’t wait an hour for this to happen. Absolute joke of a company.

These people sent me burnt pizza the bottom was burnt and the dough is very hard like stone!!! If u can't make pizza then why putting it in the menu!!!!? I called them to complain but seems like they don't care not even saying sorry for that!!!!

You know what, the food apart from the fataya. I’m talking fried chicken burger and fried chicken and chips. Is the worst in Bradford i have tasted in a long time. I don’t know if it was a bad day but pattern up.

Donner sizzler is spot on, get it everytime and the chips that come with are better quality than your usual takeaway.

Appalled by the terrible food. Everything tasted stale or undercooked: fries seemed like they'd cooked in a microwave, the pizza tasted terrible as if the chicken was off and everything else (from bun to donner) was dry. Most of it went in the bin. My stomach is terrible the day after. I have never before been compelled to write a negative review but these guys definitely earned it.

Got lost went in for directions. Met a man who worked at the counter who was so lovely and took some time to show me the exact way to get where i needed to be in time. I really appreciate this thank you x

Kebab 10/10, cooked to perfection and very fresh. Best kebab I have ever had in Bradford. Pizza equally as good and fast delivery. We have found our new takeaway. The only thing I would say it the chips weren’t great at all, cheese was only in the middle of them and they were cold.

Donner meat sizzler is amazing, one of the best tasting donners around. They give generous portions that are filling, cheap prices and let you put as much sauce on as you like or you can have them separate. Staff are good people. Must visit. Cash only.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza but arrived just like any other pizza. Paid extra for it stuffed but still tasted ok.

The worst take away I have experienced today. I was waiting more then 25 minutes just for one chess Burgar, I have asked three time but never noticed me . I do not know how long more shall i will be waiting. There was no other way for me . Other then ask for the money back. Just they wast my time

I began ordering pizzaz from Zanas around about Ramadan time and it quickly became my favourite spot for a pizza. They delivered Easily some of the best pizzas available at this price point. I must have ordered from here atleast 5-6 times within a short period and each time the pizzaz were better than the last. However, ive been left extremely dissapointed at my last couple of orders. Its almost as if they've had a staff/ chef change with the new guys trying their best to replicate the original pizzaz...but failing terribly. I mean the Special Fatayas don't even come as a calzone anymore! Sadly will have to move on from here and try elsewhere. Was good whilst it lasted 🙏

Always used zana steakhouse since it opened, however after the disgusting attitude from a member of staff today I will no longer buy from any of there shops I can only apologise to the owner

I was quite impressed. Since then I have brought my friends and family. And my friends have taken there family too.

First time having pizza from Zana steakhouse all 3 pizza's were freshly baked but the hotshot was just melting, you could taste every topping delicious , when I called up I wasn't sure about the deals the lovely man over the phone gave me two options. He was patient and handling the order very well despite being busy, i will definitely order from here again. It's a shame the branch close to me in bd9 don't do pizza. Overall thank you for your service keep it up. 👍👍
