Service was really bad the boy who served us was so rude also shami burger was not nice at all either they have changed their chef or they are not paying attention anymore to their food but overall I was not happy with their service I will never go there again

Staff are constantly forgetting items on orders. I have visited multiple times and at least twice they have forgotten items on my order. Disappointing as the food is really good.

Fresh vegetable samosa taste very nice

Really lame experience. The food does not taste any good, the sauces are like water. The karak chai is soo bad, with no spice not even tea in it, just milk. And on top of that the boy at the counter just don't bother answering or explaining anything. Bad service, bad food. And the tables are all sticky, those inside as well as those outside... And it's smelly inside. Bad atmosphere as well.

Very awful jacket potato I had chicken topped up with peri peri sauce no flavour to the chicken desi tea was just plain tea now way that desi chai eating area not clean took time random stranger hand over my food wait for my jacket I was grateful or would have wait even longer what's waste of time no fork or knife I have to eat with a spoon smallest jacket potato I had in my life what happen top that up I had two large aunties going over board when eating their food keep asking for item after brother gave them order top that I had another random ancle sat on my table eating even got free table playing games on his phone

came for the lahori kulfi which is £2 for each of them very worth it and has the lahori taste to it

We had 2 zinger burgers , 1 peri peri toaster and the egg shami burger all the food came out really well especially the egg shami

Very spicy samosas chaat, very cheap quality ingredients. Chai balay had no yogurt on, when told this they were adamant there is yogurt there. Smallest portion ever for a lot of money. don’t mind paying when u get good quality food but this wasn’t the case. Had to make the effort to go elsewhere. Spent over 30 quid and no refund on the feedback given. Food is basic and entry level, chilli powder on everything.

Expensive food but it is very good had 2 karak chai and 3 gol gappy which had great taste however a bit spicy

We had 2 portions of Gol gappy , 1 egg shami burger and a peri peri Toastie . All the food was great and I really recommend it . However , they were quite expensive

Had the famous Pakistani Egg shami burger which is the only shop that sells this and it was perfected honestly reminded me of it in Pakistan so nice must try this high recommend

Will not be attending here again! Ladies in the back don’t know how to cook and the guy is rude! I requested a plain peri peri baguette and received all the toppings WITH CHEESE. He told me its plain when clearly there was a load of toppings. I requested one chicken tandoori and one peri peri but he claimed “their both the same masala”😡😡do not recommend

Egg shami burger and gol gappy came out well I’m very surprised by this food

Awful customer service! The guy on the till had greasy hair, he repeatedly touched his hair then with that SAME hand, he touched the pakoras. Instead of using a tong, he physically handled all the food. Revolting. For 1 Samosa chaat, they charge £4.50.... unbelievablee £4.50 for one veg samosa! Hysterical that this place is open.. its due to the fact ppl are shopping, then too hungry to find an alternative. Plenty of places on the top of the road. Where you can get better quality, cheaper food and service with a smile!

This place has non Muslim sikh staff members working in there kitchen and thay are saying thay are hallal dont eat from this place these are the people who sell there eman for a few pounds also there food is rubbish anyway I wont be surprised if it was owned by Indians

The food really have a great taste, Egg shami burger and Samoa chat are yummy 🤤😋😋. I recommend for the Pakistani taste.

I'm surprised with all these negative reviews. The food was very nice, and the kids also enjoyed their chicken wraps and chicken nuggets. Nice little seating area outside. You'll struggle to get a wheelchair inside, however a pushchair can be lifted up the decking with relative ease.

Came here got two Pakistani burgers and a cheese burger and I've got to say it was the worst food I've had in a long time. The food was not edible and it was expensive. It is ran by indians so don't know why they say Pakistani burger.

Ordered a tikka wrap which had gone off and when reported they denied saying its fresh so ending in the bin.

The most worst place I experienced in my life, they have no value for human time and work. Owner pay wedges to worker daily but I am working three days here from 3 days. I asked about my payment, owner said "no you are on training, I will pay you for your next week duties.... Such a betrayed person, he didn't tell me that he will not pay me my initial days of work. He will pay to God soon for this. Please, any one before joining him for work first take your wedges, otherwise he will do same with you.

Will not be going back and would not recommend. The food took over 40 mins to come and when it did, it came cold (I saw the man take my burger out of the fridge and hand it to me). The chicken baguettes were actually paninis and were filled with nothing other than mayonnaise. The only decent thing I had was the samosa chaat.

The food was ok. The customer service was very unhelpful there was not much seating. The food was taking too long to come and it was decent but not amazing. Needs improvement.

The worst service and food anyone can have. The food is lathered with sauces, we ordered chicken toasties and there was hardly any or no chicken whatsoever. The man was extremely unhelpful when I’ve addressed this issue and just said they cook the chicken in what tastes like ketchup. It was basically a soggy ketchup filled toastie with NO chicken. I was nearly sick. When I addressed the issue he shook his head and walked off in a strop, the only decent thing was samosa chaat, also waited over 35 mins for food to come one at a time, do not recommend.

Went last week only place you can buy chicken paninis without chicken in them, food quality is poor no chicken in any products mainly salad cannot taste chicken

We stopped by unintentionally as we needed a light snack before we headed back from our shopping trip and we noticed this shop. It looked well presented and looked welcoming. The interior was well layed out and had plenty of space The staff was polite and took our order after we deliberated on what to get The food was fresh and tasted good Unfortunately no photos of the food as we ate in the car before heading back home Will pop by here again here when we're back in the area
