Milkshake needs to come in two sizes and been slightly cheaper but usual five guys quality and amazing vanilla flavoured milkshake . Dine in is super cold

Since they opened iv been there 9 times and it's never been a 5 guy experience like iv had previously. Staff are great facilities are standard but the quality of food is very disappointing.

It was ok not the best, but I felt for staff. Only 3 staff one tills, one food and one doing drinks. The one doing food also doing the Que of just eat drivers which ment they left burgers cooking so ours was a little over cooked

Burgers are a bit tough/well done. However fries were on point and love that we get free peanuts on arrival

Only had a milkshake, which is always delicious ( strawberry) but they are expensive more of a treat.

I had a nice shake and enjoyed sitting down while I did some paperwork.

They've got stingy with the portion size.

I got food poisoning today for you guys. I’m so poorly and god forbid I miss my daughter’s sports day. Food was rank will never be having anything from here again. Can’t stop throwing up definitely do not recommend

Great customer service from Bianca and the lady who's name I didn't get to catch I believe she was the supervisor on that evening.. just wanted to say thank you for great food and service. Defo,will be having that mango milkshake which was recommended by the supervisor. Store was also nice and clean.

Staff are always lovely and happy.

Visited early evening on a Bank holiday Monday. It wasn't too busy which is just as well as there weren't many staff. Burger was the usual standard you'd expect but the fries were a little underwhelming like the potatoes were a variety not best suited to being deep fried. Being located at the Fort which has free parking is a plus.

Great service... Efficient staff and correct orders no mix-ups... usually go in on a Monday..very quiet but clean store... Toilets are clean and can only be used by customers..My favourite is the fries.. alongside the bacon burger..

the place was pretty quiet when we went there and the staff were welcoming and respectful. And the cheeseburger with cajun fries was delicious as always

The staff are efficient and cook great..I love going into Five Guys..The portions of fries are great and the newly cooked taste spoils you!..No more Maccy D's!!

Now I have never ate a Bacon Burger quite like this 1 it was amazing. Bacon was amazing . Burger was amazing . Even the bun & so many fries I like to eat but I couldn't finish the fries ,so Nice & the milkshakes Oreo Beautiful so much Flavour I will be going back . So on Ground level , wheelchair friendly & baby prams- pushchairs friendly . Lots of seating in doors & free peanuts Price of food is more than normal but it's worth it So many Sides 15 of them they even do a bacon milkshake. I love bacon but I don't think that much

Visited here while staying in a local hotel and couldn’t find anything else for dinner. The burger and milkshake were great with great flavour between them both. Staff were helpful (it’d been a while since I’d visited a five guys) with recommending toppings and what milkshake

I'll have a cheeseburger, with extra cheese please No can do, run out of cheese A burger joint, who specially offer cheese burgers as they're main food.......... Not impressed having waited ten minutes watching them attempt to fix a till before using common sense and going to the other till, they've got three, go figure, cos your customers didn't walk into a fast food establishment and expect fast food surely What used to be a well run decent please it's starting to show obvious signs of a lack of quality leadership at the helm, which is a shame, cos this used to be a really good well run outlet

Excellent five guys, as always the food is brilliant, staff were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, very disappointing experience despite the store being nice and spacious and clean. 1/ Our order didn't come on time due to a system problem at their end, so we had to wait for 15 other orders who came after us to get our food!!! (They didn't apologize nor offer to compensate). 2/ The taste of the meat in the burger is bland... as if it is missing the seasoning and the fries didn't have any salt on them! I don't know if it was our bad luck, or if that's how this branch operates, sadly 😟!

Randomly located at the fort shopping centre. It's not somewhere you would associate with a fast food restaurant. Overpriced burgers and milkshakes are amazing. It's clean 7/10

I would like to thank Heather for her commitment to great customer service at this store. I visit here often ordering my lunch and she always greets me with a great positive attitude and personality. Her leadership skills are great as i often see that the staff have good morale when she's working.

I was gutted with five guys at the fort, burger was tasteless and was not the best.... Fries plenty of but very dry. To top it off I had Dr pepper for a drink and it was flat. I understand that staff are very busy but the majority of tables are left with mess and sauce spilt over them so you're waiting for decent customers to finish to jump on.

Expensive for what it is. Took food out so unable to comment on atmosphere

It honestly hurts to give restaurant a status of ‘Stay Away’ , total disgrace waited 10 mins in a empty restaurant with no customers present during peak lunch time while staff were having kissing sessions behind closed doors!! Food preparation and presentation was poor , taste of product disappointment value for money too expensive. Atmosphere dead no theme or background music felt like I was in zombie apocalypse movie. I will revisit the place again to see if they have even put the effort to improve the place. Also the place was dirty. Not happy blogger and even more customers

My first time to a 5 guys restaurant, my colleagues had recommended it to me in the past. You go in and order at the till, there's basically a choice of hot dog or burger. The Burgers are £10.35 each fries are extra. You can have refilled soft drinks from the machine. The milkshakes are nice but there nearly £6 each. The burgers are nice, you can tell its quality meat. There's a variety of toppings you can add to the burger at no extra cost. For 3 burger meals it's cost me £52, which is alot for a burger. We sat in the restaurant, which was nice and clean, but cold because the automatic doors kept opening.

I was disappointed with kitchen staff in five ways fort. I am vegetarian and I ordered veg sandwich kitchen staff did not change her gloves when he making meat/ veg sandwich. Now I do not want to come back as not sure how they be making my food. This is really disappointing for first time customer.

Went to Five Guys 30th November, Cheeseburger fell apart when picked it up,stuck to tin foil, £4.25 for a small portion of ,never again fries, ripped off

£10.35 for 1 cheeseburger and the fake American style cheese was not even melted properly due to how cold it was! Street food burgers are only 8-9 pound and taste far better. There's no heart in the food here! Five guys used to be decent for the price but not anymore. Thanks in advance for your generic/canned response.

The food isn’t the problem here. The problem is I draw a picture and it goes all the time when a picture that’s been there for ages is still there. Please don’t throw them away as children are excited to see it. Anyways food, the chips are a bit too salty, milk shake straws are way to hard to drink out of but everything else is amazing

Ordered a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream. After receiving my milkshake the whipped cream was no where to be seen. The only cream i saw had dissolved into the chocolate leaving a white residue. Deeply disappointed!

Pop in here when I visit the Fort. The burgers and milkshakes are so good, and you can grab some nuts while you wait. Not bad for price, especially compared to other burgers restaurants.

I've visited here a few times. The food is great and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is always clean and looks modern.

The food was overpriced- £37 for 2 burgers and chips. The food was burnt and tasted awful. The tables wasn't clean, there was another man taking food off people while they were eating- staff did nothing to assist. A complaint was made, but still have not heard back. I would never return.

Food was piping hot and serving sizes gargantuan. Not very busy and was very clean.

I cannot even rate this place. The meat in the hot dog made my Grandson sick. Supposed to be full Beef? Will never visit this place again. So disappointed and the prices are extortionate.

Most definitely the best burger I've ever had. Had the little cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger. Was big, succulent and juicy. Meat was moist. Could taste every ingredient. The cheese they use is awesome. Love that they have a limited menu and do the burgers properly, focus on quality. Had the oreo milkshake too. As always made the most of the free peanuts on offer.

I recently visited the Five Guys location in Birmingham and I was overall impressed with the food. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries were crispy and delicious. I also tried the hot sauce, which was very mild. I would have liked it to be a bit hotter, but it was still flavorful. One thing that I noticed is that the jalapenos are never hot enough. I love the heat of jalapenos, but the ones at Five Guys are always mild. I would love it if they could make them a bit hotter. Overall, I had a great experience at Five Guys Birmingham. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great burger and fries.

Food was great, always is tbh. Service was OK, they mixed our order up but sorted it out straight away. There isn't really any atmosphere at 5 guys?? It is what it is.

Five Guys, They're the best burger in town. It's always pleasant to go dine in even though it's only a fastfood chain. The staff were polite and pleasant. My children know their burgers and they loved Five Guys more than any burgers in town.

Ordered from here for the first time today and I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed. The chips were cold and very salty. The burger never had much flavour. I expected nice food especially as it’s very expensive. I will never order from here again and I will be making sure that my friends and family steer clear! First and Last time!

Popped in for a milkshake which was nice as usual. Tables we're all dirty, food left on tables and under them. Not one staff member went onto shop floor to clean whilst I was there. All the staff behind the counter were constantly working so not there fault. However as with most business staff hours are cut to the bone which results in issues like this.

Overpriced and over hyped...food is not nice...Vege sandwich is a absolute joke and comes without any patty inside. Fries are bearable with Cajun spices. Milkshake was good but again overpriced. Won't be returning any time soon.

I've passed today to this new location and I've been pleased and happy with the whole experience. Never been before to any branches of FiveGuys. A lovely and smiling lady welcomed us by the till⭐️ She gave us a menu and time to decide, as she saw that we are new. Then we ordered, after she guided us in our decisions and in few minutes our food was ready. I've been going on a table and while I was cleaning it, another nice member of stuff came and helped me by cleaning it, as the previous customer they made a little bit of a mess. Food was good and tasty, freshly 😌 After I finished I've gone to clean my hands to the loo and yep, found someone's mobile left accidentally. I took it and handed it over to a member of stuff (possibly the branch manager). Then I've gone to clean my hands after. When I got out I saw a lady that was searching for a mobile around, and I've guided her to the guy where I've handed her mobile. Everyone was happy 😃 Good experience overall 👍

Never again. Ordered a bacon burger with mushrooms and jalapeño peppers. The one small bacon slice was about 1inch in length. I'm still looking for the mushrooms but did find the two very thin slices of the jalapeño peppers. Went to celebrate my nieces 14th bday with the family. NEVER EVER AGAIN.. Wish I took a picture. Disappointing.

They make it so difficult for delivery driver They said u have to go to the back side and when we go we can’t find this side they just waste our time. The worst five guys I saw in uk

Not really a burger and fries kind of person, but even now and then, I will have this! As soon as I arrived, it was like a huge market, extremely busy, yet my order was taken quite fast I went for the hotdogs with cajun fries. I thne ended up waiting a while for my food, so I grabbed a seat . Plenty of seating space, but if you don't like busy or fast-paced places , this isn't the place for you. My food eventually arrived, and it was very tasty, but not worth the long wait or proves they charge!

Extortionate prices for what you get. Close on £8 for a hot dog which was about 6” long and the sausage was cut in half😩. The hamburger we had didn’t taste of anything it could have been mashed up cardboard and the fries were served in a paper cup and were so dry I couldn’t eat them. We spent £27 altogether and in my opinion a complete rip off. I have never eaten food as bad as that and to top it all the ambiance was cold with the sliding doors opening and closing every few seconds when anyone walked past. The decor was like sitting in a public convenience. Sorry but Five Guys must be the worst of the fast food chains.

Considering it's a newly opened restaurant, we expected service to be much quicker. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a Veggie Sandwich. Some tables were left uncleaned for a while which made seating harder. However, the food is well prepared and tastes great. Plenty of seating and friendly staff.

Customer service was great, I was being served by the crew member sienna, she was so lovely and polite. Tell her to keep up the good work And keep that smile on her face

I guess some of the staff are a bit awkward. But as long as the food is good--which it is--I couldn't care less.

The person taking the order was rude and was not even a bit clear. When i asked her again for repeating the order she just mumbled something as if she was angry. The staff needs to learn how to behave with customers.

Gave us wrong items on our order when we went back they said it was miscommunication and made us pay again
