Nice place, nice staff. Good, freshly made tasty food. Good portions. Expensive - but I knew that before!

Horrible food, waited more than 30mins to eat the worst burger in my life, everything was tasteless even the Cajun chips had less seasoning! Not worth the price or the visit! Yeah

I came in about two weeks ago and had a standout experience thanks to the manager, Anmol. He was extremely friendly, paid close attention to customer satisfaction, and resolved an incident quickly and effectively. You can immediately tell why he's in charge — he carries himself with professionalism and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Anmol deserves a raise. Outstanding service!

Probably not the best time of day to comment on service or atmosphere at the end of the night but the food was great as always and I was pleasantly surprised by the toilet set up. Recommended, especially for disabled and gender neutral people.

This is a halal branch so decided to give it a try. It was a delivery order but the fries were still supplied in a cup so had spilled everywhere in the bag. Still, the fries are unique and better than what I’ve had from other burger joints. I also ordered a cheese burger with three patties. One of the good points of this place is that you have a choice of many toppings and I went for 6 of these plus ketchup. This makes a big difference. I’ve given three stars for two reasons: first the price and secondly the patties are a bit chewy and not as tender as other burger joints.

I love Five Guys, but this is the worst one I have been too. 20min wait with massive queues yet the chef is making 6 hamburgers at a time. Terrible…..but can’t fault the taste.

Went to try the Halal Five Guys located at the Fort retail park last week. Went in when they opened at 11am. Service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Opted for a cheeseburger and Cajun fries. Did not enjoy the food at all. There was nothing special about it to justify the price. There was no one else in the place eating and the music was loud excessively loud. May come back to try a milkshake but their food was not to my taste.

Had the best experience at 7:46pm. The cashier Jay was very welcoming and he provided the best customer service. Even the server was great and provided me with everything I needed. Thank you Five Guys Fort

place was filthy . Food was OK nothing special. They serve the food in a bag don't give any plate or tray.

Order the cheese burger with cajun fries and an Oreo milkshake. For me the milkshake with whipped cream tasted great and was the highlight, the cajun fries were a little too salty for me. The downside to Five guys is its expensive they hide costs behind toppings to increase the price for me it cost £20 for a meal (burger with fries) with a milkshake. Also they need more options on the menu like chicken burgers. Plenty of seating space and its very easy to find parking because its situated in Fort Shopping Centre.

We were really looking forward to eating at Five Guys, but were disappointed to find that the branch has gone fully halal, removing key items like hot dogs and bacon from the menu. While we respect dietary choices, the lack of options felt not very inclusive for all customers. Unfortunately, we decided to eat elsewhere and won’t be returning to this location. It’s a shame, as we’ve always enjoyed the food in the past.

I just took my granddaughter there it was her choice, I do find them expensive for let's be honest it's just a burger and over £5 for a Milk shake.

Very busy fast food restaurant. I went in for a thickshake, and although five guys were expensive, the drink was delicious.

Tried this Five Guys as I was in the area. It's also recently become a halal branch. Burger was great and fresh and so were the chips and shake was lovely. The thing is though the competition has caught up. Compared to bugerize in the northwest you're not missing anything. For 25 quid for burger chips drink and shake it's pricey. Again compared to some good local smash burger chains it's not really worth the extra. Still 5 star but they left it too late to go Halal. Only decided to go down that route as they were probably loosing money.

Staff are really good, kept the place clean and tidy, despite being very busy and mess left by customers. Very expensive for what it is but ok for a treat. Quite a small space so gets crowded

The quality of the food itself wasn't actually that great compared to other Five Guys branches my friends and I have previously eaten from. SEASONING!!! But can't fault the staff for their efforts and hard work

With Five Guys recently becoming halal, I decided to check it out with my friends. We arrived at 9:15pm, and despite it being very busy, the queue moved quickly. Ordering was straightforward, and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food, which was a plus. The menu is simple, which I appreciated, and we went for cheeseburgers, cajun fries, and milkshakes. First impressions? It’s pricey – my meal came to £20.05, which is steep for a burger joint. The food itself was good but not amazing. The cheeseburger was decent, but not the best I’ve ever had. The fries were fine but the milkshake was absolutely delicious – definitely the highlight of the meal. One thing for sure, though, the portions are very filling, so you won’t leave hungry. My mates also enjoyed their food, but overall, I’m not sure I’d go back, mainly because Birmingham has some incredible halal burger spots like Flamin Patties, Phat Jos, and Build A Burga, which offer better value for money. Would I recommend it? If you’ve never tried Five Guys and don’t mind the price, it’s worth experiencing. But if you’re after the best halal burgers in Brum, there are better options.

The nolo ger serve the beef sausage which was disappointing

Burgers taste delicious. Service was good. Milkshake was fine but a little thick.

May look expensive on the menu but you get a double burger and a large fries size compared to 'famous' food outlets. Kids all ate well and fed them for the 3 hour journey home.

Decent burgers and fries... nice thickshake as well.... but £22 is way overpriced. Should be priced more towards £15.

First time visiting a five guys in the UK, unreal experience. The place was packed but staff was working at a very fast pace to make sure everyone was getting their food in time. Burgers were great, cooked perfectly and fries tasted amazing. Definitely a regular treat for me after today.

Never got my order regardless of placing the order at 7pm to be delivered at 9pm thank you for wasting my time really appreciated it.

Was served by a lovely lady called sapphire. She was very helpful as it was my first time trying five guys and it was amazing. Big shoutout to sapphire again

Ordered online prior to going in store. Was able to miss the huge queue and got my food within 5 minutes. Tasted amazing and would definitely recommend

Having worked at a FG for over 7.5 years the Birmingham Fort Branch is Halal - Had to do a FG - All the way xtra patty xtra cheese fries and shake - Really enjoyed the burger even if it fell apart. Patties were juicy. Fries slightly undercooked on final but guess what still good. I would stick with the freestyle. Wife and I are stuffed and yes we would come back just for the Burger. Place was clean.

It’s a five guys , what else ? May be over hyped but never disappointing. Check the UK website FAQ if you want to know if it’s halal, it’s answered on there.

Since they opened iv been there 9 times and it's never been a 5 guy experience like iv had previously. Staff are great facilities are standard but the quality of food is very disappointing.

It was ok not the best, but I felt for staff. Only 3 staff one tills, one food and one doing drinks. The one doing food also doing the Que of just eat drivers which ment they left burgers cooking so ours was a little over cooked

I got food poisoning today for you guys. I’m so poorly and god forbid I miss my daughter’s sports day. Food was rank will never be having anything from here again. Can’t stop throwing up definitely do not recommend

Great customer service from Bianca and the lady who's name I didn't get to catch I believe she was the supervisor on that evening.. just wanted to say thank you for great food and service. Defo,will be having that mango milkshake which was recommended by the supervisor. Store was also nice and clean.

Visited early evening on a Bank holiday Monday. It wasn't too busy which is just as well as there weren't many staff. Burger was the usual standard you'd expect but the fries were a little underwhelming like the potatoes were a variety not best suited to being deep fried. Being located at the Fort which has free parking is a plus.

Great service... Efficient staff and correct orders no mix-ups... usually go in on a Monday..very quiet but clean store... Toilets are clean and can only be used by customers..My favourite is the fries.. alongside the bacon burger..

Now I have never ate a Bacon Burger quite like this 1 it was amazing. Bacon was amazing . Burger was amazing . Even the bun & so many fries I like to eat but I couldn't finish the fries ,so Nice & the milkshakes Oreo Beautiful so much Flavour I will be going back . So on Ground level , wheelchair friendly & baby prams- pushchairs friendly . Lots of seating in doors & free peanuts Price of food is more than normal but it's worth it So many Sides 15 of them they even do a bacon milkshake. I love bacon but I don't think that much

Visited here while staying in a local hotel and couldn’t find anything else for dinner. The burger and milkshake were great with great flavour between them both. Staff were helpful (it’d been a while since I’d visited a five guys) with recommending toppings and what milkshake

Not impressed having waited ten minutes watching them attempt to fix a till before using common sense and going to the other till, they've got three, go figure, cos your customers didn't walk into a fast food establishment and expect fast food surely What used to be a well run decent please it's starting to show obvious signs of a lack of quality leadership at the helm, which is a shame, cos this used to be a really good well run outlet

Excellent five guys, as always the food is brilliant, staff were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, very disappointing experience despite the store being nice and spacious and clean. 1/ Our order didn't come on time due to a system problem at their end, so we had to wait for 15 other orders who came after us to get our food!!! (They didn't apologize nor offer to compensate). 2/ The taste of the meat in the burger is bland... as if it is missing the seasoning and the fries didn't have any salt on them! I don't know if it was our bad luck, or if that's how this branch operates, sadly 😟!

Randomly located at the fort shopping centre. It's not somewhere you would associate with a fast food restaurant. Overpriced burgers and milkshakes are amazing. It's clean 7/10

I would like to thank Heather for her commitment to great customer service at this store. I visit here often ordering my lunch and she always greets me with a great positive attitude and personality. Her leadership skills are great as i often see that the staff have good morale when she's working.

I was gutted with five guys at the fort, burger was tasteless and was not the best.... Fries plenty of but very dry. To top it off I had Dr pepper for a drink and it was flat. I understand that staff are very busy but the majority of tables are left with mess and sauce spilt over them so you're waiting for decent customers to finish to jump on.

It honestly hurts to give restaurant a status of ‘Stay Away’ , total disgrace waited 10 mins in a empty restaurant with no customers present during peak lunch time while staff were having kissing sessions behind closed doors!! Food preparation and presentation was poor , taste of product disappointment value for money too expensive. Atmosphere dead no theme or background music felt like I was in zombie apocalypse movie. I will revisit the place again to see if they have even put the effort to improve the place. Also the place was dirty. Not happy blogger and even more customers

My first time to a 5 guys restaurant, my colleagues had recommended it to me in the past. You go in and order at the till, there's basically a choice of hot dog or burger. The Burgers are £10.35 each fries are extra. You can have refilled soft drinks from the machine. The milkshakes are nice but there nearly £6 each. The burgers are nice, you can tell its quality meat. There's a variety of toppings you can add to the burger at no extra cost. For 3 burger meals it's cost me £52, which is alot for a burger. We sat in the restaurant, which was nice and clean, but cold because the automatic doors kept opening.

I was disappointed with kitchen staff in five ways fort. I am vegetarian and I ordered veg sandwich kitchen staff did not change her gloves when he making meat/ veg sandwich. Now I do not want to come back as not sure how they be making my food. This is really disappointing for first time customer.

Went to Five Guys 30th November, Cheeseburger fell apart when picked it up,stuck to tin foil, £4.25 for a small portion of ,never again fries, ripped off

£10.35 for 1 cheeseburger and the fake American style cheese was not even melted properly due to how cold it was! Street food burgers are only 8-9 pound and taste far better. The food isn’t the problem here. The problem is I draw a picture and it goes all the time when a picture that’s been there for ages is still there. Please don’t throw them away as children are excited to see it. Anyways food, the chips are a bit too salty, milk shake straws are way to hard to drink out of but everything else is amazing

Ordered a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream. After receiving my milkshake the whipped cream was no where to be seen. The only cream i saw had dissolved into the chocolate leaving a white residue. Deeply disappointed!
