Customer service is soo bad, the way they talk to customers when we call to order food is soo rude Wouldn’t order again.

Waffle was lovely milkshake was very watery when I got it tho but still tasted good

Everything fine but the smashed loaded fries should really state it is a hot dish. I like spicy food, I like chilli’s, but the chilli sauce is in fact just hot sauce and there is far too much of it. Went in the bin. Better description needed.

My brother had ordered a strawberry and Nutella cookie dough and a kinder beuno milkshake, he received a kinder bueno cookie dough which he did not enjoy and in the milkshake he found multiple bits of plastic this is not acceptable! The only good thing about the order was the delivery time, very unhappy it’s normally amazing from here!

i ordered a white belgian waffle it was really nice and well presented the ice cream tub was full so much the lid nearly didnt shut....the crispy xhilli bites were amazing and the sugary donuts came.warm as did evedyfhijg WOULD DEFINITELY.USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

It says on just eat that this takeaway is open until 2 am every night. Not yum yum burgers. But just yum yum. But they are both THE same address. I asked what time they are open until for delivery and said 1 am. UPDATE YOU OPENING HOURS. ANNOYING.

Didn’t get my ice cream with my cookie dough but no biggie I had ice cream in the freezer, got 4 free sugar donuts instead which the other half was over the moon about. Thankyou, food came hot and delicious as always. You satisfied a very heavy pregnant lady craving cookie dough 🤣

My friend bought me some amazing treats when he came over Middlesbrough a while back and I was not disappointed he said he orders there alot and he's never been disappointed once to say the least so go get yourself some delicious food and treats they never disappointed the food was in amazing condition not one issue with the service delivery

Great waffles, something perfect for every sweet tooth out there. Cheesecakes are my personal rank 1 as these are not as sweet as other things on the menu but also taste absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend, everyone will find something what suits them :)

delivery took a long time but not really too fussed about that as I work in a takeaway myself and know that sometimes you're busy or understaffed. however the cookie dough pie slices are abit small for the price but everything else what great. Delivery driver was kind, so that's always a plus

Cakes are shop bought cakes stuck in a yum yum box absolutely not worth the prices charged for them and wherent even very nice and to top it off I stated to ring when outside as it was almost 1am and instead the driver brays on the door rather than ringing

Food arrived early, waffles were so warm and soft, chips were unreal ❤️ absolutely fantastic food. One thing I will say though is, prices are absolutely way too high. £5 for a milkshake is ridiculous and that’s the only thing that would stop me ordering again.

absolute joke, took an extra £20 off me when my order didnt go through on the app then rang and they refused a refund or any help then started ignoring our phone calls and were so rude and arrogant !!!! all I can say is the plain doughnuts are out of this world crazy good, it's like eating pockets of air one bite and poof it's gone. I've ordered from here many many times and I've never once been disappointed. Ordered 3 bad boy munch boxes for iftaar and it was horrendous, the 3 chicken burgers were hard & dry. The burgers were not fresh, the chips were stale, overcooked and extremely soaked with oil. I rang the store and the freshie workers were no help and told me to hang up and call the boss because they don’t know how to deal with the complains. Never ordering from here don’t recommend to anyone!!!!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a Sticky toffee pudding and cornflake tart and both came packaged as they have been bought from a shop and not even their own homemade recipe. Also came stone cold as they expect the customer to hear them up. Absolutely baffled by this. Googled the price of the cornflake tart they sold us and you can get it for £2.29 and they sell it for like 6 or 7 pounds. Will not be buying from here again
