The food came 20 minutes early and the delivery driver was very nice. I ordered burgers and they were absolutely delicious. The chicken was a little spicy which i didnt expect but it was still delicious. They included a complimentary, 4 frest sugar ring donuts which were the best ive had in years. Would absolutely recommend to anybody

I’ve had several of these in the past 8 weeks, when I say there out of this world. Mouth watering the crunch the state perfect amount of pistachio spread. Wouldn’t go anywhere else absolutely love the dubai strawberry pots, also tried the viral dubai version of the matalida cake it is to die for so rich and tasty and the cookie doughs are also amazing recenty tried the kinder Bueno one 😍😍😍❤️.... would definitely recommend this place 10/10 Everytime I've been.

Disappointing, if I'm completely honest. The strawberry weren't the freshest you could tell they had been sat around. Then we waited over an hour to find out they gave it to the wrong house so had to wait again. disappointing after all the good we have heard.

Wanted to have 2 doughnuts only but they don't sell "only 2" so had to get the 4 and when I came and opened found 5 and he charged me for five 🤦🏼‍♀️. Plus service the guy wouldn't move from till to come where doughnuts were so it was very weird that I had to ponit out everything from distance. Doughnuts are very delicious undoubtedly.

Very poor customer service. They didn’t pick the call if you placed and online order then you have to call them again and again to remind them about the order. Then they behave poorly on call.

Sahida - I ordered a large box of doughnuts to be delivered at a specific time for a community event I was attending, as a surprise gift for the hosts. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was so nice and friendly to the event hosts which they appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the doughnuts so I was popular to say the least!

Dubi selection is the best one I've tasted yet ! Strawberry's are so fresh and the filling dosney surprise and if that wasn't good enough there selection of food and burgers are incredible this is one of the highest rated food places and you wouldn't be disappointed

Disgusting payment option. Iam purchasing milkshake from this shop since 2022. They don't even take card payment atleast once. All the time they tell to carry cash because they only accept cash. Now they increase the price of milkshake to 💷 7 and said they only accept cash. My question is why don't they accept card payment. Is it because of tax. I'm working hard and paying tax to government. Again to buy in this shop i need to withdraw from ATM by paying minimum withdrawal charges. But this resturant is playing safe game to skip the tax. Ridiculous shop.

What a joke order at around 11 and then said it was being delivered for 1 and at 12 said it was out for delivery it then got to half 1 and we rang 4 times and then never answered then I proceeded to message them on messenger and they told me that the staff in the shop didn’t see my order what a joke this is so they said the best they can do is send it out tomorrow which isn’t ideal

Dont buy the dubai chocolate its rotten ive had from lots of different places and made myself theres is not the same cheap chocolate and that not pistachio cream its like water no taste you can even see couler of the kadafie pastry i spent 25 on delivery to watch my driver outside for 15 minutes txting realy the worst chocolate bar ever avoid dont waste your money

Ordered at 5:30, still nothing arrived or any sign of delivery at 8 o’clock. Rang twice asking were food was said with driver then rushed off phone. Rang again gave address and they put the phone down. Wouldn’t recommend!

It was hard to enjoy the Cheesy Burger meal due to it being exceptionally greasy. I went through half a dozen sheets of kitchen roll trying to eat this, even the carton was so soaked on arrival it is beyond recycling. Photo doesn't match end product.

Advertised as Kunafeh pistachio brownie. Very small portion for the price, also no Kunafeh on the brownie just a pinch of crushed pistachios and pistachio sauce. Disappointed seems like just jumped on the bandwagon and putting pistachio sauce on everything and bumping up prices because of it.

Churros were dry and tasteless, waffle was dry and very chewy. Won’t be ordering again

They asked me to come back and made a fresh waffle with ice cream for me. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the waffle was next level—absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place for both their service and their amazing waffles.
