Something off about this place. For the total price I paid for everything total rip off won’t be back and then they had the nerve to ask why I took the service off. I’ve never been asked that before in my life. Very rude. The table to my left, I saw, got to get a refund because their shisha was flavourless; they were also getting ignored by the servers the whole time it was shocking. I had to literally call over someone for them not sure what the problem was :( Table on my right returned their drink with the most disgusted look on his face, looked like a blue lagoon. Drinks tasted great for us but, full of ice good for some but not for me got about 3 sips before it was melted into a weak consistency. £31 for two drinks?! - movie night/ head over heels. Tasted amazing but not enough for me to return. Don’t even get me started on the food now. The chicken burger was the biggest joke I’ve ever seen on my life it was so flaccid and gross it was disgusting absolutely no taste and the bun had no texture for £17! The portion of chips felt like the scraps of the end bag it was so crazy this is a luxury dining experience. In total I won’t be returning I was so disappointed because I wanted more and received far than less for the price of experience. Total joke of an experience.

Shisha was the worst one i have had ever. Favour had a nasty after taste..? The only nice thing about the hula gorl drink was the actual glass.. (sorry).

I have smoked shisha for over twenty years. Do not go here if shisha is your primary/main reason for going.

Terrible experience. Spotted rats in the shisha area just 5 mins in. Horrible for a place that charges 70+£ for shisha and two drinks. Definitely need to step up on the hygiene

Amazing food and drinks. 5 stars for food. Wings were yumm. However, the first chair I pulled was smeared with dirt and hair on it. The attendant then tried replacing it with the adjacent one. But that one was equally dirty. Then she tried one more chair and luckily that was clean. Additionally, men's loo was pathetic and stinky. We ordered wine. The menu said GBP 24 for the wine, but then the bill said 30 GBP. On raising this, they waived off the service charge but Wine remained for 30.

We went to think Yours, London and Ola for providing such a great service last week on my birthday. I also lost my camera in which the restaurant and Ola reached out to me to come and collect it! What a honourable place. The best restaurant and lounge. We will be back

Went to this place a few years ago and wanted to give them another chance and it has gotten worse. I have only had Shisha and drinks here, never tried the food so I won’t speak on that. 1. The Shisha is poorly prepared and overpriced for what you get. You can tell they do not take pride in giving you a good quality smoking experience. I have been to Shisha lounges all over the world and this is probably one of the worse lounges for Shisha. I even went to a different Shisha lounge the night before and even that was way better than YOURS. 2. Customer service was piss poor. The lounge was not very busy at all. We asked for ice, water and a couple of beverages like lemonade and ginger ale. They took forever to bring it. They brought our ice in glasses you can tell Had been sitting because the ice was melted. The ice in my ginger ale had melted which also made my drink watery. Also had to keep asking, “hey where is the water we asked for 15/20 minutes ago.” “Hey where is the ice we asked for” 3. The sound is coming from the YouTube channel they are playing from the tv. The place can’t be decent enough to even use speakers. Worse than that, they are too cheap to atleast buy YouTube premium, so you have to listen to YouTube ads the whole time you are there. Meanwhile other lounges in London have a great sound system and some even have DJS Overall this place is only concerned about taking your money and not about giving you a good experience in their establishment . This place is overpriced and I do not recommend it. I tried to contact management and they left me on read. I sincerely hope this business shuts down. They don’t deserve good paying customers

I came here last year for a meal and was very disappointed. Firstly, everybody’s food came out scattered - one of my friends received their meal twenty minutes before another, with my meal arriving about 30 minutes after theirs. The food was tasteless, chips were freezing cold and the burger had the texture of a rock. From someone who loves their food and will eat anything, I actually refused to eat this. Despite this, the staff were attentive and atmosphere was vibey enough. Fast forward a year, I had seen some positive reviews on the atmosphere and shisha in this venue so thought I’d give it another go without food this time. I went on Saturday night at 8pm and was extremely disappointed on a whole. The service was awful with extremely rude and inattentive staff. We had to ask multiple times to get their attention, despite the venue having about 4 other parties. Atmosphere was very dead and I got the vibe that other groups were as unsatisfied as we were. When our shisha finally arrived after 30 minutes, we were disappointed to say the least. We ordered the ‘berry blast’ which was completely flavourless and ran out super quick. This place is extremely overpriced (£56 for one drink and shisha) plus the audacity to add service charge, which I did get taken off. I do not reccommend visiting here.

Great food, great atmosphere, amazing cocktails. Lovely service that came with a complimentary drink too. Will definitely visit again.

It was really good limited flavours but still worth a visit if you're travelling near by. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

I went here with my girls for a girls date, the staff was very kind and helped the decoration was amazing inside, there was heaters right under your table so it was very warm and cosy, and the drinks were so so so good everything about it was so good, we always had some shish Which they had a good flavour options, Definitely recommend coming here for a cute meal 10/10

Honestly the only highlights for me was the staff the interior and the drinks... Food was not worth it and wasn't even hot considering it wasnt busy... I basically didn't really eat my food after the long wait, honestly was disappointed flavour lacked and was chewy ( had the lamb for reference)... I don't think I'll be visiting again unless it's for a drink. Bill came and we had multiple shots on our bill from another table.

I don’t recommend this place, when you see their instagram, it looks like a nice and fancy place but when you go there it doesn’t look like that. They don't have all the shishas on their menu, only three of them, they don’t have glasses for cocktails and they didn’t have more tequila and the shots were like £16 each one. I would avoid this place because even the atmosphere is very boring.

Food & cocktails were excellent 👌🏾 Highly recommend the lamb chops, and the sticky toffee pudding was divine 😋 Lovely to meet the owner and head chef.

Terrible service, waited 45 mins for our first drinks, we had to ask 4 times if our drinks were coming. Food was extremely disappointing, the starters tasted like Iceland frozen food just put in the oven and the desserts were extremely dry and tasteless, also they didn’t have the majority of food on the menu. Extremely disappointing, will not be returning.

Totally ruined date night!!! The prices here are outrageous!! The reason being; Poor service - staff will stand around adding pressure to your experience due to limited time on the tables in their far from busy restaurant There is more staff than customers. Can tell it's poorly managed. Terrible food/ menu - Firstly, there is no menu on site. You are referred to check online (They don't even have WiFi for customers ). The place is empty but food took forever to come and when it did we already started planning our proper meal once we left. Shisha - DEAD! Cheap awful flavours sold at extortionate prices, which is a serious lack of common decency, to be honest. Atmosphere - Freezing cold. Toilets stink like they got sewage issues. There's a hazardous plank of laminate in the mens toilet you could trip and have serious injuries. Toilets are directly opposite the open kitchen -10 out of 10

So dead! For so many reasons. Save your time and money.

Terrible experience. Me and my friend went here specifically for Shisha and when we received it and tried it, it didn’t taste nothing as stated on the menu, it was a very misleading description. We told the shisha guy and with an attitude disagreed with us as if we had never smoked shisha before. He said hell try add more flavour. he brought it back and it started to taste like burning flavour in our throats and we couldn’t take a pull without coughing. We asked him to come over again and with an attitude turned to us with “whats wrong now” in which no shape or form he should be speaking to a customer like that. He then offered to change again for last time. The shisha came and tasted like absolutely nothing. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Food also came cold and before our drinks which we ordered 20 minutes before food which was appalling and the fact that mocktails are still had the same price as a cocktail is ridiculous. The location of this place will make you think it’s somewhat nice but its far from that. Don’t get fooled from these nice Tiktoks. Big up the man at the reception who was the only welcoming that day. There was a total of 2 other tables with 2 people on each and everything was such slow service. Appalling. This place almost make you think it up for money laundering and not to actually please and welcome customers.

Absolutely awful! Me and my family went at 9pm after reserving this booking 2 days prior. All the burgers on the menu were supposedly sold out, they had no salt and pepper squid, no oxtail and no plantain fries. We also ordered fries and topped fries but after they took our order, 1 hour later they gave us half our order and told us they were “out of chips”. They also told us this at the same time that the kitchen closed so we couldn’t order anything else. I left there hungry! The customer service by the staff they was awful. It made it worst because there was only a couple of people in the entire restaurant. They also ran out of chicken wings as well. That’s over half their menu already. They’re only open from 6pm as well so being out of most of the menu when there is barely anyone in the restaurant is ridiculous! Cocktails are also £16, and they were average and barely had any alcohol in them, just full of ice! They also have heaters right above the table and all on the highest heat. We were all very hot and uncomfortable. The toilets are also awful. I used the gents and the door handle came off and I got stuck in there. I had to pull the door open by force! I wouldn’t even recommend this restaurant to my dog, avoid this restaurant if you don’t want to spend money on a horrible experience and cold food!

Been waiting for a refund for more than half a year. Called the place over 10 times and every time someone picks up and swears they have pasted it onto the relevant people who deal with refunds. It’s been long enough.

The black guy with dreadlocks at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating the moment we stepped through the door. The lounge has a nice setup with heaters. The shisha was nice also. Everything was good.

Absolutely wonderful everything was perfect the manager made my day He looked after me and made sure to give the best birthday and anniversary ever for New Year’s Eve. I am absolutely recommending everyone and anyone to this absolutely amazing wonderful top quality restaurant lounge bar everything you name it !!!!!!!!!!!

Came from scotland and expected the shisha to be alot better for £35. Had better shishas at half the price. Couldnt taste the flavour and after they changed the coal the shisha turned even worse. Wont be returning.

We had a lovely night at Yours! We had just popped in after a birthday dinner elsewhere. Yours has great atmosphere and great service. Even when a couple of order issues happened they were fixed right away, all the staff were welcoming and friendly and always smiling. Emmanuel was helpful and patient with us and even gave us some things on the house for the mix up. The cocktails were lovely and the shisha was so smooth. We didn’t have a reservation and they were still able to fit us in but do book so you’re not disappointed. Overall 10/10 and it’s a must visit :) will defo be going back to try out the food as it looked good too!

Lovely polite service received from all staff, who accommodated us without a booking. Wait time was, slightly longer than anticipated but enjoyed both the cocktails and shisha.

Booked the private room and everything was perfect, considering we had a large group everything was speedy, service was good drinks and food was so lush we had no complaints at all. Big Thankyou to Manny & Francis who made the evening really special and the chef who I met at the end of the dinner, food was stunnnning :)

Please avoid this place at all costs. Shisha is terrible. Waiters will keep pushing you multiple times to order food like sales people so they can chase you out within two hours. We ordered 2 shisha's, 4 mocktails, 1 cocktail and fries. Waste of 152 quid! The Shisha flavour ran out of within no time. Ordered the second one, and we were asked to leave within 15 minutes. This place will close down soon with such service levels. Good luck guys!!

I came here for my friends birthday, when we arrived we were told to scan to view the menu which had taken us to an app where it asked us to download and then sign in which I thought was very unnecessary just to view a menu. Anyway, we ordered our drinks, food and shisha, the drinks and shisha took 30 minutes to arrive which is appalling as there was only one other table in the whole venue (there was three of us btw) so I was unsure on why it had taken very long. I ordered a strawberry mojito (mocktail) which was overly sweet, I didn’t have more than a sip. After when our food had arrived, my meal which was a ‘Mediterranean tiger prawn’ was plated well but it did not look how it did on their Instagram pictures. The meal looked like a starter considering it’s one of their most expensive meals. I really wanted to enjoy the meal but it tasted like nothing, the lack of seasoning and flavour is shocking. The fries though was 10/10, perfectly crisped and salted and my friends who ate the chicken burger had given it a 5/10 as well as the chicken buns which were 9/10! The music was 10/10, the ambience and atmosphere wasn’t really much, apart from the wall with their logo, there is not much decor. The staff were very attentive and lovely, especially the lady but I did ask one staff member to take the coal off the shisha whilst we ate and they didn’t, there were about 4 staff members serving two tables. The shisha was great, we had a recommendation of ‘valentines’ shisha flavour and it was sweet, not harsh in any way. They didn’t come around for a coal change and I had to ask for the coals to be changed. I had asked them to bring out a cake for my friends birthday and they went above and beyond playing a song and bringing out a sparkler for her birthday, that was very appreciated! The women’s toilet was out of service and we had to use the men’s room which was absolutely filthy. This is just my honest opinion on the lounge, I would rate it a solid 3/10 and I don’t think I would return again.

I booked the private room for my birthday dinner. From the staff to the ambiance it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make the dinner special. The food definatly lived up to expectations and the portion sizes were generous. Beautiful decor. Overall top tier service, top tier food, a top tier resturant. I look forward to visiting again.

They have 2 hour max stay, wasn’t aware of this. Me and my friends were rushed from ordering drinks to have food. There isn’t much choice of food either.

The drinks are not worth £16 The food was okay, the wings was amazing but the rest of what we had such a let down. The shisha was the WORSE shisha I've ever had, I asked them to change it and I swear to God he bought back the same one I told him that had NO taste, definitely not worth the £35 Spent £140 for nothing. Now I have to go McDonald's for something to eat.

Poor restaurant service. Had no food to serve us which they should have told us before I even sat down!! Made me walk miles just for no food. They had only 2 starters which were chicken bao buns and prawn tempura because apparently the rest haven’t been delivery yet. Had no vegan dishes available because that also hasn’t been delivered yet. Had no chicken as that hasn’t been delivered yet so couldn’t even have chicken wings.. Had only 5 shisha flavours as the rest haven’t been delivered yet. This was at 19:00pm…they opened at 5pm not like it could have sold out; so unprepared. Told me they definitely had squid, ten minutes later told me oh they don’t actually have squid??! Poor. They don’t seem to know very much about their own menu. Poor poor poor. Dead atmosphere. Dead vibes. Didn’t even taste the food but I’m sure that’s dead too. Very disappointed. If I could put zero starts I would… I recommend going else where, save yourself the disappointment of going out for dinner and having no dinner

I do not recommend this venue to anyone!!! The food is served cold and has no flavour!!! The drinks are watered down tremendously!! There is no air conditioning and customer service is very poor!!! If you want to waste your hard earned money, go to ‘’Yours London’’.

I’ve been to this restaurant on 2 occasions. The first time is was REAL GOOD, the food had flavour and was of a great quality. I went back a second time and it was like everything had gone down hill, the wings were over cooked to the point they couldn’t be enjoyed with a lazy amount of flavour, lamb chops were chewy as hell, halloumi cheese was DRY AND COLD, I just about enjoyed my coke. Not only this, the service was slow, we wanted to do Shisha but was told we must have it, while we have our mains because the table is required???? Talk about rushing us out. Very disappointed with my second visit!

It is unfortunate & disappointing that I have to write this review but the food was disgusting. Halloumi fries was hard, dry & cold. The prawn tempura was bland and let me not start on the chicken wings (yuk). The drinks taste watered down. I ordered Coca-Cola which taste like a cheap bottle of brown flat fizz they brought from a corner shop. Please, Yours Restaurant take notice of this review as you need to do a consultation on your Restaurant, alot of people will not return after their first visit and will warn others not to go to Yours Restaurant. I personally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, people work to hard for their money, especially with the cost of living to be wasting it on food that is not even of standard quality. The only good thing about Yours Restaurant is the inside decor and clean toilets.

Really nice atmosphere, decent food! Just wish they had more flavours in stock, and not just blueberry/berry flavours.

Ruined my birthday & accidentally charged me twice for the pleasure

We saw this place on TikTok few times and went there. All in one, it was alright. Maybe it’s because we went to another place and loved it there. Starters and drinks yummy! I wasn’t a fan of the hookah. We spent a good amount of money and we don’t think it’s worth it. Like you can find better places.

I came here last summer for a birthday meal, we had a table pre booked and when we got there had to wait 15 minutes. The food was nice but the portion sizes were stingy considering the price, I ordered another cocktail and they did not bring it out.

The place is an amazing escape ✨️ from the busy noise of London's streets. Price was a bit pricey but wonderful experience.

Disgusting! Ordered a chicken burger and the whole thing was burnt. Very over priced. Do not recommend anyone to go here. All of the food we ordered come very dry and felt like it’s been there for weeks, not fresh at all!

Shisha was great however the ordering process is redicilous especially the app they use it takes ages to sign up and the concept is very strange. Just go back to normal menus.

Floor was flooded, tables were so tight next to other people’s. Tables were wobbly which they couldn’t fix. It looked like they had an indoor waterfall but was actually the rain coming through the ceiling. Not all their heaters were working. The food was too expensive for the quality that was given. We asked for Shisha and out of the 25 flavours…. They had only two. The Shisha equipment was cheap. The last time I will ever believe a tik tok about a restaurant. Only thing that was decent was the drinks.

Food was average but certainly did not justify the price. They only had 2 out of c10-15 shisha flavours and it was a low quality pipe / equipment. Tables wobbly, rain leaking from the ceiling and flooding on the downstairs floor. Waiting service was disjointed.

Booked a table for same day, tried to cancel not even 30 minutes later, wouldn't let me do so online, but also couldn't get through to anyone on the phone after multiple tries. I emailed them and i'm immediately charged 2 x £40 cancellation fee. So £80 in total. Crazy. Do NOT bother booking a table, just turn up and save yourself £80.

We went to an afternoon tea event which was being hosted there. It was ok, it would be better in the summer as it has an open root top.

Awful service. Was there for 2 hours and no one came to check in to see if everything was ok. Didn’t even bother to change the shisha coal even once!!! Extortionate pricing too - £6 red bull. Demanding big prices for a company that cannot even master the basics of a good service. Would NOT recommend.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THE MONEY IT WAS SO COLD AND WE WAS FREEZING EVEN WITH OUR COATS ON AND ON NONE OF THE HEATERS WERE WORKING ! THEY HAD 5 flavours to choose from as the rest were unavailable it tasted fake when I asked to see the shisha containers they pointed to clear containers with flavours inside them clearly they were cheap flavours !!!! We arrived and before we were seated we had to pay a £50pp deposit. We quickly noticed that the venue was FREEZING we asked that the heaters they had be switched on to be told that they couldn’t because they have “ran out of gas”, everyone was seated with their jackets on looking very uncomfortable. At this point we wanted to leave but as we already paid the non refundable deposit that wasn’t an option. We ordered our food and when it came it was cold. We ordered shisha and was told that they have ran out for 4 different flavours that was displayed on the menu so we had to settle for something else (which was horrible) when we asked to switch the flavour the staff refused and told us there was “nothing wrong with it”. The service is terrible. No DJ on a Saturday night & the music was very quiet in the lounge area but EXTREMELY loud downstairs in the toilets. When the bill came they had overcharged us. Lastly, we ordered the same cocktail - one came out an orange colour and the other came out yellow, when asked why they said they ran out of ingredients so had to use something else to substitute. Absolutely AWFUL experience considering their prices, the only thing nice is the aesthetic/ decor. Not worth your time or money. Will never go back!

Food was nothing special, flavourless. Fried onions on everything. Flat cokes. All fizzy drinks were flat. Avoid mocktails- £8 for watered down rubicon like juice. Shisha was good though. Atmosphere was literally a ghost town.

How this place is so highly rated i don't know. The only thing that is good about this place is that it will picture well on Instagram, other than that do not get your hopes up and certainly do not go there for the food. The food is expensive for what it is. The cocktails are ridiculously expensive and I don't mind spending a lot of money on food but honestly Nandos would've faired better. I would describe it as mediocre at best.

First they try bump me by charging £50 per person to even get in. Then they try seat me shoulder to shoulder next to ppl I don’t even know when there was hella spaces elsewhere. Food was ridiculously priced £49.50 for a average burger and chips and a so called mocktail which tasted like supermarket juice. By far the worst place I’ve ever been to in London. I refuse to believe people go there and come again. The only good thing about this place was the door to leave the place.

Extortionate pricing for some of the most bog standard food, if even. I paid £17 for a standard beef burger with a a very thin patty and no sides, and £4 for a small glass of coke.

The shisha literally had no flavour and tasted like smoke. I asked waiter to change the head and even asked him try it himself and he told me I would have to pay £20 to change the head. TWENTY POUNDS! The cocktails were very weak and didn’t really taste nice. They were visually unique but I wish they put more time into the taste. I would say this place is an attempt at a shisha lounge. I have had way better shisha at home. For that reason, I wouldn’t look to recommend or visit again. I paid £75 for 1 shisha and 2 cocktails. Prices were insanely expensive for subpar quality. Aesthetics was nice + music hence why I gave 2 star.

Firstly, made a booking, when I arrived on time they were still setting the restaurant up. They should be up and running for customers to come through. The prices could be more affordable to match the service and quality of the food. Lamb chops were nice. The decor and music were a good vibe. Customer service could’ve been better. We were constantly rushed out as our reservation time was nearly up but this was half an hour before which was strange. Service could’ve been more efficient and friendlier. We were a party of 8 as I organised a birthday party for my friend. Food was generally good but they advertised this restaurant that has resident dj’s over the weekend why is a lie. I asked the waiter and say, the information on the website is wrong? That was the main reason I chose this location. Also staff was very indiscreet, as I prepared a surprised cake for a friend the they blew away the surprise! Won’t be coming back.

Do not book this restaurant for group bookings because the communication is very unprofessional!!!! I attempted to book this restaurant for my birthday and all staffs are quoting different prices which is really making me suspicious. For example, two staffs quoted £50 and one staff quoted £60. They have lost out on a potential customer as a result of this. Guys save your time and look else where because if the communication is rubbish this earlier on imagine on the day of the event. And as a restaurant do better! Inform your staffs of the correct quoting for specific bookings.

Just went there 5 mins ago it was around 1 am and the guy said its closed, i walked for 15 mins just to hear its closed mate? please do update your google timings .

I dined in with my friends a few weeks ago for dinner. We planned to eat around 5/6 ish so being busy wasn’t going to be an issue however I was severely disappointed with the menu and the portion sizes. I ordered the Alaskan chicken thighs with sweet potato and although it was tasty I was shocked with how small it was and I was still left hungry! Being a woman I never complain about the portion size but this was small so I dread to think what it would be for a man’s stomach. This was a main meal costing £19 and I did not think it was worth what I paid for. I also was disappointed with the shisha it was not worth £35 for a standard shisha. I have been to many restaurants with the same concept of shisha and food and this really came below par. I will definitely not be visiting again especially after spending £80 and I was still left hungry.

Absolutely awful service, app doesn't work, staff call button doesn't work, called for 30mins straight and no response and staff just don't seem to be aware that they have customers to attend to. I wouldn't recommend going here at all.

Lovely place even shisha was nice food and drinks were also nice

STAY AWAY from this place!!! This is the worst shisha place I’ve ever been to. First of all, my friend and I ordered shisha, drinks and a portion of chips each as we didn’t like the look of the food. They only brought out one portion so we had to ask the waiters about 10 TIMES where the second portion was, each time time we asked, we were told by the waiter that ‘they’ve told someone else to get it’. We complained to the manager who apologised, he got us the second portion after an HOUR and a HALF of waiting for it. Mind you, there were several waiters standing around doing nothing, smoking shisha and on their phones. We then asked for our coal to be changed, again we asked for this to be done about 5 times before we were absolutely fed up and asked for the bill. It is freezing inside this place - they refused to turn the heat on and the music just was terrible for a Saturday night. My friend and I left very annoyed. The service here is the worst I have EVER experienced in my life. With this kind of service provided this place will hit rock bottom very soon. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

The restaurant was super pretty and loved the vibes however the food took a while even though there were only two other people besides us and was really cold, it tasted nice though. Service could've been better as well but wasn't too bad

I visited London from the U.S. I reached out to the restaurant a couple weeks before coming and asked if they still had the fire dancer and Dj on Fridays and was told “yes”. However, when we arrived there were neither. One employee didn’t know that they ever even offered it. The manager was apologetic and gave us two rounds of free shots of a mixed drink. We didn’t make a big deal about it. The experience and food were pretty average. The shisha took foreverrr to come out! The popcorn drink was unique and tastes like Sugar Smacks cereal. It was really good!

Went here for my birthday the vibes was good. The cocktails and food was nice it’s a nice place to go to for a date night, birthday etc

Came to Yours London on 22/10/22 Our booking was for 20.15 which we got there on time and was seated by 20.20, when you’re seated you get told how long you can stay there for which are time was 22.30. So we’ve ordered our food and drinks on the app, are drinks didn’t come until 9pm. Drinks shouldn’t be that long, so we waited and by 9.30pm that’s when our starters came. I ordered the Tempura Prawns/Korean Chicken Wings and Chips. Prawns were okay however you only get about 4 for £10 which I think is very overpriced, however the Korean Chicken Wings which were also £10 came out very cold. I was told they couldn’t be heated up or anything, the woman wasn’t helpful and didn’t suggest for new wings so I ended up not eating them. Dinner came at 10pm, now imagine we still need to be out by 10.30pm. Anyways dinner comes and the waiter says to my friend “sorry we have run out of rice, but you can have chips instead” the night was just getting worse for us. Please don’t bother wasting your time coming here, don’t believe the TikTok videos cause what you see on there is completely different to what you get in the restaurant. I definitely won’t be coming back here as it’s a waste of money, also I believe that the waiters were only focusing on the table that were in a big group. I also think you need to hire more staff, cause the service was poor.

I’ve been to many lounges in my time, from low quality low priced to high end classy ones. This is by far the worst! Save your money and avoid. Horrible tasteless shisha, poor food and ice filled cups with a drop of juice in it. Dull vibe and lighting, no atmosphere, no TV’s, poor management and Extremely overpriced. How are they getting away with it? Their social media is a catfish!

Decor is great and the shisha staff and waiter were really nice but the actual shisha flavour was terrible, tasted burnt even when they kindly changed it again.

I would like to start this review by saying I have visited a great amount of shisha lounges so i know what to expect, however this is the first time I have attended a shisha lounge and have been greatly disappointed in the service which was received at this place, I do believe in good standard at most, which appeared to be lacking an awful lot. I would like to start by saying there were a few things that happened one after the other, and I felt a bad tension as soon as I was seated. First thing is first, I explained to a waitress who was standing in the lounge area that my table was wobbling badly and turned in a 90 degree angle she looked at us and gave a ‘look’ and started wobbling our table instead of saying “sorry we can’t change your table.” She just walked away and did not mention our concern again. The next thing was that the same waitress started putting small lamps in the centre of each and every table as the lounge was dark. However, I soon realised my table did not receive a lamp (even an empty table received a lamp.) this was very unprofessional, and was fixed in 15 minutes by a waiter who attended from the entrance downstairs. Next thing which happened is I ordered Fanta, which was literally melted ice.. and my straw was intentionally squished at the top. I am not one to complain but after all of these things happening I started questioning if these were intentional and direct acts. Lastly my service charge was not taken off my bill or refunded back to me. I had to contact Yours lounge asking why this was and they were unsure , however my money was sent back so I appreciate that matter which was dealt with.

Food is nice, shisha is terrible, no flavour, no smoke. Complained many times regarding this. Got nowhere. Guy said he has been making shisha for 5 years but i have smoked shisha for years and a £15 shisha in my local area was better than this. No wonder people were smoking cigarettes.

Such an amazing experience! We arrived at midnight and the manager Peter was still able to get us a seat on a Saturday night. Luckily we were able to sit and the kitchen was still able to serve us. The food, shisha, and drinks were AMAZING!!! The staff was very accommodating. Will definitely go again!

Avoid!!! Terrible experience. The vibes were not there, there’s a limited food selection & the drinks only look good, but the taste is average. They have a minimum spending fee on weekends that is not written anywhere prior to booking & they didn’t let us get the bill without ordering more which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when your menu is lacking.

This place is absolutely disgusting The moment I have walked through the door they were absolutely rude at the front desk I told the woman I have a booking and she’s like no you haven’t and then she was very aggressive and I told her your Instagram says you can walk in and she’s like oh we don’t take walkin but my point of view was why did they write walkin on Instagram when they don’t take bookings from walkin especially if it’s a Saturday night you shouldn’t be telling misleading information this lounge is a liar and failure to give customer service that which I think It should be closed down for its false misleading information for giving customers I have travelled over 100 miles to come to this lounge and this is the respect and customer service I have got from that I would recommend no one to go here and this place has no manners and the lady was asking me at the front desk that I would have to spend over £50 and I was willing to spend more than £50 and she was like are you sure she made me look like I was at the wrong place and the females in this place is absolutely horrible and make you feel uncomfortable and think it’s all about themselves This place has no customer service I would not recommend anyone to be going here

This is definitely an "Instagram" kinda place 😏 it's ok but I don't see what the big deal is about, the menu is basic and pricey...... 🤷🏽‍♂️

It was great. Food was really nice, service was good as well. Really great all around
