YORI in Merton

Zero value for money. We paid £100 for what we were told would be enough for 4 people. However, really would only serve 2 people maximum. I would never visit Yori again, unless you want to be ripped off.

Food and service fine but experience ruined by shockingly filthy and disgusting toilets. Immediately you think OMG I wonder how clean the kitchens are! Told the waitress that the toilet was in a disgusting state from weeks of neglect and she very embarrassed said I k no w … and shrugged as if she could go nothing. Clearly the management know and don’t care and she poor thing can’t do anything about it short of cleaning them herself! Manager should be fired absolutely unacceptable this day and age . We will not eat there again and sadly recommend you avoid on hygiene basis!

This restaurant has only recently opened in Fulham Broadway and is impressive with its modern design, facilities and feeding arrangements. Most tables have the opportunity for the diner to cook his/her own food on a modern and efficient grill that is built in to each table. Our problem when we ate there was to know what to order. A knowledge of Korean food would be very useful. Excellent service and the staff tried to help us with considerable patience.

We went to the one at the shoreditch location and it was amazing. Everything was a perfect experience and so good customer service! Very affordable would do it again!

Not a good place to enjoy a Korean bbq with the family. The pork slice on the bbq platter was paper thin. It was hilarious. Would not recommend for a bbq.😔

AVOID! M first and last order. I was shocked but more extremely disappointed by Yori Korean chicken which tasted bland and worse than KFC! Also one 60p packet of Udon noodles mixed with more onions than seafood at £12.50 is a disgrace and tasted disgusting!! The Kimchi was a joke. YUCK

We were in Wimbledon with family and wanted dinner, but something new. There are loads of restaurants around the Broadway and we went for Korean BBQ. Completely different from another Korean restaurant we had visited elsewhere. We sat in the BBQ section (round cooking section in the middle of the table gives it way! We ordered Pajeon (Spring onion pancake), Soy Garlic Fried Chicken (Boneless fried chicken bites glazed in soy garlic sauce), Yori Selection (Pork belly, Marinated pork neck, ribeye, brisket, thinly sliced wagyu beef, king prawns, spicy chicken fillet) and Kimchi (spicy fermented cabbage). It was all ordered online at our table. (You call a waiter over with a button on the table.) We asked for help on the cooking. We drank Korean Plum Juice (a firm favourite!), Bong Bong and Aloe. The waiters were useful to guide us on the cooking and it was certainly a different approach (though we had done something similar in a show boat restaurant in Malaysia). The food was very good but the service charge was still 10% despite us having to cook it ourselves! Perhaps they should think about reducing this for barbeques.

Grabbed dinner here before a show right next door at Harold Pinter Theatre. We had a grill top table which was good fun. Food was served really quickly and service was great. Will definitely be back.

Korean BBQ is the best. We can have various meats including king prawns. My children loved it even they had fun with grilling it themselves :-) I recommend haemool pajeon (korean fan cake with seafood). Very friendly staff.

I went to have BBQ to celebrate with my friends. The Korean lady owner was very lovely and friendly, she gave us warm welcome and talking about the food it was amazing and never failed to surprise us. Thank you for the lovely service.

The food was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Excellent location just by the theatre and not far from the station. The only problem for us was the smell of the people cooking the bbq right next to us. It wS our first time and I thought it would be separate rooms for bbq/ no bbq. Definitely needs better ventilation.

We ate here by chance . We wanted to go somewhere else but they were shut. We had never been to a Korean BBQ. But we were delighted. We had one beef rib eye and some prawns some egg fried rice, spring onion salad and a bottle of wine. Including service it was £61. Delicious. We will be back.

YORI. - WIMBLEDON Lacklustre, which was a shame .. This was my go to place over lockdown, I enjoyed my fortnightly takeaways. I decided to dine in after my theatre visit to empress my family .. I was greeted by a member of staff who seemed very annoyed and vexed, and the first words were advising us that we only had a set amount of time for dining .. this was said at the front door ! We knew time was limited .. but can we take our coats off first !! No interaction .. all staff seemed very annoyed as if they have just ALL been told off? .. no help with the menu, not a nice atmosphere that evening .. no toilet roll in the downstairs toilet .. very messy toilets upstairs… oh dear .. Because of the odd atmosphere it is difficult to comment on the food .. it was not a busy evening We wish we went somewhere else .. Wimbledon has so much to offer .. This was a very sad visit .. unfortunately we will never visit again, to dine in or takeaway .. We even said goodbye when we were leaving . We were completely ignored !! VERY DISAPPOINTED BE KIND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
