Ordered a cross selection from the menu for a delivery. The food arrived and it was the worst Chinese meal we have ever ordered!!! The chicken curry was watery mire like a tasteless chicken soup! All the food from the egg fried rice to the house special noodle was just bland! Dry and tasteless, below is a picture of the chicken curry

We ordered a take away via just eat. I had read good reviews re vegan options. Delivery was meant to arrive in 60-75mins. We rang after 90mins and they had not even started cooking it. Eventually arrived after 2.5h and one of the 6 items was missing. I called them several times about the problems and they put the phone down saying they were busy. No refund for the missing item yet and they made it clear they would not make any compensation for the awful service.

We love the veggie duck and their satay sauce is amazing. We have been ordering from here for years, not sure why there are so many negative reviews! Absolutely lovely veggie food.

Ordered 1 chicken and 1 vegetarian meal. The vegetarian meal - stir fried vegetables was literally a few pak choi halves with a bit of garlic. When I called up to inform them that my order was probably mistaken for something else, they were extremely unhelpful and they tried to convince me that i have ordered 'green pak choi' and I received the correct order. I had the receipt in an email and I have clearly ordered stir fried vegetables. They refused to do anything about the wrong delivery. No refund no replacement, nothing. A box of pak choi for 20 pounds.

We ordered delivery, too bad we haven't checked this place before, all the food that came was... well not edible, vegetarian options were terrible, meat substitute looked and tasted like paper, soup, which is just hot water and a few vegetables floating there - tasteless broccoli tea, just super upsetting! Don't waste your money!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Wouldn't feed my Dog this. This is not authentic take away. All four I ordered were unedible. Oily Chow mein tasted like curry. Salt pepper prawns were off and batter was hard as rock. Called up the store politely, staff were rude and wouldn't change any of the dishes. Total waste of money ruined my Saturday night. Sunday was also ruined as it was spent on the toilet. If you live local go to Four Seasons.

Have ordered from this restaurant numerous times without complaint. The food is great, and always arrives quickly and piping hot. However, the service I experienced on this order means I don't want to order from here again. After not receiving an item we were owed, we contacted the restaurant only to be treated appallingly. The man on the phone was extremely rude, and hung up the phone while we were trying to find a resolution (he clarified he hung up because he couldn't be bothered to keep talking when he was busy and I should call tomorrow). I don't expect to be spoken to experience such appalling customer service from any company. Just Eat dealt with the situation fantastically, however, and I was satisfied in this respect. Such a shame...

The delivery man told me to ''Never order from us ever again'' because he got lost. He claimed to have been driving for "more than an hour" to get to my home, despite Google Maps saying it is 18 minutes away and the food being on time. Awful service and its a shame because the food was quite good. Its not my fault that the restaurant was on my list of restaurants on Just Eat! Won't be ordering from here again.

Good selection of food is backed up by great cooking skills. and efficient delivery service. Everything we had was first class but I have to mention the Sweet and Sour King Prawn balls - they are in a class of their own and, although a favourite of mine, I have never had such a perfect example of an item that appears on every Chinese menu . Great food, excellent service - a truly special and outstanding experience..

Amazing delivery speed and tasty food.

Food is decent but terrible service when something goes wrong. We got chicken balls instead of the veggie option we ordered and were interrogated over the phone by a disbelieving Chinese lady who eventually sent our actual order out. No apologies or refunds.

The food tasted OK but was not quite what I expected. I ordered the Thai red curry and, while the sauce was red in colour, it did not taste like a Thai curry at all.

Very nice food, glad we didn't get the large of rice as they were quite big (more than enough for two). Delicious and came around the time we wanted!

The food was good but it took nearly an hour and a half before it was delivered and there was no answer on the phones so no idea what was going on. We were just on our way out the door to pick up some food elsewhere when the food arrived. As one of the party said "nice food but you could grow a beard waiting for it".

Good, fresh food as always. Crispy lamb in plum sauce particularly nice (and generously proportioned). Fried ho fun shredded duck a little low on noodles but otherwise excellent. Egg fried rice came pre-soy-sauced, with I'm not keen on and don't think is/was their usual practice. Was an issue with the delivery time: ordered 'ASAP delivery' at 20.40. Just Eat's estimated time was 21.30; restaurant revised this to 21.40 when order was accepted; but food actually arrived at 21.20. We were hungry, so it was much appreciated, but had I nipped out to buy a bottle of wine on the basis of the 21.40 time then I could well have missed the delivery guy.

The food took more than an hour and a half to arrive and only after I called to chase and they admitted they had missed the order. They sent a bottle of 7UP as compensation.

Food quality was pretty standard, delivery time was very quick and before the time that I actually requested it.

The delivery driver was a bit rude. He took the money gave me the food and just walked off, no thank you or goodbye he didnt even say one word to me.

Prawns were really nasty obviously defrosted under water. Pas Thai was terrible also

Excellent selection, great variety of dishes and flavours. And so many vegetarian alternatives! One small problem with our first order (one dish missing) but clear communication and resolved very quickly. Excellent service.

Honestly the best Asian takeout we've tried on JustEat for our area. Great freshly cooked food and the vegetarian selection is vast and never disappoints. Delivery is super fast and always on time, if not earlier than expected. If you're looking for somewhere to order - PICK HERE!!

The food was ok but they forgot our lamb order. Witch had to be redelivered. The delivery man made me feel extremely uncomfortable Trying to chat me up. I WOULD NOT want my food delivered by him again.

Very disappointed with overall, ordered half a duck but it barely filled 2 pancakes, the person on the phone was VERY rude when I called up to question whether it was actually half a duck, only positive was that the food was here in under 15 minutes from ordering, (makes me wonder if food is prepared during the day and then heated up) will be going elsewhere in future

Order was ready for collection promptly, but one item was wrong (chicken w/ plain rice instead of beef w/ fried rice).

This is the second time we have ordered from this restaurant, the first time was amazing, so we thought we would order again. The second time was hugely disappointing. The duck was only fat and bone and the satay was full of fat too - we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Will not be ordering again

Such a shame because I order from here a lot and normally I wouldn't have a bad word to say. Noodles weren't cooked properly, broccoli was soggy and it took 70 minutes to come. Sad cause it's normally good.

The worst takeaway ever, very poor quality food, tasteless and very rude service. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and they still forgotten part of our order, we had to wait for chips for 40min. It couldn't be any worse then it was. Would not recommend to anyone.

Really nice meal which arrived on a Saturday night within an hour of ordering. This is definitely one of the better quality Chinese takeaways in the new cross / Brockley area. It's become my new favourite as it's good value and decent food.

Food was nothing to write home about. Have had much better have had worse. It was okay.

Very Hood Fast Food,Will Use Again

The food came relatively quickly but when it came it was awful! We found a bone in our chicken chow mein, which I hurt my tooth on. It was disgusting and so off putting and extremely dangerous. I ordered chicken curry and it was so runny, it was like water with fat floating at the top. What a waste of money! When I complained I got a very unhelpful, hostile, rude response. Do not order from there!!!!

I have ordered from here in the past with no problems however, a part of my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to notify them of the error (egg in my vegetable fried rice although I requested without). Admittedly, she did apologise for the mistake but when I requested a replacement she became argumentative and claims my order did not go through as i stated. Both email and online order state 'no egg in the fried rice please'. The 'receptionist'/telephonist argumentative and rude. Everything went in the bin with exception to the vegetable spring rolls (which I assume are frozen premade), lacked flavour and extremely dry. I will not order here again. I am still waiting for my replacement dish 40minutes later...

I always order takeaway from her. Great tasting food, especially the chicken in black bean sauce and mixed sweet and sour balls. Delivery is always fast!

The worst Chinese I have ever had - when received all the packaging had collapsed and half the food was in the bottom of the bag - dreadful food, dreadful service - all of it went in the bin.

Delivery took 1 hour 15mins. Food was disappointing, dumplings fell apart and were tasteless. The crispy beef wasn't crispy. The Malaysian curry was unlike any malaysian curry I've ever had. We've ordered from here before and its be great so I'm unsure what happened this time

Great food, exactly the portions I'd expect, not too little, not too much. Service is great, on the rare occasions there's a hold up they phone, but delivery is usually faster than the estimated time. Food is very tasty and the best Chinese I've found in SE London.

Well they delivered quickly but the food was very below par. Cheap ingredients. My Thai curry was more like a school dinner, the mixed veg were really awful and the rest of it just limp... Sorry, but this was a real disappointment....

Used to love this place, but last two meals have been very poor. Soggy dumplings, tasteless chicken and barely any chicken in shredded chilli chicken. V sad, but wont be ordering any more. Shame as friendly, quick delivery people.
