Overpriced and quite bland tasting food. Ordered two yeotown English breakfasts. They arrived with no potatoes despite that being in the description. Ordered a breakfast tea that arrived with less than half of a cup's worth of water in it. Relaxed ambience though.

I stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located. The setting is nice, airy and new. I arrived a bit early, and there seems to be some lack of integration with the hotel and the service affected the experience significantly. When staying at a small hotel, I expect good service. Unfortunately that was not the case for Yeotown. In my view, it is the lack of a sense of hospitality that is wasted this otherwise nice space. There is an inclusive breakfast and a la carte menu. The options are standard fare and nothing exciting. I was told by the hotel that I can get the inclusive menu by paying around GBP14.95. I was seated and had a coffee while I waited for the food service to start. The restaurant quickly filled up, and after waiting a while, despite being the second person arriving at the restaurant, nobody passed me a menu or took my order. After waiting a while I decided to get up to inform the staff I wanted the breakfast. After some confusion between the staff, I was informed that I do not get the inclusive menu for the optional price as that needs to be paid the night before. The experience seemed very transactional and there was a sense that there was a clear dividing line between the hotel and the restaurant. Sadly, I feel that this is a common occurrence in London with outsourced restaurant services and lack of integration. Even if that was the case, the hotel and restaurant seemed to lack the sense that customers do not care about their internal business arrangements, and just want a good seamless experience - otherwise why eat at a little hotel cafe? There are many more options in standalone restaurants nearby. Given that I had waited a while and had been ignored, in addition to the clear visibility of seams between hotel and restaurant, I was no longer confident that the breakfast will be any good. The manager settling my bill seemed annoyed by my (very nicely) deciding not to have breakfast. My view of the hotel is also equally if not more grim

I was very excited about going to Yeotown as a client of mine had just spent a week at the Yeotown retreat. She loved every minute of it especially the food - raving about it and then told me there was a London restaurant. We were served by Fernando who could not have been more helpful and charming. I loved the food I think we tried everything..it is quite a small menu.! The summer rolls were stuffed with all sorts of different vegetables making them highly flavorsome. The beetroot falafels were my favorite. If you want a delicious healthy lunch full of flavor this is the place for you! I will be returning next week for more.

Seriously overpriced - £5 for a small glass of orange juice?! Freshness of produce is questionable especially where eggs and avocado concerned. As for the flavour combo it’s a No-No. Stick to the traditional hollandaise sauce PLEASE! Really don’t get the hype and had better and for half the price at Bill’s.

Returned twice on our latest visit to London and it was as good as we remembered from last year. Recommended for Sunday brunch as a healthy change from the usual fry-up found in most places, always served with a side of zen and cheer from the pleasant staff - goals!!!

I loved this place. Quaint, clean, and a great selection of vegan wraps, bowls, etc. They have limited seating inside, but a few tables outside that face out to Chiltern Street, which is a quiet little shopping street.

Yeotown is one of my favorite brunch spots - in addition to interesting, satisfying food that you can feel good about eating (quality ingredients, veg-centric, options for vegan, GF, etc.), they have meditation pods with a handful of guided mediations to choose from. I love bringing visiting friends and family to this spot as it is so unique to London. A vibrant, beautiful space for a quality meal and quality time.

I visited this cafe with the food waste reduction app, “Too Good To Go”, which allows you to pick up the food left over before closing time, the purchaser being allocated an unspecified amount of food over the counter which would otherwise go to waste. Many outlets in London offer this service, and most are very generous as they have a lot of stock left over, including here from my past experience. Not this time, however. I had to prompt the staff as to what it was I was asking for - unusual and annoying as most staff know exactly what the app is. I was then presented with a modest-sized sandwich, in a shop which still had piles of pastries, cakes and sandwiches left at the end of the day, for the £4.59 that I had paid on the app. When I questioned if that was it (the sandwich probably cost less if I’d bought it in person), I was told in a rather condescending manner yes, thank you. I was taken aback by this lack of courtesy, as they didn’t know what the app entailed in the first place so as far as I could see were just being stingy. When I mentioned that I had been to the shop before and been given considerably more food, I received the same response. I gave up and left. The sandwich was stale and was of poor quality. The staff seemed to have difficulty speaking English and acting with basic manners, not considering also that I might be a poor student in need of dinner (I am and was). Not to mention furthermore that they didn’t know about a functioning food waste reduction scheme in their own workplace, in this day and age! Granted, “Too Good to Go” does not specify how much food you will get, but £4.59 for a meagre-tasting sandwich at the end of the day in a well-stocked cafe on a quiet street, I was throroughly disappointed by the service I received.

I was a regular customer in this restaurant but after a few bad visits, I refused to come back as the staff always messed around and the kitchen was very slow. Today I decided to come back to get a coffee with a friend of mine. and I am changing my mind as Today I can see that all the team were new and very efficient, the kitchen was working quite good, as we ordered some eggs on toast, and we were waiting a short time, and one of the members of the staff, one young male very helpful took my order and after 5 minutes the food was in our tables, He explained to us how Yeotown born and your retirement in Devon, and I could feel the passion for it. I have 10 years of experience in hospitality and I do business with a lot of business around this area, and I really appreciate when the job is done with passion and attitude I will come back as I felt welcome and It was a very good experience.

As soon as you step into Yeotown Kitchen you wonder if you just walked through the door or if you actually landed in California? The design, the light, the music and the food makes you think you are somewhere far away from London. While it is unique to this part of London I went there for breakfast with a business man from New York City who said it was very similar to places he knew there. So I suppose it would fit right into Manhattan as well. I have also been for lunch with my teenage daughter who loved the vibe of the place including the taste of the food. The free meditation pod downstairs is a must as yet again it brings you far away.

Everytime I come here, I leave feeling super healthy and fully satiated. The food here is exquisite - super healthy and caters for all type of healthy diets - vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian- And it is so imaginitively done. I also take away with me their delicious juices, and other snacks for the road. But the icing on the cake (excuse the pun) is their meditation pods where you can literally tune out for a while and re-energise yourself - setting you up for the rest of the day.

I've been many times to Yeotown Kitchen and will keep going back as I love this cafe. I love the decor, in the summer it feels fresh, light and airy and in the winter its cosy and inviting. Whenever I've been, there's always been a nice flow of customers and it has has a really upbeat but relaxed vibe, but never overly noisy or too crowded which is a good thing! I've been by myself, with my boyfriend, and also the two of us with my little nephew, they both loved it too. I'm vegan and so I was in heaven with their delicious menu, the plant based burgers are the bomb and for those who aren't full-on vegan and fancy a bit of fish, their menu accommodates for those customers too. They even have some yummy kids meal options, and the smoothies went down a treat with my nephew. The meditation pods downstairs are such a great idea to have and are perfect for some retreat time away from the city chaos. They also hold guest speaker events which i'm really keen to attend. One time I met the owners, which was a very positive experience, they seem to be enthusiastic entrepreneurs who want to not only offer tasty food that's good for you but also offer opportunities to support the health of your mind, like with the meditation station and events/talks. Great Ethos! Lastly there's always plenty of helpful and polite staff around to make sure you are well taken care of.
