Had a t bone steak that looked as thin as came be and looked like it had been beaten up to be honest. My sirloin i couldn't eat half of it as was tough ams filled with gristle . Won't be coming back ever again . The price for the quality was discusting

As a regular here, XOXO fail to disappoint. The Service, Food Served and overall atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. You cannot go wrong with the NewYorker Burger, Dirty Fries and Some Buffalo Wings. The Burger is Juicy and is always cooked to perfection and the Buffalo Wings. They are succulent and a great addition to the Meal. Overall, I really recommend XOXO.

Nice restaurant. Given options of A La Carte, lunch menu, kids menu. Drinks menu also. Lovely mocktails and milkshakes. Mocktail came with dry ice. Buffalo wings had excellent sauce, but if you need something like blue cheese dressing to take the heat out you need to ask (they were happy to supply for free). Some of the lunch options are great value. Chips are an usual hollowed shape but it makes them great for dipping. They were very accommodating on order requests. Mushroom steak sauce was fabulous. You can go carb free on burgers. Toilet clean and had everything, but only one unisex. Plenty of choice on children's menu.

Amazing experience! We ordered the buffalo wings for starters which were so tasty. For mains we ordered two T-Bone Steaks (medium), the quality of the meat was so tender and full of flavour! Look forward to our next visit.

Came In today for a takeaway but the girl on the door was so nice she said you might as well sit In and I'm glad I did lovey 10/10 service and great hospitality !!!!

Amazing place in the centre of Peterborough, halal food and they don’t sell alcohol, the steak was perfectly cooked and the tear and share was great, deffo recommend to visit

We went for the 1st time for my birthday, the service and food was excellent. It has a lovely warm atmosphere and the only thing missing is an alcohol license. My wife told the staff it was my birthday and they treated me to a free desert which was really nice of them. The food is reasonably priced (less expensive and better quality than the other steak house in Peterborough, Middletons) we had starters, mains, 2 soft drinks and it came to less than £60 so we left a well deserved tip. Needless to say, we shall be returning.

Stopped over at Peterborough during our road trip. We got the lunch menu, I got the steak. 🥩 Steak was well marinated, full of flavour. Dining area was nice and clean and decor was well done. Overall good service. Good spot!

Absolutely underrated hidden gem in Peterborough one of the best burgers I’ve had service is fantastic not many people on the kitchen but can serve high quality food service is really great and responsive and highly caring I would overall give it a 10/10

Steak was cooked as I requested rare, very tender fillet. Chips could have done with cooking for just a little longer though. Mushroom sauce good but not quite enough. All in all very good and delicious thank you. Your chef can certainly treat a steak with care and respect 👌🏻

First time visit with friends and had a lovely meal. Food was delicious and value for money . Service was quick and really friendly staff.

We had the delight in visiting XOXO and it was absolutely amazing. Nicely tucked away and still in the city center, we were greeted immediately upon entering. We head booked a table for our anniversary and so glad we did, as it got busy whilst we were there. We were politely shown to our table, the restaurant was clean, ambience was lovely. Not too loud, lighting was just right. Decor in general was pleasant. We ordered our steak meal, staring with the buffalo wings and a couple of mocktails. The watermelon mojito and strawberry mojito was amazing. They use dry ice which provides great presentation, nice and fresh, very impressive to start with. The starters came out in good time, wings were nice and tender, with delightful seasoning and a layer of buffalo hot sauce. Presentation was good and taste was even better. Fantastic start to the evening. Shortly after our mains came out. T bone steak with chips and a side of peppercorn sauce. I was absolutely taken away, the size of the steak was not just big, but a nice chunk, it looked amazing. The presentation was superb, and the fries were very unique. Our mouthes watering we could not wait to tuck in. We opted for medium, and it was cooked to perfection. Every cut, every bite was delicious and the sauce was beautiful! Great combination with the chips. Half way through I was full, but wanted to keep eating away! Whilst we were deciding on desert at the start, we were so full from the mains we did not order desert, however as it was our anniversary, they very kindly brought out their signature brownie with ice cream accompanied with a sparkler. We were so grateful and completely taken away. It was an anniversary gift from the restaurant. To top it off, the brownie desert was the absolute best brownie we had ever had! XOXO really is one of the best meals we have ever had. Highly recommended!

Food was mediocre which was incredibly disappointing considering the previous recommendations. Steak meat was tough and hard to both cut and chew through, the ribs meat was essentially none existent and there was a lack of sides available for people with sensory issues. Service was however relatively good for the most part. Not a £70 dining experience and won't be visiting again.

Went for my daughters 18th but tbh didn’t realise it’s an alcohol free or halal restaurant so was a bit of a disappointment at first that we couldn’t toast her birthday & we did debate whether to go elsewhere but stayed anyway. The staff were polite & helpful & the food was very tasty.

I am living in Peterborough for sometime now and always looking for delicious dine outs but this place was somehow invisible for me and one of the reason is that it's away from main street location but I finally landed there today and ordered Grill Chicken Burger🍔 with Fries and I can say hand on my heart that it was one of the finest piece of grill chicken with good portion size but for me the highlight was the Fries🍟 and they were crunchy and flavourful. Recently visited here for dinner and the food was great value and taste. The staff were kind , helpful and accommodating. Environment was nice as well. The only change I would make is - we were brought our burgers on slates which was not ideal, however when we asked for a plate we quickly had one bought over without issue. Would definitely visit again.

Screaming child was the least of my problems. Steak was inedible with how tough it was, pulled rib burger was cold. Nobody bothered to even ask how my meal was.

Small place tucked away. Food was absolutely lovely. Chilli sauce was too spicy i could hardly touch it! I know that sounds cliche but it was seriously so hot. The chicken skewers were so good 10/10 with the rice and salad. Service was okay a little slow but friendly.

Very brilliant meal out. They do not serve alcohol but totally worth it and you do not need it. They serve other options of drinks. Very tasty. Burgers delicious. Prices vary on what you have. Very cute birthday firework afterwards. I will be back!

Very good restaurant. It's a shame it's tucked away in a side street away from foot traffic because both the food and the service are excellent. When you visit, order a mint tea. It is made the way mint tea should be made.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time

Really nice food, recommend the burger platter if you're going as a family. Starter sharing platter is also lovely, succulent wings and lamb chops.

Not offensive - but nothing special.

Staff friendly, ambience good, starters amazing, cold drinks all very warm, salmon and sweet potato fries both burnt to the point of being mainly inedible, 2 steaks like rubber and ‘sauces’ like water. Advised waiter he just smiled and cleared plates

Food was just okay chicken was tough, chips were undercooked and tasted peculiar and bland. Service was okay but slow. No atmosphere, dirty and over priced for what it is.

Food is absolutely amazing. I've been 3 times and can't fault it staff are friendly and service is great. For the price you get really good quality food can't fault it chips are good mash is great and the steak is banging.100% would recommend.

I am dissapointed.. I asked for mash and instead of mash potatoes they send salad.

Restaurant extended the delivery time probably due to being busy. Food arrived over 30 minutes late drom leaving the restaurant. Driver said car broke down but was on a pushbike. He wasn’t very helpful and sadly food was cold and soggy.

Visited this restaurant for an early lunch Service was quick and efficient (we pre ordered our food in advance) Food tasted amazing! Espically the honeycomb cheesecake, talk about devine! 1 star lost due to price (more expensive than I anticipated) and a friend pre ordered a desert only for the desert to be sold out.
