Wonderful place for a great food experience

A bit rough and ready, went for refreshments after a funeral. Food was nice but they forgot to switch on the hot water urn so couldn't make a cup of tea. Asked the staff and was sorted out straight away.

Very nice pub ,verry good atmospheric place.

Great venue with an old school pub vibe to it. Drinks are cheap given today's rates and the staff are friendly. Locals are chatty and welcoming. We always come for band nights and it's always fantastic, dancing and singing with everyone involved and not too crammed with plenty of seating and space.

Although this is now operating as a pub, it still has the feel of a working man's club. Star knocked off because of their anti-vaping policy. Has reduced opening hours recently.

Good condition real ale at a decent price. Plus was told they're dog friendly. So will visit again with my dog.

Best family owned and run business in Peterborough! Staff are always lovely, food is always great and the atmosphere is the best! Great precautions for covid at the time too!!

A good size club that is lovingly decorated, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Wide selection of drinks and a fresh variety of hot meals. A great place to spend the evening or have a relaxing break during the day.

Very very busy night. Bar staff excellent. Couldn't see band from our seats. However, atmosphere friendly.

Went to see our favourite band Jessie's Ghost. The staff were very friendly, good drinks. Only critism is that it gets hot in there :)

This place is a wierd mix of old fashion boozer and private club. Staff are friendly, some of the draft ale is really nice and occasionally they have really cracking live music.

Excellent venue,with a function room upstairs that is ideal to host your events,already hosts regular 1960s RnB/Soul nights and is about to host a 60s Ska & Reggae event this year (sept)

Very pleasant atmosphere great selection of ales at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend joining this club to anyone.
