Food is great but the music is so loud you have to shout your order at the staff

Delicious food and piping hot, every part of the order was correct as always. It was late, but only by 5 mins and we did order on a Saturday which was 40% off deal, so really cannot complain about that as I imagine they were very busy. Overall, amazing service from Xotica as always and food was next level!

One of the worst kebab experiences ever. Mix special, overly thick cut tasteless standard donner. Red donner with partially coated sickly sweet sauce. Chips a mix of fresh and re fried. Naan only half cooked and not garlic as ordered. No salad and mediocre sauces. Over £15 for terrible food. A few bites and the rest is in the bin. I don’t know what these other people got because the reviews seem way off from what I received. Don’t recommend at all.

First time ordering from here. It took awhile to get here but was still within the time stated, just. The driver did apologise for this and used my name which I thought was a nice touch. And the food itself, WOW. Everything was delicious!!

a place for click and collect serving, there is a place to wait and I think that's all the positives from this comment. I saw a video of the food from Walkden, the meat looked like thick meaty slabs, mine was mixed with beetroot juice to hide the taste of the meat? The 2 red sauces they give when mixed with the meat, I thought I would throw the dish into the trash. It's good that they served a third mint sauce because I wouldn't have finished it. Sweet kebab is not my cup of tea

Been ordering regularly for over a year and recently mix chicken and donner literally only comes with a few pieces or chicken. The second tray was only half full with chips so really disappointed. Happening too often.

Ordered food here yesterday and it was amazing. People were very polite and the order was completed with 15 mins. I order online pretty much every week and the standard is all excellent

Cans of coke were originally missing but a quick phone call quickly resolved them

This is easily the best branch of the lot! Called up for a collection to feed 8 people. I got 8 boxes and some sides and there was enough food to feed probably 20 people 😂 They had it all ready within 30 minutes, freshly prepared and piping hot. When I got there, the staff were polite and very accommodating. 3 of the lads from the back even helped carry the food to the car! Highly recommended 👍🏾

the best chicken tikka on naan I've ever had! the flavour was amazing and cooked really nice. Wasn't drowned in loads of oil like your usual take away is! 100% ordering again.

I paid £2 for delivery and I still had to go out and look for the driver for 10 mins because he couldn't find the block I live in, so my food was cold . I also paid £2 for sauces which I never got.

Every time we order from here the food is always 10/10 and the delivery is always prompt and on time. They deal with all our requests efficiently and always provide great, friendly customer service!

Maybe it's not exactly the restaurants fault but, the driver that delivered to me was very rude and unprofessional, it was a driver from the restaurant too, so he does work there, I won't be ordering from here again due to rude staff. There were clearly simple instructions about ringing me first that he couldnt apparently follow and proceeded to have a go at me for making him wait etc.. Saying if I ordered again they will ban me from ordering again and take my money instead without making my order.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for exceptional customer service and some absolutely wonderful food. I was met at the counter by a young lad named Akhlaq, who welcomed me graciously and with much kindness and friendliness. He’s the best type of person to have to meet and greet customers. I was more-so impressed with his mannerisms and his demeanour, no doubt he has taken on and gained exceptional lessons in interacting with elders and those from his community. With that approach and conduct he will gain much in life and business. I pray that Allah Azzawajal reward Akhlaq and his parents with immense blessings and wish all the best to the owners and his supporting stuff and pray that they prosper and are enriched in this life and the hereafter. The only bad boy thing about this place is how bad of a liar they are placed a ordered at 10 past 8 said delivery is between 40 to 60 minutes so rang after a hour to be told it will be 25 minutes waited another hour to be told hes just left 1 minute ago then range half hour after to be told he's just left will be 10 minutes now the shops shut

Shocking , after ordering food and 3 phone calls to chase up the delivery and keep being told 10 to 15 min each time and the Uber eats app saying it had been delivered. Arrived very cold and naan bread was soggy , VERY disappointed after seeing the reviews.

food and service was grate .. but portions are small for a £9 kabab I should of been able to feed 2 people (like every other shop I buy from) this 1 I could only just feed myself...

Practically 2 hours to arrive and was cold when it did eventually arrive. Be honest with the delivery estimate then the customer can make an informed decision . I appreciate there may be small delays but 90 mins later than estimate is poor

Ordered online from a certain app, they are under a different name (suspect much?) the kebab are nice the salt n pepper chips aren't so good just tiny pieces of onion and pepper. We waited over 2 hours for our food, we rang up after an hour and half as it was a Friday and giving them time to deliver, they said it must of been delivered to wrong address and that they would rush it through and deliver within half hour, they did live up to that promise. If you want to eat from here might be an idea to collect.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff in shop always polite and follow notes. Good option of food to choose from. Kebabs and salt and pepper options are a belting combo. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my food

Worse nans ever. Not cooked. Hardly any garlic flavour. 3 pound for a nan of that sort. I am shocked. Food came with no sauces. What are they thinking that chips should no accompany any basic sauce even

My order was late, my order was cold and my order was not nice to eat at all, in all a total waste of my time and money and i will not be using this place again. A customer lost because of this very poor experience.

Ordered tonight was freezing cold when delivered, would of rung to complain but had waited ages for delivery & was hungry so reheated in microwave, wont order again

I ordered the day before and due to the road being shut they couldn’t deliver. They refunded me straight away and I re ordered the day after. Absolutely amazing food, very good quality. You get more than enough for your money! I love this place! Even the delivery drivers are lovely too!! I would recommend it to EVERYONE. Keep up the good work! You’re smashing it. Ordered from here a few times normally been good, but this time it came through as been delivered when it hadn’t tried to ring the restaurant 18 times with no answer so had to drive down there to be told my food wasn’t there so must be out then told he didn’t have time for this so left still with no food to return home and then wait another 45 mins before it eventually turned up stone cold. By this time it was too late to order from somewhere else and wait again, awful service in general

Order placed before 7pm, it is now gone 9:30pm and still not here. I asked for an update at 8:45pm and was told it would be here by 9pm.. I rung them at 9:10pm ish and no answer, rung them 12 times since and no answer, yet now just goes straight through to answerphone. We selected cash and no option the cancel as can't get through to anyone, but we need food in for tea, so going to have to order elsewhere and if your driver turns up, then I will be refusing the food and will not be paying. Such a shame, we have used you many times and usually love the food.

Food was really nice 5* but wouldn't order again as we ordered at 7.33 and didn't arrive till 9.55 delivery was far to long

Food was great. Staff were friendly. We’ve ordered a couple of times from here and it’s never disappointed. The portion size is huge, one box can shared between 2-3 people.

I'm very disappointed. i have ordered from here many times and not had a bad meal, but tonight... garlic bread not cooked still doughy, phone and spoke to the manager who said he would send a new one and another one but will be 15mins after 40mins later still no arrival I had to phone again and now my meal it stone cold! I tried to give the driver the garlic bead requested by the manager, but the driver refused it. had to wait another 30mins for a fresh meal

Ordered from here afew times now and hands down best kebab place. The main man Fahran threw some extras on the house. Nice one mate be back again.

Not great quality at all unfortunately. Meat was chewy, chips soggy. Supposed to be mixed meat and only very small amount of chicken compared with doner.

Same as some of the other reviews. This was an order via Uber. It was estimated 40 mins. An hour passes nothing. I call them after 1 hour 15 mins and get told the driver is 10 mins away. So I state if he's not here in 10 mins I will calling back to cancel for a refund. He agrees. I call back 15 mins later trying to give the benefit of the doubt, to be told this was a mistake but he's now 6 minutes away. At which point I tell them not to bother and cancel and refund me. He agrees. But then when I get the cancellation receipt. I have still been charged. Opened up a PayPal dispute won't bother with them again
