enjoyed the food, best mint yoghurt sauce I've tried. the nuggets where amazing quality the chips where cooked to perfection only thing I would change would be adding more red onion but that's personal preference

I had a traditional kebab and honestly it was the nicest I’ve ever eaten.

Food good as always, Friday delivery late as always, sign of a popular business and it reflects in the food, no issue there. What i will say is: the cheesy chips have been very nice and cheesy. This time I decided to change it up and went for spicy cheesy chips and I was a bit disappointed with the lack of cheese. I'm effectively paying 50p for spicy + the menu price for cheesy chips, so to receive less than 25% of the cheese was definitely not what I was expecting.

Food is always great and consistent quality. The guys who run this place though really make it, they've gone above and beyond when I've made requests and it's honestly one of the best takeaways we've been to time and time again. Really fantastic and I appreciate everything they've done. Genuinely lovely place and staff.

Food wasn't too bad, the place was clean and quite open, it is a takeaway place but quite large space. I ordered a donner kebab and it wasn't too bad and made with my requests. Only reason I docked a star was the service could have been better. I was standing there for nearly 10 mins before anyone took notice and when they asked if I've ordered, I said no but still had to wait extra 5 mins before I could actually order.

Ordered at 19:30 delivery 2130 had to call restaurant twice for my delivery but I got a bottle of coke for late delivery I'd rather had food on time don't think I will be ordering again but staff where very nice

Probably the tastiest kebab I've ever had. On time, great portion size for the price, definitely freshly chopped onions and jalapeños added after cooking, as they should be. Absolutely beautiful and no complaints!

Delicious food and piping hot, every part of the order was correct as always. It was late, but only by 5 mins and we did order on a Saturday which was 40% off deal, so really cannot complain about that as I imagine they were very busy. Overall, amazing service from Xotica as always and food was next level!

One of the worst kebab experiences ever. Mix special, overly thick cut tasteless standard donner. Red donner with partially coated sickly sweet sauce. Chips a mix of fresh and re fried. Naan only half cooked and not garlic as ordered. No salad and mediocre sauces. Over £15 for terrible food. A few bites and the rest is in the bin. I don’t know what these other people got because the reviews seem way off from what I received. Don’t recommend at all.

a place for click and collect serving, there is a place to wait and I think that's all the positives from this comment. I saw a video of the food from Walkden, the meat looked like thick meaty slabs, mine was mixed with beetroot juice to hide the taste of the meat? The 2 red sauces they give when mixed with the meat, I thought I would throw the dish into the trash. It's good that they served a third mint sauce because I wouldn't have finished it. Sweet kebab is not my cup of tea

Been ordering regularly for over a year and recently mix chicken and donner literally only comes with a few pieces or chicken. The second tray was only half full with chips so really disappointed. Happening too often.

This is easily the best branch of the lot! Called up for a collection to feed 8 people. I got 8 boxes and some sides and there was enough food to feed probably 20 people 😂 They had it all ready within 30 minutes, freshly prepared and piping hot. When I got there, the staff were polite and very accommodating. 3 of the lads from the back even helped carry the food to the car! Highly recommended 👍🏾

the best chicken tikka on naan I've ever had! the flavour was amazing and cooked really nice. Wasn't drowned in loads of oil like your usual take away is! 100% ordering again.

I paid £2 for delivery and I still had to go out and look for the driver for 10 mins because he couldn't find the block I live in, so my food was cold . I also paid £2 for sauces which I never got.

Every time we order from here the food is always 10/10 and the delivery is always prompt and on time. They deal with all our requests efficiently and always provide great, friendly customer service!

Maybe it's not exactly the restaurants fault but, the driver that delivered to me was very rude and unprofessional, it was a driver from the restaurant too, so he does work there, I won't be ordering from here again due to rude staff. There were clearly simple instructions about ringing me first that he couldnt apparently follow and proceeded to have a go at me for making him wait etc.. Saying if I ordered again they will ban me from ordering again and take my money instead without making my order.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for exceptional customer service and some absolutely wonderful food. I was met at the counter by a young lad named Akhlaq, who welcomed me graciously and with much kindness and friendliness. He’s the best type of person to have to meet and greet customers. I was more-so impressed with his mannerisms and his demeanour, no doubt he has taken on and gained exceptional lessons in interacting with elders and those from his community. With that approach and conduct he will gain much in life and business. I pray that Allah Azzawajal reward Akhlaq and his parents with immense blessings and wish all the best to the owners and his supporting stuff and pray that they prosper and are enriched in this life and the hereafter. The only bad boy thing about this place is how bad of a liar they are placed a ordered at 10 past 8 said delivery is between 40 to 60 minutes so rang after a hour to be told it will be 25 minutes waited another hour to be told hes just left 1 minute ago then range half hour after to be told he's just left will be 10 minutes now the shops shut

Shocking , after ordering food and 3 phone calls to chase up the delivery and keep being told 10 to 15 min each time and the Uber eats app saying it had been delivered. Arrived very cold and naan bread was soggy , VERY disappointed after seeing the reviews.

Practically 2 hours to arrive and was cold when it did eventually arrive. Be honest with the delivery estimate then the customer can make an informed decision . I appreciate there may be small delays but 90 mins later than estimate is poor

food and service was grate .. but portions are small for a £9 kabab I should of been able to feed 2 people (like every other shop I buy from) this 1 I could only just feed myself...

Ordered online from a certain app, they are under a different name (suspect much?) the kebab are nice the salt n pepper chips aren't so good just tiny pieces of onion and pepper. We waited over 2 hours for our food, we rang up after an hour and half as it was a Friday and giving them time to deliver, they said it must of been delivered to wrong address and that they would rush it through and deliver within half hour, they did live up to that promise. If you want to eat from here might be an idea to collect.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff in shop always polite and follow notes. Good option of food to choose from. Kebabs and salt and pepper options are a belting combo. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my food

My order was late, my order was cold and my order was not nice to eat at all, in all a total waste of my time and money and i will not be using this place again. A customer lost because of this very poor experience.

I ordered the day before and due to the road being shut they couldn’t deliver. They refunded me straight away and I re ordered the day after. Absolutely amazing food, very good quality. You get more than enough for your money! I love this place! Even the delivery drivers are lovely too!! I would recommend it to EVERYONE. Keep up the good work! You’re smashing it.
