Beef in black bean sauce 🤢 The worst in Scarborough!!! Not spicy at all just full of salt 🤢🤢🤢 absolute disaster!!!

Everything was exceptional. Owners were really friendly and sociable Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 👌 also the prices were very reasonable. You won't be disappointed here every item we ordered was cooked to a very high standard.

Probably the worst thing I wasted money on. All of it went into the bin!!! The only thing there is chinese is name of the business 🤢🤮🤮🤮 Avoid!!!

Whilst on our break in Scarborough, we opted to try Xing Long Chinese Takeaway, our food was delivered on time by a friendly driver, food piping hot and well packaged, Crispy duck was Awesome, the chicken chow mein amazing, best we have had in a very long time, beef was so tender in the curry and plentiful. We totally enjoyed our meal and highly recommend Xing Long Chinese. We will definitely return and enjoy again when back in the area, Thankyou to all at Xing Long.

Visited Scarborough for the weekend and fancied a Chinese after settling in after a long drive. This was close and convenient to our accommodation. Ordered the Mixed Hors D’œuvres and Salt and Pepper Mix for 2 Persons for collection. Was ready in 20 minutes and was hot upon receipt. Generous portions - the box had to be sellotaped shut in fact! 😆 No complaints. The lady at the counter was very polite. The sofa in reception has seen better days but has no effect on the food. Very reasonable!

Good take-away. All food ordered tasted fresh. It was delivered on time and was piping hot. Can recommend the hot and sour soup.

Worst chinese we have ever tasted. An hour late and three phone calls. Rice had so much salt in it, it was dreadful and inedible. Chicken and cashew nuts had so much black pepper in it, you could actually see it, again, inedible. Prawn crackers, chewy and cold. Beef was good, the rest was shocking. Obviously re heated as chewy and tough. Pork balls were fatty and chewy and tough. Ordered at 6 pm. Confirmed would arrive at 6.55. Three phone calls later, it arrived at 10 to 8. Most ended up in the bin. Disgusting and a total waste of money. Never ever again.

Definitely the best Chinese takeaway in Scarborough. Been using them for years. The best salt & pepper spare ribs and Singapore vermicelli in town. Many other fantastic dishes. Also, their chips are gorgeous. Fast delivery service by excellent and polite delivery couriers! Bliss!

By far the best Chinese (in our opinion) in scarborough! Portion sizes are great, always have speedy delivery, piping hot and most importantly such delicious food! I normally always order either tofu in black bean sauce or King Prawns in satay sauce and I highly recommend both! The vegetarian spring rolls are large and have loads of filling in, super tasty. 10/10 highly recommend!

When a Chinese takeaway goes above and beyond to give you amazing food, these are the ones to do it. The girl who served me was welcoming and friendly. Then I think I spoke to the owner who was more than happy to accommodate a request based on his recommendation even after my food had been prepared. He was also very friendly and happy to chat while I waited. All in all the best experience I ever had from a takeaway. I use these regularly and the food is consistently well cooked and packed full of amazing flavours. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you Xing Long. Unfortunately I was too hungry to take a photo. Maybe next time. Lol.

We waited 2 hours for the food to arrive, we were told on first calling and chasing it up that it should be with us any minute that the driver was nearly at our address. 10minutes or so later still no takeaway. Called back the takeaway for them to tell us the driver had to stop to swap a tyer on the way and that he would be 5 minutes. As I come of the phone the takeaway arrives so clearly each time I called to chase it up I was being told lies as I asked why I wasn’t informed on the weight due to the tier he said the driver just rang him now, although the driver was pretty much at my door after speaking to them. Opened the carrier bag to fix our chips not covered the paper bag was open all in bits same with the chicken balls and all the paper was soggy and all stuck to the balls. All the food was stone cold we had to reheat it and tasted dreadful. They have lost our custom as this isn’t the first issue we have had with them with food taking so long and being cold. I definitely would not recommend this takeaway. Absolutely shocking!

Ordered through their website said it would arrive at 21:10 at 5 past it was on my doorstep. We ordered beef curry and sweet and sour chicken balls. The food was all hot and tasted delicious. Could not fault the service!!

First time ordering from here, won't be the last. Ordered through Just Eat, easy to use website ordering. Ordered Shredded Chilli Chicken which was sublime, well cooked, crisp batter and tasty sauce with. Singapore Fried Rice was tasty, rice was well cooked with a variety of ingredients. Nicely spiced, only minor point was relatively little meat content. That said couldn't fault the taste. Good sized portions too. Arrived earlier than expected, but not complaining, if needs be next time will specify a time for delivery. All in all lovely meal.

We have been ordering food from Xing Long during the lock-down. Spending over £210 we have been collecting points, we ordered food on Sunday 13th December and.requested our first £6.00 in loyalty points. When our food was delivered we were told that they would not honour these points. Asking why, we were told that people were ordering food then cancelling their order, fraudulently obtaining points. I told the delivery driver that we had purchased over £200 in food, often ordering food 2-3 times 3ach week. We complained to Xing Long but they still refuse to honour the points. The points are still being advertised on their webpage. This is not the way to treat customers, especially during this difficult time. We will not be using Xing Long again. Shame because their food is really nice.

I would never use this chinese again cold and really salty phoned to complain told to phone back tomorrow when the manager was there not happy just starving and made my partner poorly

Tonight has been the worst from here, ordered on website to deliver @19.30,it turned up at 18.10, told them got time wrong, had to phone them back at 19.50 to see where it was to be told he was just leaving with it, half hour later arrived @ 20.30 flat cold. This is the second time used to be really good but hone downhill

Ordered a takeaway recently from here, the shredded chilli beef smelt and tasted like pure malt vinegar, prawn crackers were stale. Only food that was ok was the rice and noddles but if you can't get that right owning a Chinese you shouldn't be open. Never again will I order from here!!!

Ordered at 5, was given a time of 6.15 for delivery. Ended up my husband had to visit the shop as they were not answering the phone at all and we got our meal at 7 o clock. Wow! Having used this takeaway last year when we holidayed at Scarborough, we decided to ask if they would deliver to our holiday home. Not only was it delivered quickly but the 4 dishes we ordered we absolutely delicious.
