Took food for take away I don’t know what they are selling under the name of king pao chicken but it’s more just chicken in thick water sauce

The worst meal that I have ever had. Everything was stone cold. A weird garbage smell was lingered around the food containers. Everything ended up in the bin. Money gone to the pocket of immoral restaurant owner, which is a shame!!!

The restaurant has nice decoration inside, the food was hot, fresh and tasty.

Ordered a take- away, went in person to collect and check order. Even though I was reassured that the Singapore rice vermicelli noodles could be made egg free, I discovered that it was full of egg. Steer clear if you have any allergies or intolerances. The Szechuan style tofu was almost inedible and everything oozed oil.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean and the most excellent Chinese food.

Ordered a takeaway for the 1st time under the new ownership, unable to get through via phone, tried for 15 min so had to go to restaurant . It was o ly around 18:30 but the restaurant was totally empty Staff polite taking order ready fairly quickly. Hot when I got home ( only live one road away) Good portion size. Felt food was a big let down prawns in batter: batter nice prawns tough, Sweet and Sour sauce too small. Curry sauce : Not like the usual curry sauce you get in most Chinese , was very dark in colour very very spicy hot & hadca powdery taste. Singapore Noodles were good. Special fried rice : ok Chips: poor, I've always loved Chinese chips( usually chunky sometimes with skin on) these were French fries. Overall Quite expensive for whatvI ordered.

ordered a delivery for the first time... pancake rolls were exceptional. chow mein, beef curry and kung po chicken... all as good as any I've had anywhere, chicken was the best I've had in any Chinese meal in 40 plus years!

The ambience was delightful, and the food was tasty, and the service was outstanding.

I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant in every way possible. Exteme poor hygiene, we found a metal wire in the dish. The customer service is even worse - the restaurant kept refusing to provide full refund, only for that single dish. They seem to require we find contaminations in every dish to be eligible for full refund which is unbelievable.

First visit for my daughters birthday, we ordered the set menu B, starters were average, Duck average, mains disgusting!, the chicken dish had so much chilli that we couldn't eat it and the beef dish was the same but also chewy like cardboard so we couldn't eat either. We told them and they took off the service charge! BIG DEAL, absolutely disgusting and will never go again, we like curry but their chinese was hotter than any curry we've ever had. We left in disgust.

Absolutely delicious and generous takeaway

Taste and service is good. Price is reasonable. But the quantity is relatively small. Although number of staff is seemed to be not enough, the staff tries her best to serve us. Thanks a lot!

Delicious meal here tonight with the family. The service was great and with a smile. Nice air con in there to keep you cool. Overall very happy.

Picture of the Xin Hyatt looked great, so me my wife and children went there. When we arrived we was not greeted , we was not shown to a table by a hand gesture, we sat, we waited, staff kept walking pass us like we were invisible. After 15 minutes, we divided to leave as we wasnt even offered water. When we all stood up to leave and when we walked out the door, nothing was said to us, no apology, nothing. I think google needs to make reviews where no stars also count.

We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant and Xin Hyatt is definitely the best in the area. All the dishes we ordered were delicious made with high quality products. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious. Great menu with loads of variety. Service was excellent and friendly. Prices are reasonable. It is quite a small restaurant and was quite noisy when we first arrived but understandable given its obvious popularity. Highly recommended for a good quality, affordable meal out. Would recommend booking in advance.

A perfect evening meal with a much loved family member catching up and planning for the future. The food was sublime, very well cooked and presented in a manner of a much more expensive establishment, the staff were unobtrusive but very attentive and we all felt very well looked after all evening. So, good food, good surroundings at very reasonable prices - what was not to like - we will be back.

Went for the first time and will be back! Lovely, family run restaurant. Excellent service and great suggestions. We went for a fixed price menu for 2 people and could not finish all the dishes! Sad to see one other review complaining about their pricing. Everything was transparent and we thought it was superb value.

The food was fine but outraged to have learned (the hard way) that every item costs £2-£3 more each item to eat in than on takeout, despite serving drastically smaller portions than takeout and also adding a service charge, so no reason for such a huge price hike. Four of us went to eat and had a £120 bill yet we all left feeling unsatisfied, definit we would be after a takeout. I just find it so crafty, rude & disrespectful towards customers that they’d charge so much more money for eat-in customers for such smaller portions. Shouldn’t be paying £120 for food and leaving a place hungry! Be warned if dining in, they will rip you off!

Excellent vegetarian and vegan options like Kung Po tofu, Szechuan tofu and Black bean tofu which are all delicious options

It’s gone down hill don’t know if they changed the chef but food is not nice no more at all chicken wings smelt funny was meant to be crispy and they was soggy prawn balls look and taste old curry taste of nothing the only thing that was nice was the can of coke definitely want be ordering from here again and it’s a shame cause it was a place I used to order from regular 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

We had take away food from here, we tried 6 different dishes and they all very delicious! We heard delivery can be a bit sloppy, so we did a collection. Best Chinese in this area so far!

Nice fresh food here, but the price is a little crazy i have to admit! I'm not a local but the 1 person dinner box is nearly £4 more expensive than my local even if you upgrade to special fried rice rather than boiled rice (and i live closer to central london!)

Belly full of good honest food. I have only tried the takeaway option. Delivery was prompt and courteous. I will make about this my default restaurant for Chinese food. Only advice is to be careful not to give prawn crackers to those with shell-fish allergy. Those who winge about price and food should learn to cook or pay a chef for time and skill It's all about choices and respect

Had a lot of different Chinese food around the area, and this is the first time that we have enjoyed the food as it should be, restaurant style. great to find such a place close by that we could either go there or have a take away. there was nothing left at he end of the meal. that says it all.

Go here regularly. Food is excellent quality takeaway, though I have not used the restraunt. Do not expect food to be quick as all freshly cooked. Worth the wait.

Looking forward to a nice meal, but after ordering, the dishes came out in spasmodic bursts, Which meant that the food got cold . Don't think I would bother going here again!

The food was not that great. The egg fried rice was overcooked.... the prawn fried rice and chow mien had only two prawns in it.

We went to the Xin Hyatt for a birthday celebration on Wed 24 April. The ambience of this restaurant is really lovely with the background music actually in the background. I love the clean lines of the décor and the lighting. We’ve been here before and were not disappointed that the service and food was exactly as before, superb. The staff are very attentive and not at all staid which is nice as our group are quite lively and like to interact with people. We had a fantastic time and will certainly be back in the future.

I am not a lover of Chinese cuisine but, I must say that I ate here yesterday evening celebrating a family members birthday. The food was quite exceptional. The best sesame prawn toast I have ever tasted. It was such a pleasure. The szechuan prawns were delicious and so too were the sweet and sour prawns. Other guests in my party had chicken and beef dishes which they all enjoyed. Everything was freshly made to order, drinks were served as we waited. The only downfall was the kung po prawns which wasn't the best tasting at all. Left a nasty after taste in ones mouth. Other than that, a totally enjoyable eating session was had by all. Highly recommend this place, worth the money if Chinese is your thing.

I cant recommend this place, I visit this restaurant with my husband and we both was really disappointed, food was very poor quality , portion sizes were outrageously small but price really high, at some point we felt like they were hurrying us to leave. We will definitely never come back to this restaurant , waste of time and money

(My whole family 18 of us went home hungry) Food was ridiculously overpriced! And the fact they charge a service charge at the end of it is just pure greed. Lastly we asked them to store a very expensive birthday cake we had got made from a cake shop to bring it out once we had finished eating. to find that the cake was smudged and (we checked the cake before giving it to them), and received no knowledgment or apology for destroying the cake!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didnt have to, so disappointed, and will avoid this place!!

Visit Xin Hyatt every now and then & it doesn’t disappoint. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Never rushing service and happy to take at our pace. When ordering we tend to stick to a set menu, which is reasonable and tasty to cater for all pallets; black bean, chilli & sweet and sour, with portion size just right.

So ordered the set menu and a chicken satay was RAW literally pink inside. Luckily I had that rather then the kids. Later on the BBQ ribs had no BBQ sauce or flavour so we ate the chicken sweet and sour - big mistake - three of us immediately spat it out as it tasted OFF On mentioning this to staff I was told no one else had complained so it must be fine. On offering any member of the staff or chef to try it, no one did. The worst Chinese I’ve ever had - avoid at all costs

Average Chinese food, priced for the atmosphere.

Spent hundreds of pounds here over the years, and delivery driver now refuses to go "the long way" around so refusing to deliver or engage. Appauling and flippant to loyal and regular customer. Shame on you.

Used this place for ages, last delivery driver got lost and now refusing to deliver despite only being 2 miles away. Staff refusing to engage despite hundreds of pounds of custom over the years. A real real shame.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Not greasy or stodgy. Portion size was just right. Service was okay, although could be slightly friendlier. Overall, very happy with our evening out. Recommended.

The website says they deliver within a 3 mile radius and we live 1.5 miles from the restaurant, but when I called up we got a flippant response saying that they don’t deliver to our postcode. I told them to update their website and got a flippant “ok” in response. I’ve eaten here before but won’t be returning.

Our local Chinese restaurant. Always find service to be very good. There are two menus to choose from, al a carte and a buffet. We prefer the a la carte although the buffet menu is good value for money.

Got a takeaway from this Chinese, was only 25 mins from phone call to my front door. The food was hot , fresh & very tasty. Nice size portions , great flavour , would definitely recommend. Even better that’s it’s my nearest Chinese.

Good food from the eat as much as you like menu. But got the feeling that they try to make you leave after 1 round of mains. There's also a 2 HR limit to your stay, which seems a long time but we got the impression that they delay asking what you want for the next course

Not very happy with this Restaurant delivery driver was not made aware we had paid over the phone and was very rude and took the food back to the car in the cold I asked him to hand it over why I he phoned He was quite rude on calling the shop the gentleman who answered was very rude and laughed when I said the driver was quite rude on telling driver he that ya could have told me also told him some of the food was cold due to this he said it was only for a few minutes I said for my inconvenience would they compensate me next time I deliver he point blanked said no it was hot the food that was hot wasn’t bad but the services is Appalling won’t be retuning lost a valued customer

This restaurant/takeaway has been just down the road from us,yet first ordered from it tonight. The best Chinese food ever- very large portions,ribs that are large and so very tender. Good fresh rice.The chicken balls in batter were huge!This is not your typical "oily/greasy" Chinese takeaway-extremely well prepared food..cannot recommend it highly enough oh and the delivery driver was polite very prompt and a good laugh! Order now,,,so very tasty..

I was extremely delighted to find this place that had been hidden on my door step after all this time. I had my usual seafood mixed starter (prawns & squid), Singapore noodles and crispy shredded beef. It was all really nice and I will definitely return here soon.

Myself and adult son have been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant since our regular & usual choice had closed down.

The best chinese I have ever had been going here for almost 2 years now.. I havent eaten in before I assume it would be better as the people are so lovely.. food is consitantly 10/10.. thank you!

Food well above standard Chinese fare

How can the Xin Hyatt advertise on there menu £15 free delivery then charge you £1:50 for a delivery and not pass this onto the person that brings it to you, which you end up giving the driver a tip rightly so even tho your coast was £18:80) and you only get free prawn crackers on orders over £20 and you call them up to question it and you get a rude guy saying they can do that and then start calling me bro so unprofessional beware guys/girls

Really great food and a terrific, not rushed service - which played into their hands as we sat there so long after our meal we were ready for pudding. The restaurant itself is also very clean and has five star cleanliness rating.

Went for my birthday. Nine people had all you can eat. Service was excellent, staff very attentive. Food was outstanding and plentiful. Each dish arrived promptly and piping hot. Spare ribs and chicken chow mien are wonderful. Made to feel very welcome. We were not made to feel rushed which you get in most all you can eat restaurants.
