Xandro's in Bradford

If there was a nil this place would get it. Absolutely awful customer service , no customers in the take away , 4 workers and not one bothered to answer the fone - the excuse , they didnt hear it !!! These guys are paid by the hour and dont own the place - they do NOT care about you or your food. Food - wrong again onfact this is the second time. Chips are cold , burgers was full of chilli sauce i didnt want and missing nachos - how can u miss NACHOS off a mexicana burger the whole point lf that burger are the nachos ! All intructions are ignored and no apologies. The food is standard and not worth the hassle people go somewhere else ... and if you have any allergies or intolerance to food DO NOT come here as they havent a clue what gluten is and more than likely they will just ignore it if you tell them. Stay Away. Stay Alive. If I could give a NIL or no rating or even better a minus ... this place would get it !

I ordered a plain peri burger today and was amazed to see that it came with extra cheese,mayo and lettuce which I said not to put in.And this is not the first time they messed it up

Go after 11 or even call them, twice now they've ran out of chicken and not been able to make a meat feast pizza... Full of s hit ..

Came at 8 and ordered a steak and rice, the food was excellent and given within 10 minutes of ordering, good service from the guy in the green jacket at the front counter. Overall pleasant experience.

Had a go of their grilled chicken fillet burger and chips, with wedges on the side. I must say, it was a new level of nasty. The best tasting thing there was my water bottle. Service was terrible. This place has been added to my list of places I WON'T go again!

Staff were great food was really nice and hot I went with some friends and we ordered a pizza and the Mexican burger wow blew our socks off I'd say it's the best place for perri perri around and I've tried them all belive me this place stands out

They do a quality chicken and rice. However ask for the gym meal which is effectively the chicken and rice but with double chicken. The rice is infused with vegetables and is fantastic.

Nice Chicken, Good rice, lovely homemade sauces. I go there quite a bit and have tried most dishes. All lovely. Chicken is cooked on the flame grill 😀

We ordered food for work, order arrived over an hour late, items of the order did not arrive so there were people without food which they would not rectify as they wanted us to place a further £7 order so it could be delivered. Ruined our lunch, they had our number didn't even bother to redeliver as they stated that they did not have items in stock. Terrible place to order from. 0 for customer service. Avoid placing an order for delivery and timing is bad as the food arrived stone cold. We had to pick the food up in the end. Really annoyed

Delicious tender peri chicken fresh off the grill, great for a healthier alternative if you're gym conscious and just damn tasty otherwise. The quality of the food and freshly made sauces mean you'll struggle to find a better meal in the duckworth lane lilycroft road area and to be quite honest most of Bradford. Highly recommend a visit!
