Wyld Dining in Aylesbury Vale

What a wonderful dining experience last weekend. Huge thanks and massive congratulations to Muzz and the entire WYLD team for such a unique night. The concept and execution throughout were superb. Every course, from canapé to crumble, were delicious and sensationally presented. Excellent food, beautiful floral displays, friendly ambience, charming, considerate staff and what a location! Xx

We’ve been wanting to try WYLD for ages but never had the chance and I’m so pleased we finally did! It’s hard to leave a review without spoiling the surprises that these guys have in store for you! From the friendly greeting, the gentle stroll to the ‘secret WYLD woods’ to the canapés, main course, and desert, there was little left to say other than it was perfect. Apparently they change the menus and chefs for each event so we’ll definitely be going again to sample some more mouth watering food in a great setting. The team are friendly and helpful and they all seem to have the same passion for what WYLD are trying to achieve. A big thanks goes to Johnny, the founder and host who spent time talking to everyone and you can really tell he’s committed to doing what he loves! To sum the experience up, we were comfy, well fed and watered, and got to sit in a gorgeous woodland setting to eat and drink! It made me feel like a big kid being out in the woods with campfires and food! *** Spoiler alert! *** They give you marshmallows to toast over the fire after all the food is served!!! We can wait to come back next season. George & Polly

A wonderful , magical dining experience in a beautiful woodland setting . The whole evening from the moment we arrived was just full of special moments . From on arrival sitting around a campfire for our welcome chat from Jonny to toasting marshmallows at the end of the evening . The food from Chef James Carr was incredible & to know where everything on your plate is from is a real bonus . The staff were excellent & so so friendly.... Jonnys passion & knowledge of his dream & vision is infectious & left me wanting to do my little bit more for the environment & sustainability . This passion shines through in everyone involved in the whole experience. I would 100% recommend 👌

A really special evening. The whole WYLD team were amazing and made the evening truly memorable. An authentic, rustic dinning experience combining stunning food, great conversation and idyllic surroundings. If you want to slow down and enjoy life for a moment this is the place to be.

What an excellent evening. Johny our host was enthusiastic from the start, explaining passionately about the sustainability and provenece of the food. The setting was perfect, in the heart of the local woods. The food was excellent, fresh and vibrant and cooked perfectly. We were put on a table with other guests and we were blessed ro have such lovely people to dine with. An experience not to be missed and certainly ro be repeated.

One of the most amazing dinner experiences we’ve been to, not only was the food so incredible but the ethos behind the whole experience is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and even the other guests you are seated with are great fun. Highly recommend & we cannot wait to go back!

Wyld Dining is the ultimate in decadence and just the best way to go for dinner. Celebrating my birthday and a friend's promotion, we visited in August and the rain held off in honour. Chef Hendrik and team absolutely made magic in the kitchen, Muzz and all the Wyld team took us on a culinary and conservation extravaganza, sustainability and social awareness a strong theme but never a forceful one. This is my new birthday tradition!

This is an excellent, delicious and fun evening. The food, from the canapés to the desert, to the wine was excellent and my gluten free needs were well catered for. The smoked haddock and fresh sweetcorn chowder was wonderful and the full taste of the beef fillet was delicious. This was all served in a beautiful wood by an enthusiastic, dedicated and fun team who are clearly passionate about what they do. Thoroughly recommended!

Amazing evening with Johnny and his team - they clearly have a passion for local ingredients, supporting small businesses and love of nature. Everything I’m the woodland is hand built and prepared with love, the food was insanely good (thanks to local chef James Carr) and it was simply a magical atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend for a date night with a difference!

Wow! What a magical setting this is. My husband and I have been wanting to visit Wyld for a while now and were lucky enough to get tickets for their 12th August event. It was everything we imagined it would be: beautiful setting, incredible food and such kind and lovely staff! Johnny, the owner, is so passionate about what he does and that really comes through in every aspect. An amazing experience - cannot recommend it enough!

The weather Gods smiled over the Wyld angels as they worked their heavenly magic last night. A superbly sublime evening in the most perfect setting, the ancient woodland hosting a fairytale feast from Chef Hendrik and the amazing team at WYLD. This dining experience is beyond description, it is truly unique and bespoke, it's always a sell out so get in quickly if you want to be wowed in the woods. A genuine and beautiful ethos is the basis for this beautiful event. My new birthday tradition.

An amazing experience! I've been trying to book for ages, and was lucky to get slots this time. Not only was the menu innovative and locally sourced, but everything was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. There was plenty to eat, the portions (including the canapés) were generous, and there was also wine on the table. It was great value. The food, ambiance, setting and amazing team made this truly an evening to remember. I can't wait to come again.

A unique experience to eat outside in woodland with food prepared by a restaurant chef. Everything locally sourced and sustainable. Excellent experience / tables of 8 outside under canopies. Highly recommend for something v different.

Just a short walk away from parking and you are transported to a lovely hide away for an intimate dining experience. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, it was lovely to hear their story behind what they do and why and their concern of impact to local wildlife. Everything was so well thought out. The food was beautiful and I enjoyed every mouthful. In particular I love the courgette fritter starter and the venison was melt in your mouth beautiful! It was unlike any other dining experience, it felt like a small community by the end.

Incredible outdoor dining experience from start to finish! Not wanting to give too much away for first timers, the evening was beautifully curated balancing a thought-provoking appreciation of local produce with incredible food enjoyed in a wonderful outdoor setting. Definitely will be dining again at Wyld for sure!!

Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic evening at Wyld! Everything was planned perfectly and made an amazing experience, from the food to the staff it was absolutely amazing, we couldn’t recommend this experience enough. We were slightly worried about being seated on group tables, although everyone got along very well and made a very memorable evening, we will definitely return!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was stunning and the the setting perfect. Had the most perfect evening and strongly recommend, we will definitely be back!

We checked out Wyld a few months ago and loved our experience! It was amazing to be eating in the outdoors. The experience was exceptional with delicious food, wine and company. I loved sitting with other people and getting to interact with other food lovers....
