Great find while cycling to and from Humphrey Head. Popped in for coffee and came away with delicious butter and yogurt all made with their own milk. Very friendly owner.

We went especially for the ice cream! Average! Had the scone which was really lovely, but asked for tea for two, the tea came in what can only be described as a builders mug, with the tea bag left in! Looked out onto a field with 4 donkeys in which was a bit sad tbh! Sorry!

My son and I have visited many ice-cream palours both in the UK and internationally. My son had discovered Wraysholme Farm and recommended we pop in. WOW!!!! ABSOULTLY, WITHOUT ANY HESITATION, THE BEST ICE-CREAM we have eaten. They have mastered the art of flavour, I chose the mini egg , THE FLAVOURS!!!!! , like biting into a handful of mini eggs with the rich taste and texture of their cream. My son chose the lemon crunch, an explosion of fresh, zingy lemons accompanied with rich creamy texture and tangy crispy flakes. The proprietors; warm, friendly, humorous character's, with a tale to tale and generous with their tasting samples!!! To all the ice-cream connoisseurs out there, you needs to experience the quality and flavour sensation of Wraysholme Farm ice-cream. Carmen and Joey 😁😁

Such lovely people, the lady in particular was incredibly accommodating when we turned up on a whim! In addition to the wonderful ice cream, there was a small team of furry friends for petting whilst you eat your cone!

The creamery is set on a working farm and was easy to find. It has some outdoor picnic tables with picturesque views if the weather allows! The food was lovely and freshly prepared and cooked by Janette. We had the Haloumi which was made on the farm from their own milk, so you cannot get much better than that! For dessert we had the ice cream of course, again made on the farm and that was creamy and delicious. The servings were very generous and put a smile on all our faces! We bought some ice cream, milk, butter, eggs and Haloumi from the shop to bring home. We do like quality produce! A big thank you to Stephen and Janette for their kind hospitality and for showing the grandchildren Enzo the very handsome bull! It really did make our visit very special. This will definitely be on our list of ‘must visits’ each time we get back to the Lakes. Highly Recommended!

This was a sweet spot for a family day out or a lovely Sunday treat. We had fantastic icecreams and coffee and had a tour of the farm and watched the cows being milked. The host Jeanette was so warm and gorgeous. You can buy wraysholme cream, milk yoghurt and haloumi in the cafe too. A foodies hidden gem.

Really lovely hidden gem! We were staying in Cartmel and decided to walk to Humphrey Head… we passed this place along the way and popped in for cheesecake and ice cream and a coffee, it was truely delicious and we sat outside on the benches and watched the donkeys (they were gorgeous) the staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed our visit so much that we popped in again on our return walk! Highly recommend a visit here and I hope this business goes from strength to strength!

Visited this afternoon on a hot sunny day. Had the most delicious cherry ice cream milkshake (3 scoops!) with whipped cream and lots of cherry syrup - tons of fruit in the ice cream and very good value. My dad had a small cone with strayberry ice cream - again they are not stingy with the portions and the cone waf full of ice cream rigjt down to the tip! Overall a fantastic visit and will definitely be returning. Oh, and treated myself to some unpasturised ewes' milk cheese to take home 😃

Visited with daughter and grandchildren, what a gem of a place. I had an eton mess sundae, which was superb, loads of ice cream, fresh strawberries and big meringue pieces. The staff were friendly and not bothered about a 4 year old covering herself and the table in ice cream. An addition was the calfs penned near the car park, which we enjoyed looking at. Well worth a visit, we'll certainly go again and again.

We sampled the most fantastic ice cream and bought some butter and cream. The staff are lovely and helpful, and a big thank you for the farmer in charge, who told us all the history of Wrayholme Tower and the Last Wolf. Interesting and we really appreciated your time.
