Woody's Pizzas Barrhead in East Renfrewshire

The pizza tasted good, but if you charge £1.40 for an extra topping, the least you can do is actually include it on the pizza. :( I found the price a bit high for an extra topping, but since it’s fairly standard at other places too, we paid for it—only for it to arrive without the topping.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt by ordering the same pizza twice: anchovies and olives. The olives were shriveled salty little things not fit for a budget supermarket, the 'mozzarella' chesese was unidentifiable and the base was paper thin. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had.

Had this several times but asked for a joke on my lid and the team fully delivered really made me smile so yeah

The pizza shown on Facebook looked far better than mine tasted burnt to a crisp wasn't impressed dont think id go back to try again

made my own pizza, spicy beef wasn't spicy and had horrible fatty taste so I was glad there wasn't much on it. Mushrooms shrivelled and dry , pizza was bit cold and not cut well. Cheese too thick, tomatoe sauce on base was nice unlikely I will go back asda pizza that they make is better sorry to say.

Bit pricey , over £30 for two pizzas , two cans , took 1hr and 40 minutes to deliver 1 1/2 miles away 😑, the pizzas were delicious though 😋

Ordered a pizza and when eating it was unable to chew a piece immediately spat it out and it was a bit of plastic. Will not be ordering from here again. Melted plastic on my pizza absolutely vile luckily I didn’t swallow it.

I have had 3 pizzas from woodys to date. Nice pizza and good value when you get the deals. Much nicer than some of the local big pizza chains. The woodys smokehouse is my favourite so far.

Have to travel a bit to get there but well worth it. Staff very friendly and the pizza was delicious. Will return again soon. Like a previous review would like a few more sides to be on offer. Keep up the good work

Great wee place. Ordered on the way home via the website for my husband. Order accepted quickly and ready when I arrived to collect 15 minutes later. Nice thin crust, very tasty. He's fairly picky and always has the same three toppings. He reckons this is one of the very best he's had. Simple and done right.

Pizza was dry burnt and paper thin, seams to be that generic frozen base all the takeaways use. Shame as I tried the Johnstone one when it first opened and it was far better. Oh well back to looking for decent pizza place.

Definitely the best place for a pizza in Barrhead.. Filip gets it perfect every time! You cannnot get a bad pizza from this place!

By far the best takeaway in Barrhead with fresh, warm and authentic food delivered every time. A supposed progressive hiring policy is always a plus, but the slightly longer wait times compared to your chains and fast-food takeaways are always compensated for by the best pizza you can buy fresh for kilometres in each direction. A strong showing for local business in the town.

The best pizzas bar-none. Bases fresh-spun when you order. Really authentic pizza. None of the stuffed-crust, thick based guff that just boats you up and makes it hard to taste the toppings. Forget the big chains this is the only pizza place you need to visit.

Pizza was average, overcooked, crusts and base were burnt, took over an hour to arrive. Dont think we’ll be ordering again. Bit disappointing

Pepperoni pizza was amazing Got one delivered late at night and it was amazing- came really quickly and is much cheaper than dominos but tastes much better

Superb pizzas and very fast delivery. Were delivered in 15 mins even though it was a Saturday night. They forgot my dips but the delivery driver turned up 5 mins later with them even though I'd never phoned to say. Brilliant service! My only complaint would be that I wish they had a bigger selection of sides (chicken wings etc). However, highly recommened!
