The worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. Completely undercooked. Ordered pepperoni and they just covered it in the saltiest ham. Straight in the bin. Couldn’t even cut it, literally never had such a bad pizza.

The worst experience of my life. Rude staff, undercooked food and not giving me all my food. When I questioned it the rude woman said 'you got your order' when I was missing the garlic bread. I would never visit this place again and I would urge anyone considering it not to go anywhere near it or any of its "other businesses" these are burger box and late night pizza. The food is inedible and not correctly prepared. Will be contacting food hygiene and council about the terrible conditions of the place. If I could review less than 1 star. I would.

After making a comment about terrible service and food last Friday I have been contacted by the owner of takeaway and after explaining and having a conversation about the food ,the issues have been rectified and have tgot to say he has gone out of his way to reimburse me plus a lovely bottle of wine ,and I must say a big thankyou for sorting this out ,not many takeaways would do this hope to ordering again soon for me and my kids

Ordered a delivery of 10 Pizzas to enjoy with friends after the England v Switzerland quarter final. Arrived spot on time, piping hot, were delicious, and enjoyed by everyone. Thanks team at El Murrino Poole

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANOTHER TAKEAWAY EVER AGAIN!! Just finished a chilli burger and a vegan burger with sides and for goodness sake, where do you get off so damn tasty?! I mean really, what the hell! You can taste in every single bite the pride, expertise and attention to detail that has gone into their food. The sweet potato fries and pulled pork tots were to die for, crispy perfection! My only issue would be that the portions are so good that I am now full up and will have to wait until tomorrow to eat this biblical standard food again. Bravo everyone involved, you make this town a better place.

Hey, just had the most amazing pizza at El Murrino for takeout! 🍕 Seriously, it’s been ages since I had a pizza this good. The flavors were on point, and the crust was perfection. El Murrino is definitely my new go-to spot for pizza cravings. Highly recommend giving it a try! 👌

The food is absolutely fantastic and the staff and service is the best you'll find. Have their pizzas and burgers and can easily say they are the best in town. I'd highly recommend ordering from here.

The food was out of this world! I ordered the hot and spicy and I have to say it’s one of the best burgers I’ve tried in a very long time. if you haven’t come to el murino yet I recommend you do!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone 10 min before closing. It was a very pleasant surprise that they were very nice and polite on the phone even this late. Pizza was delicious. Really crispy and thin dough and delicious toppings. I usually order from Italian place in Westbourne but they are more expensive then El Murrino and pizza is the same good. My new favourite place.

We ordered the seafood risotto and garlic bread for delivery with two cold lagers and due to order price we got a free bottle of wine which was a great bonus. Food exceptional, seafood risotto delivered in good quality container and it tasted amazing, we were pleasantly surprised, the portion size was big and garlic bread beautiful, well worth the money which wasn't expensive. We were on a short break but will definitely order when back in the area again. Well done all, great place.

The pasta and pizza was amazing one of the best carbonaras i every had. The blond guy always very cheerful and positive. Will definitely be going back.

We placed an order through Just Eat for delivery. The both dishes arrived cold, the pizza was so paper thin but the crust whoppingly thick with hardly any flavour and toppings were so sparse, it was the Boscaiola Pizza, the Cannelloni Con Ricotta E Spinach was a disaster, there were exactly 2 and a half tubes of Cannelloni that you could hardly see a shred of the spinach, but of my gosh the amount if white sauce was in abundance in the take away and smothered in tomatoe sauce that was horribly bitter and filled up the container!! I will never order from your restaurant again after paying £22.41 or even recommend it..what a rip-off!!

I alway did order pizza from here as they are so much better than any commercial fast food one. But today felt like I could eat something different and order risotto with salmon and I loved every mouthful😋 Large portion (will have some for lunch tomorrow!) And so tasty. INCREDIBLE food! Ordered through Just Eat, it arrived early, and hot, and they even called to let us know that we'd ordered something from the menu that they no longer had and to offer us an alternative. Beautiful food, you can tell it's all freshly prepared too. Not the last time we'll order from/go to El Murrino.

Ordered here from using uber eats order never showed up, when my girlfriend phoned up was told its on its way, 1 hour later I phoned up asking where the order was and was told the driver was on the way. they use there own driver so not an uber proplem. not happy! update still didnt refund for food that havent arrived and are filing a charge back with the bank

First time ordering from here and it was awesome! Both had Calzones which were delicious and the garlic Mayo was lovely. Definitely our new favorite Pizza 🍕 Would highly recommend and will be ordering again soon. Excellent service and didn’t have to wait long 👌🏻

Ordered a pulled pork burger meal deal for collection on just eat. Freshly-cooked tasty burger with delicious topping. Hot salty chips and not too skinny. Ready promptly on arrival.

I'm a massive burger fan and these guys do the best around. The Return of The Mac burger cannot be beaten. The loaded tots are very good also and the service is very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I never shut up about the burgers from this place and I recommend it to everyone all the time. Genuinely the greatest burgers I’ve ever tasted. Really polite staff and just overall one of the best local food places about and undoubtedly the best burgers about.

I made an order of 2 pastas THEY WERE VILE one came which was honestly like 3 mouthfuls the dish was barely even half full and the other was a creamy tomato penne which came so spicy I couldn’t even eat it I rang up and they were no help what so ever disgusting food dont order

Had the goats cheese , caramelised onion pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes. Lovely and not greasy . Husband had lasagne which he said was really good too . Would definitely get food from there again .

Recently moved in and decided to find a go to Italian place for grabing a takeaway lunch or dinner. Ordered a calzone and it was superb and beautifully rich in taste. Loved it. Will definately be back soon.

Unbelievable pizza, burgers & all round great food experience

Tried pizza, burgers, pasta, desserts. In Bournemouth, Poole and on the beach. The quality was overall superb on all of my 30 or so visits in the past years. Always am welcomed when I go to order. The guy who takes orders is nice and careful to customers. They are incredibly quick. I think this is among the best Italian kitchens in Poole.

We have ordered couple of burgers today and they were absolutely delicious! We have collected them in person and the staff welcomed us with a smile, Great customer service! Will return soon 😄

I ordered through the website and clicked on the wrong item. It was my mistake and the lovely guys made another calzone for us. I found it hard to find the number to this branch and they were able to tell me how to find it through the phone option 3. It's best to call and order. The food was good and made quickly without sacrificing quality. I would order from here again. Thank you for the great customer service even though it was my mistake!

Please remove "italian kitchen" . What a disappointment. Fries soggy and cold. Very expensive pizzas , the bottom of the pizza was burnt, and the top raw . I can still fell the horrible taste of raw dough in my mouth. This people suppose to cook Lebanese wraps. And write outside the restaurant "EL MURRINO Lebanese fake Italian kitchen" . Shame . Please don't even border to try this disgusting , expensive place . Order from real Italian restauran .

Certainly quality over quantity, the burger was fairly small and food generally expensive for what we got. The tater totts were OK nothing really blew my mind.

Quite disappointed with the takeaway. The pizza toppings were very uneven and clearly done in a rush. The sweet potato fries were soggy and the tiramisu was too dry and such a small portion that it definitely wasn’t worth the money. The Bournemouth El Murrino was much better.

Waited 80 minutes. Appearance, well put together by guessing. Never ever again. Absolutely disgusting

Expensive trash - burger was thin, tasteless and soggy. Bacon was 70% fat and chips were inedible due to such a high content of salt.

Have ordered from here twice now. 1st order was a burger about a month ago. Nice packaging and tasty burger but over priced and sadly cold. I'm only down the road so a shame. Last night I ordered a salmon pizza and skinny fries. £16.45 and collected as last time I had a delivery it was cold. Collected on time, got home and really awful. Pizza was cold and soggy. I think the pizza was cooked then wet salmon put on afterwards. Really overly salty and after a quarter I felt uneasy about the quality of the fish and didn't want to risk being ill. The chips were OK but spoilt by too much salt as well. I won't be using again as hugely overpriced for poor food. My other half got a burger and chips from smokeys for half the price and was much nicer.

Had an order placed through their app . This is what the Brunch Burger looks like. I was surprised to see they actually use patties similar to the ones McDonalds use , very thin and small . But overall the burger was tasty . The order arrived 15 minutes over the scheduled time.

Ordered delivery from burger box which took 1hr 30 mins to arrive. Then informed the drinks and dessert would arrive later. Another 30 minutes and the drinks and dessert finally arrived. Very poor service and barely an apology, just the excuse of traffic when I’m only 2 miles away. Will not be ordering from them again. Do not recommend

Tried the burgers last week and your pizzas today, was a bit reluctant give you’ve only just opened this shop but I have to say I was impressed! Really glad we now have a proper wood fired pizzeria so close to our home!
