Truly horrific Nothing chicken dishes inedible. Barely cooked

The carrots and onions were raw the chicken is plain and falling out the batter there’s no meat on ribs stay away worst Chinese’s I’ve ever had a lot better Chinese in the area everything in munch box was disgusting

Stayed up the road in the Best Western Hotel. Fancied a chinese and did a Google search. This place is about 1 1/2 miles away so easy to get to. Order was done promptly and ate back at the hotel. A lot of food for the money, piping hot and got free bag of prawn crackers.... very tasty indeed.

First time here and our food was hot, tasty and well priced. Also large portions...really good find and well worth the trip from woodhouse

This is now our regular Chinese takeaway and when I realised they did an offer where you get £5 discount after spending so much, it worked out roughly the same cost wise as the one we used to go to.

I have always had nothing but exceptional service from the staff and drivers. Orders are prompt are they always give prior warnings if they are busy. They also do their best to accommodate any changes I request, within reason. In all the years I've ordered they've only made one mistake and they did their best to rectify it immediately. Whenever I've visited friends and had takeaway or deliver from elsewhere, it has always fallen short to Wonder Kitchen. Thank you for the excellent service. 谢谢你们。

Best Chinese takeaway I've had in a while.

The BBQ pork ribs are top tier, the chow mien was good but wasn't anything special, however, the portions are also very good. Overall good value for money.

Had food last night the pancake rolls made my husband and son really sick, they were stodgy and tasted off!!! Never again!!

I genuinely don’t know how or why this place has such positive reviews. Just had to throw away our entire order as it was disgusting. We chose this place purely on the strong reviews but our experience was appalling. One of the main meals was wrong, we did call to report this and it was a genuine mistake but being so far away we decided not to go back. However, the rest of the order was vile. The chips were very old, dry and looked to have been refried a number of times. The Thai green curry was extremely salty and only tasted of coconut milk. The rubbery slices of ‘chicken’ in it would make Bernard Mathews balk. The egg fried was greasy tasting and was definitely not fresh. The special fried rice was very dry and the meat pieces were small and indeterminable. The ribs again were old and overcooked. We called to request a refund and asked if they wanted the food back and we were told no. When I got there the owner said she needed the food back to give a refund and the girl literally lied in front of my face and told the owner she had told me to take it back. In the end I got my refund and the food is in the bin where it belongs Wasted my time driving backwards and forwards and certainly won’t bother ever again.

Ended up admitted to hospital with severe food poisoning from here.

Have ordered from here for years absolutely love love love this place !! they always accommodate my small changes as I prefer king prawn boiled rice rather than fried and other tweaks are never a problem they bend over backwards to provide exactly what you want. They always deliver fast so food is always hot . I have tried others over the years if wonder kitchen has been shut and ended up totally gutted as they are so poor in comparison! I can totally recommend wonder kitchen , it is by far the best Chinese !!!!

We have been odering from this takeaway for about a month, and have to say it is the best Chinese food we have ever had, it's delicious...Always on time always hot.. asked them tonight of they could do me some broccoli in garlic and they did it no problem and it was soooo nice... Thank you wonder kitchen.. sad you will be closed for 2 weeks.👏👏👏

Not used them since they came off Just Eat but they have always been 5 Stars. Rang to place an order and they remembered they made a small mistake on my last delivery and discounted my bill. Excellent service, fast delivery and delicious food cannot recommend highly enough 👍

Have ordered from here several times now and the food is much better quality than at least one other local Chinese takeaway; and the menu is much more varied. Surprised to see the one-star reviews, but personally would recommend at least giving it a go - it's as good a Chinese takeaway as I've had anywhere to be honest.

Great fresh food all the time for tofu lovers

It was awful. I got a mega box and found multiple hairs in it. It was absolutely ridiculous as last time a family member went down and were barred for complaining! In my opinion nobody should eat from there as it’s unhygienic and they should definitely wear hair nets

Once again a fantastic meal at wonder kitchen. This time we had thai green curry, prawn curry, kung po chicken, chicken black bean, shredded chilli beef, egg fried rice and shrimp fried rice. They also threw in a few freebies. The generosity and excellent food at wonder kitchen never ceases to amaze.

For the past 2 years we have never had a bad meal and have it about once a month. You can tell the difference if you have duck and pancakes. I am a really fussy eater and won't eat fat or white bits. I can just pick it up and go for it! They even make me a chicken cashew and mushroom dish with no veg at all (used to pad the dish out normally) We are so happy with this place we recently had 160 dishes delivered to our wedding reception. Everyone raved about the food. I can't thank them enough for when they delivered it. My family we're like a pack of wolves and the poor lady had to climb underneath them to cope. There were more than 100 people there so that's 100 5 star reviews.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered our food at 8pm and was estimated a delivery time of 9:40pm and at 9:50pm received a phone call telling us our order has been cancelled due to the weather conditions and drivers pulling out of deliveries! Disgraceful that they couldn’t phone us an hour and a half earlier but no can’t seem to get that right, horrible customer service! Never again.

My delivery arrived 2.5 hours late. 2 items had BITE SIZE pieces yes !!! Bite size chunks. It was cold and totally wrong. When I complained I got a rude unhelpful stressed out person answer the phone, I was given numerous rude excuses, eventually when I asked for a full refund I was told they would send a driver to collect. I felt ill at this point, had my 2 items already been delivered to someone else before???? Never ever will I order from here again. Just the thought of my own experience makes me shudder.

Food came after 2 hours. My king prawns with sweet and soure dip were rock solid, burnt. The Lamb dish was terrible, there is a tablespoon worth of lamb.

Don't bother going anywhere else if this takeaway is in your radios they are on just eat to! Best takeaway is Sheffield!!! The lady who is normally on the phone is lovely and really helpful. Never had a bad experience, I recommend the large pancake rolls, crab and sweetcorn soup, king prawns in garlic and chilli sauce, well many more to but alway delious what ever you order. Best Chinese Takeaway in Swallownest - always quick, friendly and decent quality.

First time to this takeaway. i have recently moved tot he area, and decided to have a chinese and thought i would test this. food was very fresh. the ingredients were a very high quality. the fried items stayed crisy long after getting home and they were clean, did not taste of grease. overall i would hightly recommend this place.
