Wombwell express in Barnsley

Rubbish... not what we ordered. Since when has pitta bread been a pizza bread? The kebabs were just chunks of meat grilled and coated in a cheap sauce. Not going back there.

My hubby loves there kabab ..n chips ..would recomend .

Ordered a delivery at 11:15 shocking delivery service I got told it would take 20 mins for delivery that's fine I can wait... He turns up at 12:16 with a small pizza box 🤔 there's no way that was my order and to top it of the delivery guy was shouting at us.... I wouldn't even give him a star definitely not a place to go

The owner is very polite and helpful. But as for food it was cold and not nice, but pizzas was warm. Drivers are useless as they keep getting the orders wrong. WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. 😠😡

Placed an order through just eat. Never had an issue with them before, for food or delivery. But found today that they cancelled the order. I did put down for a pre order but had no notification of the cancellation. Went somewhere else instead

Ordered.. they said on phone it was 20 pound on phone.... it got here and it was 28 pound 😡 absolutely vile can't stop been sick and can't get off loo... I am pregnant aswell chewed into chicken and loads of water came out🤢🤢... discusting manners Told me to shut up and put phone down.... I will NEVER EVER order from here again... need better customer service.. get it sorted disgusting

Really bad me and my mum have got food poising order took just under 2 hours to arrive delivery driver did not know where to go Blamed my mum for the wrong address shouting at my mums husband unacceptable don’t recommend

We ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone.... £27!!! Absolutely disgusting. Rang shop to confirm price and was told it should have been £28 but he had given us free delivery! We have never ordered from here before and never ever would order from here again.

When you get cheesy chip and grap one chip and end up with loads stuck together from cheese.... Not this order u pick a chip up and have to hunt for cheese

I placed a order and tried calling the place multiple of times over the past hour and got no answer. My partner is allergic to cheese. We recieved our order and we mentioned something to the driver. Wombwell Express called me i explained what happened and i got hung up on. I eventually manage to call back and we ended up getting into a bit of a debate but we ended up getting a new pizza made without the cheese.

Food disgusting and burnt to within an inch of its life we waited in the shop for it too do NOT ever get food from here half was missing trading standards are aware and so will health and safety keep away for yours and your familys safety !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered like 2 hours ago.... Still waiting for it. I tried to call the restaurant but all the numbers are wrong.... Don't buy frome them again and you should do the same

Absolutely shocking customer services shouts aggressively over the phone , order off Foodhub when it was supposed to be open but was closed and waited over a hour before nothing turned up , rang the takeaway and all I got was no willingness to sort it and and to be shouted at down the phone , not impressed first and last time I ever go near this takeaway

Vile customer service, ordered through food hub, paid for the order and no contact was given to state that it wasn't going to get accepted, tried to get a refund and all I'm getting is shouted at down the phone and saying he's not apologising

Ordered our takeaway through JUST EAT requesting no paprika as I have crohns disease and seriously cannot tolerate it. Out of the 3 meals mine had the most Paprika on it. My partner phoned them and all the guy did was shout and say we have taken advantage by ordering online? I mean come on what the hell?? If they cant read simple instructions then they shouldn't be serving at all. Disgusting service and no manners what so ever! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but that's the lowest rating possible to choose!!

Once again the delivery was wrong. Ordered via just eat and clearly stated in capital letters what was not required on the order. Sure enough the order turned up with the item that was not required! This was for a medical reason not because it wasn't liked so rang up womb well express to inform them to be told that I was taking advantage of the system by ordering online?????? (Don't get that bit). Anyway the guy on the phone just started shouting at me and refused to refund me initially but after shouting back at him he agreed to send the driver back to collect the food and process the refund but 45 minutes later still waiting!!!!!!!! Shame that one star is the lowest I can give- avoid at all costs!

This used to be a great takeaway but it's gone seriously downhill since being taken over. Refused to give refund after they messed my order up. Not impressed at all.

Ordered a few take aways from wombwell express and tbh it's best one in wombwell. But saying that, this is the first time I've had a bad experience. Pizza was beaut, mozzarella sticks was beaut.... But my cheese cake was frozen and it still hasn't defrosted nearly 2 hours later... I've literally never felt so gutted in my life.
