Food was really nice just really late and cold

Always order from here with the work lads great food unfortunately missed two Items today tho.

The order was late and when it arrived the burger had cheese on even though I had requested plain, my daughter can’t eat cheese so the food that we had waited for was inedible. Very dissapointed.

Pizza was hard and burnt kebab was cold, waiting all week for this cheat meal and obviously chose the wrong place

inedible ..ask for a madras curry and received a spicy garlic heavy chicken paste ..complete waste

Chicken was barely warm, some of the chips were undercooked and there was no garlic sauce which has previously been on the meal

Meal was cold and the im not sure it was right. The passanda that in normally a mild dish was too hot to eat.

quick but chips where dry and plain and the meat was burnt and not nice at all.

Over all a bit disappointing, no salad on kebab or sauce and no option to add or remove so I would have thought it came as standard, didn’t like the taste of the pizza either.

always ordered from her . the last 3/4 times iv ordered iv got the wrong order. I phoned them up told them about it and got well we are busy . I'll never be ordering again from here the food is hot but not what I ask for . I dont no if there has been a management change but they need to read what ppl put instead of sending wrong food out

really good delivery. Food was really nice, wish there was an option to maybe add a sauce to the chicken tika wrap like garlic mayo or be able to add salad. portions are really good sized and not too much to point of wasting food. I had the small chicken tikka wrap and it was a really good portion! the tomato based garlic bread was really tasty but there was a little bit of undercooked dough but nothing terrible! overall I would absolutely re order from here again!

ordered a chicken tikka tray, payed extra for it to be a large and garlic naan, didn’t get either, when i rang up asking for the rest of my order they said they were going to send it out. waited 2 hours and nothing came.

Great friendly team off staff was recommended to try their food and can say was definitely not disappointed went to collect from the shop very welcoming and their portion sizes are very generous and food also tastes amazing not to mention their garlic sauce its the best in barnsley I must say

special naan kebab with onions peppers donna meat and chicken tikka stir fried in the tikka sauce is amazing, with a tub of raita with it. My Fave! great taste and plenty of it, absolutely piles of meat literally.

Came super quick and hot , kebab was lovely no fat and wasn’t soggy I’m very picky when it comes to kebab meat and couldn’t fault it was cooked well , salad was fresh , good portion will order again

Made an order specifically said no onions or tomatoes in the curry. It arrived full of onions so had to go in the bin. I phoned haseebs to let them know they’d sent out a curry full of onions which my partner couldn’t eat and he hung up on me. So I tried again in case it was signal and once again he ended the call. Rubbish customs service everything was dried and Over heated. Rice and chips tasted like they’d been in a microwave.

Food arrived cold, missing items & the bag it came in had what looked like mud/sludge on the outside, when opening the bag the wrap I'd ordered had split out of packaging (can't say for sure but to me it looked like my food had been stood on). Shame as 1st time I ordered it was brilliant & came with a free garlic bread.

Just warm and very late delivery. Was supposed to come between 8.35 and 8.55 got a message saying enjoy your food when it hadn't been delivered rang shop said it had been pressed accidentally order come at 9.55 and hour late.

Ordered from Hasseebs website. Waited 2 hours then showed online it had been delivered, after a phone call tto the shop they said it was on way. They then called us to say no-one was answering the do but they had taken it to a different address. When it finally arrived half of the order was missing and the rest was disappointing. Onion bhaji's where dry and shrivelled up. Looks like they have been stood for the 2 hours we where waiting

After an hour of waiting, a delivery driver was sent out to collect the cash first because they didn’t believe it was a genuine order, then another hour later the food arrived, not tasty, cold food, no real flavour, chewy boot leather chicken kebab meat.. wouldn’t recommend.

Order came popadums covered in grease, forgot my nan bread the curry was bland and had no taste, went in the bin

2 plain rice when orded pilau and egg fried ,curry sauce cold and chips cold and burnt can of pop instead of bottle , said on way rings to find out still in shop overall bad experience

we order our food at 9.30 it turned up at 11 20. and it's cold.. paid £30 and not happy at all about this!

Ordered food and was nearly 2 hours late

The doner and cheese was missing from the burger. The burger had two heels instead of a heel and a crown. No chips delivered with the chicken. And my one piece wasn’t put in either. Overall quite disappointing.

Ordered early hours of new years day, they contacted me stating really busy and may not be able to deliver my order... but they delivered it not long after. Food was spot on so thanks

Two portions of mixed meat and chips took over an hour 😧 which is fine if you get decent food. Food was cold,kebab meat dry. Very disappointed,after so many years of being customer I'm really thinking of stopping ordering from them.

We’ve started using Haseebs for one of our regular takeaways and have to say the food is good, the quality seems consistent and we are more than happy with the combination of foods.

40 mins to deliver after receiving notification to say food was on its way. needless to say it was all cold

called the shop to check the status was told had left. 35 mins later still hadn't arrived was told they would call the driver and get back to me. 20 mins later food arrived. chips was reheated and the chicken in the curry was black. most of it was wasted as we was all exhausted and ready for bed after having a difficult /sad day

Yes it was a little late and not as warm as we would like it. But the food was beautiful. You just can’t fault it . Always a very polite delivery guy too.

Rang the shop countless times no answer food come freezing and a fly in the curry i rang the shop again asking for a refund and i was rold to contact just eat

Cheesy chips lacked in the cheese department. And for a “large” it wasn’t very large.

Unfortunately only one starter out of two ( no meat rolls) Rice was not Lemon- had no flavour whatsoever- otherwise the meat dishes were delicious and really tasty

Food was cold and tikka was split open. 45 mins late is a joke. The food looked decent tho just freezing cold.

Definitely surprised at the quality - first order made and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the Monster Munch Box (not to be confused with the crisps!!) and the chilli sauce is divine - just placed a second order.

Coke missing, samosas missing, pilau rice missing, both curries identical despite ordering 2 different ones and incorrect and tasted of pure salt. From other reviews clear the restaurant make constant mistakes should have read first. Took 80 minutes to arrive. Not happy.

We ordering from Haseeb's for years now,Indian dishes are very very tasty. Over food is good as well. Only minus that staff don't read tickets properly,little things are missing on a regular basis(salad,sauces etc.)Last night Donner wrap from our order didn't have even a drop of garlic sauce and no cheese at all (which is charged an extra £1) Little things like that are a bit disappointing then you pay money.

Food never arrived couldn’t get in touch with restaurant

Nearly 30 minutes late, saying it has been delivered. No word from Haseebs, spent a good 15 minutes trying to contact them. Dire.

Ordered over 2 hours ago, no sign of it. Says delivered on just eat, but definitely isn't. No answer from the restaurant either.

Showing as delivered but never delivered, tried calling the restaurant but either not able to get through or the phone is disconnected as soon as answered

After being 40 minutes late, we went to the shop itself who told us our delivery had been taken to the wrong house.

Paid £11:50 for a king prawn curry, received 3 prawns in the curry, when I complained, they got abusive. Not a good experience, will not order again.
