I have ordered many times from wombourne tandoori - I am now on a diet & requested an oil free lamb rogan Josh - it still had all the usual lovely flavour but I can still have it on my diet ! Lovely delivery driver always friendly & polite & arrives quickly - I love this place

Another wonderful takeaway delivered on time , hot and with a smile . Extra chillies in one dish , hotter in another , no onions in another - added requirements all correct . Best take away for me x

Order not delivered,even though it showed it was on your app,couldn’t get hold of restaurant on phone as they were too busy to answer,by 9pm very frustrated so drove too restaurant to collect myself,not very happy with Just Eat at all especially as this was our New Year’s Eve treat which was ruined.

My order never arrived after 2 and a half hours. Attempted to call the restaurant several times and no answer.

Called restaurant at 7pm to remind of order due at 7:30pm order still not here at 7:45

Sadly they have lost a customer, on average I order every week as well. The food is usually great, today it wasn’t, my prawn starter was very bland and my madras was also bland and not a lot of meat. Along with the fact that it took nearly 2 and a half hours to deliver, when I had somewhere to be, perhaps naive of me on New Year’s Eve but still not a good experience as communication was poor.

Over an hour late and still not arrived and phone line constantly says ‘user busy’

I ordered at 18.30 delivery arrived at 21.45 . I tried calling the restaurant but after numerous calls no answer so I ordered from another restaurant then after ten minutes of ordering from a different restaurant it after from Wombourne tandoori . On opening the order it was freezing cold and absolutely un eatable so had to throw in the bin.

First time trying this tonight with my partner and everything was just incredible. Honestly from the moment we walked in to when we left, the service was an absolute 10/10 and it didn’t end there - the food was probably the best I have ever had. Me and my partner left very content and we are so glad this is our local Indian restaurant. We will be back soon, thank you!

Over priced starter wasn’t even tandoori for £18 very bland meat , won’t order again unfortunately

Christmas day 2024. The first time we attended the restaurant was in June this year. The staff, food and service was EXCELLENT!. The staff were courteous, we'll mannered and NOTHING was too much trouble. Because of this we booked our Christmas day meal there. Today ( Christmas day) was a MAGNIFICENT experience. We opted for the 3pm sitting and the high standards of service, food and professialism was perfect. The staff worked so hard and none stop. Even though the restaurant was completely full, the service was still excellent. WELL DONE to ALL of the staff and a HUGE THANK YOU for making our Christmas day perfect. Very attentive and welcoming staff. All of the food was delicious - hot and tasty. We all left having having had plenty to eat. Each of the dishes ordered were presented very well and we had no complaints at all and would certainly recommend anyone to go here. Well done.

although they are often a bit late, their pizza is the best you can get delivered. garlic bread is not nice, dry, but the pizza is second to NONE!

Booked a table for 8.30 arrived at 8.25 only to be told to go for a drink and come back in an hour? No apologises from the staff, really poor customer service. What is the point booking a table? We won’t be going there again!!

apparently can't do any food without adding chilli's, everything we had was spicy even what should be mild dishs and nann bread was overcooked unfortunately this time most of it went in the bin 😕

Soggy popadoms- rice was cold and so was the naan. It’s our first night in a new house after moving into the area. We chose this place over another because we heard decent reviews - the food was tasty but just cold. If I order again it won’t be on a Saturday night - I get they’re busy so I will just either order from Gornal instead. Not great but not terrible either

An Indian person won’t like this Indian food. Everything was full of tomatoes and onion which tasted under cooked. No actual flavor of India.

Hi, don't order for delivery. Go in and have the meal, you can refuse to pay if not up to standard. Had a meal delivered tonight, it was cooked earlier and warmed up. Terrible, will never go there again.

Heard great things and did not disappoint! The Chicken Tikka Naga was sensational, spicy but not overwhelming, and the flavour is out of this world. Highly recommend.

Was looking forward to trying somewhere different. In all honesty it felt hurried. Offered drinks on arrival, I ordered Sauvignon and I didn’t get Sauvignon. Sauvignon has a distinct taste. This was some cheap white plonk but definitely not Sauvignon. I had vegetable biryani - it was mainly a dressed outer salad of lettuce with a bit of biryani in the centre. My guest had one of those bright read offerings pertaining to be tandoori or similar. It wasn’t great, we were hurried, the food was mediocre and the wine was dire Would I hurry back? No.

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. The food was absolutely amazing. Tasty, hot and ample size portions. We will be definitely going here again the next time we're in the area. They even gave us baileys shots and a chocolate each after our meal.

Been here multiple times and every time the food has been the best! So tasty and so much flavour and the price is great! The service is always 10/10 everyone is so nice and friendly, defiantly will go back for a tasty meal!

The order was not delivered. Called after 1hr 45mins - it was “on the way”. Called back after 2hrs 5mins and it was asserted that it was handed to my wife when it categorically had not been delivered. Deeply unhappy.

I would give the usual 5 stars but I ordered the special madras, but received just a normal chicken madras, which was nice, but no lamb or prawns and I have paid for something more expensive that I didn’t get

Dined in about a month ago and had a great night. The atmosphere is very relaxed but beautiful decor with a lovely water feature. The food was fantastic! There were 4 of us and we all loved our meals. Our waiter recommended the Chicken Tikka Jaflonghe with extra spinach for me and it was delicious! The naan was lovely and fresh and we has zero Kingfishers which were nice. We've had a lot of curry's in many a restaurant but this is one of the best. A wonderful night, great service and fantastic food. We'll be coming back for more! Many thanks.

We have supported Wombourne Tandoori for years. Service is always good, friendly and polite. Food consistently of a good standqrd. Clean and relaxing environment. We use dine in and take away.

Our food was second to none. Our server (younger Ali) is a gentleman. Really nice chap, nothing is too much trouble. Great atmosphere and delicious food

All of the starters were cold and poor quality. The nan breads were hard like they had been cooked and left hours ago. The chicken tikka byriani was ok but the chicken tikka pieces were hard. My husband had ordered chips and they were missing from the order. They were delivered later. He also had the lamb tikka balti. He left it. He said the lamb tasted off and it was watery. Not a very pleasant meal at all. Spent £80 for this meal and it was awful.

Ordered at 17:48 asking for a delivery at 20:15. Food did not arrive until after 21:15 and the restaurant were awful on the phone. Comments about being busy rather than acknowledging the poor service. They shouldn’t offer the ability to choose a delivery time if they can’t fulfil the requests. Food was colder than it should be on top of the awful customer service.

Comments such as “it’s busy” rather than an acknowledgment of the poor services. The restaurant also hung up on me whilst I was trying to find out where my food was. We are keen to support local businesses but find it difficult when this is the experience you get (on more than one occasion before leaving a review).

What a beautiful dining experience I had The look and presentation of the chicken Tikka Masala was like a work of art I ate the food slowly to taste the wonderful herbs and spices which came through so delicate a great piece of well cooked cuisine it really was I'm sorry I didn't take a photo The sweet nan was light and full of taste to top it all off Make an effort to dine there it's a fresh change

One of the naans was rock solid and inedible, chicken in the Masala was dry, the sheek kebab was very crumbly and dry. Usually have a nice meal from here but tonight really wasn't great at all.

Food not good at all. When turned up was missing a meal called to say and the manager said 3 meals went out, they didn’t!! Finally got our missing meal but the rest of the food was cold and not nice at all. The nann breads are more like omelettes and the poppadoms are very greasy. Definitely not 5 star. Wont be using again

Always on point with the staff at the door ready to welcome and take you to your seat. Then wait on you for your order. I love the curry made here... especially the chicken curry.

Long established eating spot with attentive staff who always seem to remember you! convivial, warm and comfortable with an excellent menu including some unusual, but very tasty dishes. the sizzling dishes both smell and taste delightful, and the Chicken Tikka Seremongoli was wonderful and went well with the basmati rice and fresh peshwari naan. Service is relaxed but efficient. Cobra on draught, good fresh coffee, no service charge and on a Tuesday its 2for1 if you prebook by 24 hours. What more could you ask for ?

We love coming here the standards are maintained both service and food. Started with popadoms and mixed chutneys. Starter was chicken purée and mixed chicken and lamb tikka. Very tasty and tender generous portions. Mains were Wombourne special Balti chicken lamb and prawns delish delish. Other half had Chicken Tikka masala yummy. Two light fluffy Nan breads. Everything piping hot Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed. You can afford this on Tuesday and Wednesday offer two mains for price of one Great value great food great staff
