The worst curry I have had in a long time.. we ordered a lamb jalfrazi, tandoori special and pilau rice. The curry was bland and lacked any kind of flavour, the lamb was very tough, overcooked, and again lacking in flavour. Seekh kebab tasted awful and even the pilau rice was lifeless tasting like it had just come out a microwave pack of uncle Ben's boiled. Also ordered a kids meal for my son - chicken nuggets and chips - we had to send this back because both were under cooked and the nuggets were dripping on oil. Will not be returning!

Have used Tiffus for many years both dining in and takeaways. Sadly the takeaway food has disappointed the last 3 times we have ordered. The chicken was chewy and sinewy and the flavour not great. Ordered a takeaway tonight and both meals were not pleasant and have left a horrible after taste. Phoned and took back half of my curry in container. Whilst polite staff explained others had had the dishes with no complaints. No refund offered but a replacement dish which I declined. A shame as used to love the food but just not great now. I don't recommend or takeaways and disappointed with the response.

One of two Asian restaurants in Wombourne. Tiffu's is a well established Bangladeshi unlicensed eatery with an extensive menu and worth a visit if you're in the area.

Cannot fault in anyway. Staff brilliant. Food amazing. First time here but won’t be the last , as soon as we walked in we were made to feel comfortable. Nothing too much trouble. This will be our go to Indian from now on

We go to Tiffu’s nearly every weekend, meeting up with our friends, family or neighbour. Food is excellent and great value for money. Staff are friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a curry

Food never dissapoints us at tiffus , always freshly cooked .We've been eating here for years also have take away which is also very good . Can't say there is any one dish I would choose as try to have something different .

Freezing cold in there, the worst partial 80’s Christmas decorations, ordered butterfly prawns for starter, out came 1 lonely prawn…accompanied with 1 x half a cherry tomato, 1 x slice of cucumber, and some sad looking lettuce. Same experience throughout tbh, not bad tasting food, but hardly anything there. Ordered 4 starters for 3 people, 3 mains and a rice and family naan, ( in my opinion, this was the best part of the whole meal) Had a coffee and a dessert and still went home and had a sandwich. Needs bigger portions, especially the chicken in the curries, was only 4 cubes of chicken in each curry.

Regularly go here, never a bad experience or meal, we tend to get same waiter (name eludes me) he recognises us straightaway , I always stick to birianis, my missus always says to him 'you choose for me' , she never has a bad meal etc .....very knowledgeable folk, nothings to much for them .....highly recommended, take your own booze or wine .....or purchase soft drinks there.

Ordered food at 18:30 and website stated a 45min wait. Despite chasing, the food didn’t arrive for 2hrs and 15mins. The order was missing a rice dish, they said they would arrange for a replacement straight away and despite living 5 mins away it took another 45 mins to arrive. Another rice dish and family naan ordered were incorrect. We paid £3 extra for prawns to be added to one of the curries and found only 1 prawn. Requested a partial refund and were refused. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a delivery within the area was told when I ordered delivery time was 1 hour 20 mins. I called after waiting 2 hours! Then got told it would be a further half an hour as they were so busy. Disappointing as a loyal local customer. Nothing offered as a gesture of goodwill. I told them to cancel order then was told as I had already paid for my order I would have to come into the restaurant to receive a refund! Totally inconvenience. Received order small portion (think they are getting smaller) but was very nice cannot fault the food but service and delivery is very slow and always later as advised.

Wish I could rate the food, however, I am yet to taste it. I ordered my food at 6:40, it is currently 8:49; 2 phone calls later and I have STILL not received my food. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this service. Will not be ordering again.

80 minutes wait Thursday evening. Tandoori was not fresh/tough but microwaved to heat. Popadoms greasy & cold, as was the Nan. Chicken chilli Balti just ok. Appears to have gone down hill.

This is a gem - lovely food, friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Disappointed to say the least. Busy Friday night so long waits were expected, 90 minutes before the mains came out, not really a problem. Popadoms and starter were fine, however when my main came out, the shallow metal dish my meal was in was cold to the touch, thus making my meal lukewarm. The nan bread on the other hand was to hot to pick up. At least it warmed my food when ate with it. I ordered the Chilli Masala because I do like spicy food, but I found it rather bland with no heat in the taste at all and very salty. The room upstairs where we were was unbearably hot and stuffy with little or no ventilation even though the sign outside said air conditioned.

Poor service, portion sizes tiny, my side of sag aloo was none existent, rice portion tiny and only enough for one, meat was sparse (someone on the next table complained about only having 3 pieces of chicken in his curry and asked where the rest was), husbands jalfreizi was served on a sizzler which meant the sauce dried up, one of our party had no knife & fork, asked for and a fork was brought but no knife, asked again for a knife, overall would never go again!!

The best curry I have ever tasted. Curry portion was more than enough, naan was fluffy and not heavy. Chicken Tikka was well spiced. Poppadom and sauces awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone 🥘

Old style English Indian restaurant. Reminds me of 90s Bangladeshi Indian restaurants all over the UK, with a large number of dishes to choose Bring your own booze! Helps to bring the cost down .

Had a meal last night booked for 8pm main course arrived at 9:45 they said that they had no eggs also when the meal arrived it was very salty don’t think I’ll be going back soon

First ever visit to this venue it is very well decorated and bright.The food is very well presented and taste was also to all our liking.The staff are very attentive and very helpful when it comes to ordering from the menu.Overall l would definitely recommend that you visit this restaurant as you will not be disappointed.Also it is very reasonable on the price.The only downside is that the toilets are upstairs which can make it awkward for those who find climbing stairs a difficulty.A big thank you to you all and will definitely return.

Wow everyone goes to wombourne tandori which is really poor this place is amazing Masala is like what penn tandori used to be like fantastic owners are very friendly staff are super happy and helpful best around at prescent well done we know the area well and eat at lots of places this at the moment has the best tandori chief about!!!

Would definitely recommend visiting Tiffus. We visit quite often and the food is always amazing. Cannot fault the service, the staff are friendly and always on hand to ensure everything’s ok. Also good when visiting as a family, the kids love it there.

Been here quite a few times with friends, this is the first since the end of lockdown. Nice welcoming atmosphere, and it was busy but the service tonight was very slow. Once the food arrived, it was quite tasty though mine looked like it had been under a heated lamp for some time. It’s great to take your own alcohol, and the place was buzzing. Not my favourite restaurant due to the slow service, it’s happened before and isn’t unexpected.

I love going here for food! I can honestly say I love a curry and I feel so lucky that this restaurant is in the village. The meal is always spot on, it doesn’t matter what we order. It’s unlicensed, so take your own, just enjoy an excellent quality meal and fast and friendly service. If you are around Wombourne try the local gem on the car park. You won’t be disappointed!

Our first visit for several years, the staff were very welcoming even though they were very busy with a large party booking which took up most of the restaurant, service was very good, and the waiter took time to explain about some of the meals when ordering, the food was excellent, the cost was very good helped by taking your own drinks, we will definitely go back soon.

You get 1 and half hour for your table . Which is nothing when u sitting with your family start telling you they need the table … don’t go if want to sit bit longer ..

Don't order a chicken curry, bloody rubbish, so bland, could make better myself. Also, i didn't ask for hairs on my poppadoms, but got them anyway...

Had a family meal here and it was excellent. The service was spot on. Everyone one of us (5) had a different dish, and each was excellent. Portions are just right. Being able to take your own alcohol avoids normal overpriced wine

Prawn Korma and Lamb Sagwala were really lovely.

Go to tiffus regularly eating in and take away, Very good food on every occasion, would recommend anyone to give it a try.

We have been here before ( quite a while ago). We won't be going again. We had a tikka masala and sagwala which were described as very bland, and a pathia which had the consistency of a thick extremely spicy tomato soup. The nan breads were extremely doughly and didn't feel as if they had been cooked long enough. Best thing about the meal - the poppadoms!!!!!

Went there a couple of times. Food fine and service good. More recently tried to order £18s worth for delivery at distance of 3.7 miles. Tiffus website says 'Free delivery on all orders over £10 (Within 5 mile radius)' After several tries over three days I still could not get it delivered without £3 delivery charge. Additionally, at the last moment before pressing the 'Pay' button another charge of £0.50 was added. Make sure you read carefully before paying online !

Went to tiffus last night, had the tandoori mixed grill....I asked for no chicken on the bone.. I received 4 bits of chicken tikka, 4 lamb bits 1 small kebab , there salad consisted of shredded lettuce, half a cherry tomato & one slice of cucumber . I complained to the manager, who wasn't interested in the slightest I would say we are good customers of tiffus, visit them regularly, with friends, but after this service, no more!

NOT BAD To be fair.Great service very nice food rich in taste.well worth a visit portions are on the small size so make sure you order a starter and side dish Curry very tasty and not over priced well worth it.

Went tonight for the first time. Couldn't fault it. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Big portions and the peshwari naan was one of the best I've had

Had a terrible meal. Mixed vegetable balti. Bowl full of onions with a few peas and sweetcorn chucked in. Not my idea of vegetables.

Only usually have takeaways and rate them above the other Indian restaurant round the corner. They are alway pleasant.

Ordered £60 worth of food online, was advised food would be ready for 8.15 food was not ready until 8.45. Got home and realised 7 naan breads missing, called straight away and spoke to someone who said they would send someone out with them. Sent my son back to collect and he had to wait another 15 mins. All of our food ended up being cold apart from the lovely hot naan breads. Called on several occasions and no-one would pick up the phone so left a message expressing my dissatisfaction. No-one called back with an apology 😡. Have been using Tiffus for several weeks now but this will be probably be the last.

A great menu though a little too crowded on a Friday night with tables pushed close together. Perhaps they should consider a drinks licence,?

Gone down big time, we ordered poppadoms for five people with salad and we didn't even get enough for one. The food doesn't even taste good now.

The order was placed at 6pm for delivery of wich we were told food would be 1 hour. By 9PM we still hadn't recieved our order and when I phone to check the status I was greeted by a rude member of staff. STAY CLEAR...

Fantastic food but upstairs could do with redecorating and sort all the chairs out get I felt like I was sitting on the floor no padding terrible.

My husban and i visited here. The food was ok but the waiter did nothing but sneeze most of the time and wiping with side of his hand. This really isnt acceptable and put us off any future visits.

I made a reservation but had to cancel and staff were very pleasant and very understanding 10/10 will definitely have to visit on my own sometime

i have been coming here for many years now...sometimes i have left sober sometimes squiffy and sometimes completely drunk but the one of the things about this place is the fact the staff are always so lovely so accomodating and so genuinely helpful.. the food is always delicious and the service is second to none..yes there are many alternatives when going for a curry/balti but for that complete relaxed atmosphere with fabulous staff, fabulous menu and fabulous service you cannot beat Tiffus

I have dined here on many occasions. They have a good amount of seating. There is a car park opposite so easy to get to from car. They definitely enjoy the colour lime green and the last time I was there even the loo paper was lime green! Lol The food is well prepared and tasty, the naan bread is huge! Arrived hanging too, worth getting one. The staff are professional and helpful.

Went for a meal last week starter had plastic from a takeaway container in it told the waiter who did not careless must have heated the starter up in microwave and put on plate not checking the corner of container was on my plate too. we had our mains got the bill the waiter said we have taken £1 off your bill for the plastic in your food. We were so shocked paid up and left. We shall not be returning. CHECK YOUR FOOD.

Extremely courteous staff, food delicious, amazing value for money. The only slight moan was that food was served on cold plates. But the food was so piping hot so it really didn’t matter. But as a personal thing I like hot food to be served...
