Absolutely amazing, service was excellent from the lady that served at the counter, great understanding of gluten free even a separate gluten free menu, everything was labelled as well. All of the food was freshly cooked, was lovely to have fresh vegetables in the food and flavour excelled any Chinese we have had since living in wales. Husband had the normal menu and was fantastic as well. My first gluten free chicken ball in 13 years with curry sauce, fresh chicken breast with small amount of batter. Is all I can say is we will definitely be back again. Cannot wait for you to be back from your holidays.

Had the teriyaki chicken, not impressed. Basically Southern fried chicken strips in a sauce with some stuff added. Should do better.

Tried The Wokpan, 191 Llangyfelach Road, Swansea, as they serve gluten-free food, my daughter is a coeliac. Ordered online, which was very easy, and went to collect. Parking is an issue. They were very busy, so there was a bit of a wait. The woman serving was polite and friendly, and when the food came out, it was in a foil-lined bag to keep it hot, lovely touch. The food was lovely, and I can say my daughter was over the moon at having a gluten-free Chinese meal. Would highly recommend The Wokpan and this is new my favourite, number one place to get a chinese takeaway. Chicken Curry - 5/5 Garlic butter fried rice -5/5 Crispy beef in peking sauce - 4/5 Chips - 4/5

Really nice vegan food, and non-vegan friend enjoyed too. So far I've had the mock meat chow meins, the tempeh satay skewers, fried rice, tao cho, and finally I tried the udon satay with tofu last night. Enjoyed all of the dishes. I usually don't like satay sauce but the one here is fragrant and delicious. The tempeh is a bit funky. I have found that in some mixed vegetable dishes there's an odd tasting vegetable that I dislike so I avoid those. Nevertheless, it's my favourite east asian takeaway spot and has tons of choices for vegans and non-vegans alike with excellent service and kind attendees. Recommend to all.

Me and my friends placed a sizeable order, we're told 1hr delivery. 2 hours later and we haven't got our meal. 3 phone calls to the restaurant and they keep telling us that they'll find the driver, that they'll find out what's happened or just implying that we already have it. Add on 45 minutes of being palmed off under promises they would fix it and we had to go to the restaurant to collect our food. Pathetic apology, no offer or remittance (partial or otherwise), barely acknowledged that they'd made a mistake. Terrible customer service, with staff who don't care that they've messed up and won't take ownership of it. Would not recommend - especially if you want to eat the same day that you order.

Hands down, the best Chinese in Swansea. The service is also excellent, despite us ordering online they know our regular orders and if I forget to add 'no mushrooms' in the vegan food, they remember regardless and add a sticker to my food. They also noticed we hadn't ordered our usual recently and called us to check our order was right before they cooked it. My only complaint is that they are closed on Tuesdays; they're totally entitled to a day off, it just means Tuesday is my least favourite day of the week!

Really very good range of vegan options and everything we have so far tried has been clean (some places can be quite greasy), tasty and plentiful. Really good value for money and it's now firmly secured in our first option for Chinese in Swansea.

The food is excellent, probably the best in Swansea, but the service is shocking, always late, ordered tonight estimated time of delivery eight o clock, its now nearly nine and still not arrived despite me phoning them. They really need to sort out their service, probably the worst in Swansea.

We've never had a bad meal from here and it always arrives piping hot despite us being a few miles from the shop. Our order is always correct and they have a clearly labelled vegan section too.

I telephone as I was struggling to order online as it was my first ever order. Initially they were very helpful and patient with me. The problem is I am vegan, I ordered a vegan curry, vegan dumplings along with hot and sour soup. After eating quote a lot of the soup, I discovered meat in it. I apparently ordered the the Hot and Sour Soup and not the vegan hot and sour soup.I am shocked as this Chinese Takeaway was highly recommended by vegans. They could clearly see I was ordering vegan, and I phoned a few times, they should have used their common sense and check to see if I am vegan.Awful and disappointed meal and service - they should have checked as they have a large vegan choice which suggests they have lots of vegan customers. They remained polite when I complained, but never offered me a refund - but I wasn't too interested in a refund - I was a lot more concerned what I just ate - disgusting.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food is delicious, authentic, freshly made and flavoursome. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and I've always had the best service. The sichuan chilli chicken, twice cooked pork and beef in Teriyaki sauce is so yum 👌 Highly recommend *****

Very good quality and quantity of food with cheaper price than other Chinese restaurants in UK. Haven’t seen any dishes more than £10 each, which is very rare as most are around £11-13. We have three people and the price is around £28, and it’s a lot of food that I was very full that day. In other places it’s often around £45. Just need to walk a little longer to get to this restaurant. Best Chinese restaurant I’ve been in UK.

The food was not so great. I don’t eat pork so they substituted pork with chicken. But it was smelling funny. I am not sure if it was supposed to be like . It was one of the expensive food I ate. I paid 10 pounds . 3 pounds for spring roll which were fine enough (the frozen ones are better) and 7 pounds for a spoon of soup. It was smelling very weird. So we left the whole bowl of soup. No hate to the owner , but I won’t prefer it again
