By far the worst Chinese I have ever had in my life, first time using this venue and safe to say it will certainly be the last, ordered a salt and pepper box with chips and curry sauce The curry sauce has been done from a packet in the microwave and tastes absolutely awful The salt and pepper chicken is dry tasteless and greasy And plain chips in a salt and pepper box? Not sure how that works Got back to work eat one chip one bit of chicken and threw the lot in the bin what a waste of money and my break

Ordered Indian and was a microwave meal, very disappointing

Great quality food everytime!! Friendly and efficient service too. Never any issue with deliveries and food is always hot and tasty on arrival!!

Said delivery will be half hour took over an hour. If you order beef chow mein it's practically some noddles with every vegetable in it. Not nice. Didn't enjoy. Won't order again. Flavourless and was stone cold when it did arrive.

Unfortunately the delivery times are never true to form, but on this occasion it took the biscuit. 45 mins was stated on ordering food, 2 hours later food did eventually arrive, (after two phone calls to chase up the order).The food was nice but not worth waiting 2 hours for. Very disappointed.

I've always had good food here, never had a bad meal. they do English meals , chinese meals and indian meals, we have a mixed taste in our family of what we like . we always have good friendly service and only once in 8 years have we had a problem and that was because drivers car broke down on route to our home but they did still deliver that evening to us. Highly recommend .

although the delivery service was excellent I don't think I would use them again. was recommended to use as I would never have thought to use them as the outside looks awful. used them xmas eve. home delivery. was on time. they did forget one thing but delivered it straight away. food was OK - bit expensive. would only use them again if I had to! sorry.

Food ok, but what put us off was how rude the owner is. If anyone parks in the car park that is available to another 2 businesses in the vicinity then look out! She will block you in and hurl abuse at you and reduce you to tears! Awful woman! We now go to a much friendlier Chinese in bonymaen

Despite 3 phone calls,being promised that our meal was on his way. It finally turned up after two hours and it was cold. Needless to say I didn't except delivery and sent it back. In fairness the delivery gentleman didn't argue and just left.

Nearly every Saturday we have a take away from here and food is OK. However we will not spend any more money at this place. Tonight I witnesses the owner, Francis reduce a young lady into tears! The lady is not from the Swansea area and had travelled to recieve beauty treatment at the salon a couple of doors down from the Chinese. The lady had parked in the car park where the Chinese and kebab shop is and guess what Francis did??? She only parked her car behind this ladies and refused to move!!!! She came in the salon like a mad woman! Explaining the car park was private! (No notice stating that the car park is private by the way) The young lady was in floods of tears 😢 who probably won't visit Swansea again. Disgusting behaviour from a business woman. And a big bully.

Never had a bad meal and Francis the owner is lovely lady know her now over 20 years and never once had a bad meal, Trust me try it you won't be disappointed at all its fresh and piping hot and reasonable priced indeed.

La parte principal de la comida fue agradable y la salsa mismo pero chips eran una decepción algunos eran sólo medio cocido
