Regarding the atmosphere, it's fine, but it is just a take away place. It's got heating and chairs for those who wait for their food. The food is very nice.

Food always arrives piping hot. Everything is always fresh and tastes great.

Taste us ok and justifiable. Their Extra LARGE portion barely enoigh for one person. Front desk lady seemed to be angry with us for some reason

Best place around by far. Most Chinese places everything taste the same but this place is special.

Despite many previous visits where I had paid by card, I was very firmly told that they would no longer accept card payments under £15 I feel this is unacceptable in this day and age and will no longer visit this outlet

The woman on reception refusing to answer calls and in my personal opinion is the most ignorant person I've ever met. Food is good though..

Customer service wasn't great! Waiting time was longer than usual and requested to pay twice. Food wasn't very good.

Nice people great food every time

Everything which contained 'sweet and sour' was overpowered with vinegar that it was inedible for anyone with taste buds. I am shocked at how they allowed several meals to come from the kitchen without any quality control.

Would give less stars if possible. As a local who has ordered here often, I am shocked with the level of customer service over the phone today.

Me and my brother always order our Chinese from here when we have an evening in together at his. We have probably orderd well over 100 meals over the 5-6 years eating here and the food has always been to a very good standard. The owner and her family are so nice and always happy to see us when we pick our food up.

Been a regular for years, their singapore dishes with chicken curry is blessed

Very generous portions and very tasty food. Will definitely be going back. They are not in the middle of Morden but on St.Helier Avenue. Parking is a bit limited outside, but there are places to park in the side streets, if you want to pick up.

The food at Wok Inc is always delicious, full of flavour and we don't feel bloated afterwards. The staff are very friendly too. Would highly recommend the Singapore fried rice and roast pork chow mein.

Placed an order here last night & most of it went in the bin. The chowmein was so salty it was burning my tongue & lips. Was very greasy too! The chicken in black bean sauce was over cooked ( the peppers were sloppy & not crispy) no spice at all. My friend ordered some crispy chicken & the batter was soggy. Far from impressed!!! Wont order from there again.

Honestly the cleanest food in London. Went there for the 1st time ever, not only super friendly and covid safe, but the food was ready incredibly quick and was maybe the cleanest tasting takeaway that exists.

After apologetically calling in my order from an American cell phone and confusing the owners last March, the Chicken and Broccoli was decent and only around £6. Very convenient and quick service.

Most of the food was rather bland with very little taste. Singapore noodles tasted bland and burnt. Shall never order from here again 😡😡😡

Absolutely disgusting had the beef curry and wife had sweet and sour Hong Kong style chicken the beef curry came all oily had burnt pieces of onion other bits raw tasted terrible the prawns if you can call the prawns were all shrivelled some dark colour some pink tasted terrible now the rice was all stodgy not nice the wife's dish she said it tasted like vinegar the onions were hard she had trouble cutting them she said it all tasted rank then 20 minutes later threw the whole lot up WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

Beware of the portion size these are XXXXXXXL. This place is always busy. When you think of your great local take away this is the one you're thinking of.

Don’t waist your time and money. Spoiled all Saturday. Rice was terrible (overcooked poor quality falling in crumbles). Sweet and sour and bean sprouts CHOP SUEY were ONLY VINEGAR flavour. Couldn’t believe people can cook so rubbish quality food and sell for good food price. Chinese on 233 London rd in Mitcham is 10 times better and only on the corner.

0 Stars just ordered from here came 20 mins late no egg fried rice when I rang the shop they told me I didn't order it but there was 3 other people who was sat with me and said I did order it as I always order the same meal. will never be ordering for there again 😡

Visited for second time as food was good on first visit. never visit again as the lady at the reception was rude.I stepped at 9:45pm and there was one table to dine in. asked for the table but lady said some of her friends are coming in and wants the table in 30min and if we eat fast she could give the table for us. I never had come across some one is being RUDE to a customer like that.Well you lost a customer.in general the food is good but the experience I had made me likely not to return back there.Dan danushkaprabath@ymail.com

My boyfriend and I recently discovered this Chinese local take away. Absolutely amazing vegetarian dishes. Highly recommend their deep fried salt and pepper tofu.

We have been using Wok since they initially opened at the Market Rosehill and were extremely upset when they closed. Now they are back in St Helier Avenue we couldn't be happier the service is superb and the food is excellent. I have been reading some of the nasty reviews put on here and they really do not reflect this company in any way. Sometimes you can't always get through to them straight away because they are extremely popular and some times you have to wait a while for your meal because once again they are rushed off there feet.The one thing I noticed about all these keyboard warriors that post there nasty review's is they post plenty of reviews and have nothing good to say about any of the company's they deal with. As I said don't listen to these spiteful people give Wok a try for yourself

We have been using Wok since they were at The Market Rosehill and are now using them since they returned to St Heller Avenue superb food run buy a lovely hard working family. Wouldn't go anywhere else

If I could have given it a zero, I would have! an hour and half wait after being told maximum an hour. Food stone cold when arrived. had to re heat. To say it was greasy would be an understatement! worst Chinese I've ever had! pile of s#it!

Order from here all the time and their food is nice but joke service! Hung up on me 3 times after questioning delivery! Told me I was lying about when I ordered and that the derlivery never took over an hour and a half when they told me it’ll be with me within the hour! The delivery driver had to read out the time on the receipt and they hung up because I was right! Promised to ring me back with an estimated delivery time and never did that! shocked at the rudeness!!

This is our most favourite once a week esp Friday night take away for last ten years and more!!!! Absolutely love their veg chow main and tofu dishes!!! Highly recommend so glad they re-opened after few years🤗🤗🤗

I have had the take-away from here a couple of times and the food is excellent. They have a good range of options to pick from and home delivery is free if you spend over £15. The delivery is fast and they often include little extras such as prawn crackers or drinks. Prices are reasonable.

Extremely long delivery time. Called at 8pm last Sunday to place on order. Once the order has been accepted and paid for the phone operator put the reciever down cutting me off mid sentence. Called again at 9pm to chase the order and was told that because of mother's day they are very busy and doing their best. When I enquired as to why I wasn't advised of this when placing the order I was greeted with silence on the other side of the phone. The lady assured me that the driver is on his way and again put down the phone. When I called again 20minutes after I was told that the driver will be at the adress in 4 mins. When I called again after 10 minutes I was told that he is just leaving the premisses. I asked to speak to the manager. I had to ask 5 times before I was conected. The manager wasn't very helpful either. The food is very good but the level of their customer service is appaling.

Love the food and was always ordering take away. All at work were lost when Rosehill Wok Inc closed, so happy to finally find Wok Inc once again. Delicious food and good service

I'm very upset with the service. call at 18:00 pm to order my food. After an hour waiting, I called and they told me was on its way my food. After 1 hour and 30 min waiting, they called me telling me that it can not be delivered by an accident in the street . I looked, and traffic is normal. I think that the least they could have done is bring me what I ordered. It is better late than never . Never again !

took an hour and 20 minutes for the food to be delivered and it was cold when it eventually arrived. Driver couldn't find my address so I had to leave office to go and get him from another street! To make matter worst, they didn't deliver any forks with the food even though I had asked for some as we don't have any in the office. I called their shop and the manager was exremely rude and just wouldn't listen to what I had to say. KFC to the rescue :(

Tried Wok Inc for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It's the best take away I have had for years. I'm trying so hard to resist temptation and go back so soon but I think a visit is imminent. Well done Wok Inc. service was very friendly too.
