Was quite hungry and went to this chip shop this week but left after seeing the high prices and the owner wasn’t too welcoming to be honest.

The best chunky chips in the area, chicken wings delicious - fresh and not fatty. Hopefully that’s not going to change, ever! Friendly people there, thank you! 🙌

2nd time ordering, 1st time was fantastic. However today not so much, order came to over £27 however chips were missing, chicken burgers were miles away from what what our previous order was like. Not sure what has happened this time. Called but just rang out. Unfortunately very disappointing, took one bite of the burger and the rest i did not eat. The qaulity and care was not there this time.

They gave me such a low quality portion of chips for the price I paid this is not fair also wrong drink

Absolutely vile food! Chips stale the chicken was raw!! Sausage cheap quality the can of coke was the best part avoid if you like quality fresh food I would give zero stars if I could close the dump down

I ordered at 4pm and was told 4.25 to 4.40. My delivery was picked up at 4.23 and the fish shop is 5 minutes from me. Imagine my surprise when the driver went off in a different direction to my home and then stopped for 10 mins at another fast food place to pick up another order. He then proceeded to delivery that order first and I got mine at 4.48. Needless to say, the food was cold and not edible. This is a complete disgrace and I want my money back

Fish was a good size but was very, very greasy, chips were small for price, sausage in batter was very dry. Not again!

My first time ordering from here. Good portion size. Tasty fish and chips. Very disappointed in the curry sauce as was too watery, plenty curry sauce but too diluted so hardly any flavour

Local and handy. They don't take card! That is one downside so you definitely need cash to buy which can be annoying. They could improve their environment though. You could get parking on the side roads

I brought my daughter sausage and batter with chips when i went to cut the sausage and batter in to smaller peices for her i realized it was rock solid on one side and i could not cut through it , at a guess id say its been in there for two days on the heat keeping warm , its disgusting how they can not cook a sausage in batter fresh, something so simple but yet they dont care its the 3rd time now they have gave me days old food i will not be going back to this ZERO STAR chip shop ever again i allowed it once i allowed it twice but three times im not having it im done with this dog food shop !!!!!!!!!

Great size fish have to say. However they kind of tight on the chips lol

Ordered from here lots of times and loved it. Today sadly the doner meat was only just warm (I don’t live far away) and hardly any chilli sauce. Will still order again and hope it will be great as it usually is.

Just recently moved to Micham Eastfields and for first time eating food from Peter's shop, what I can say, The place itself is spotless clean which tells everything about the place, and offer from fish and chips, chicken wings, doners..etc. I've order 2 lamb doners and they were terrific good 🙂fresh and very delicious 😋 Deniz service was excellent, he was very polite. I'll definitely be ordering food from there. Highly recommended to visit and have some food. P.s. Thank you very much Deniz for the extra bit in my order, I very much appreciate it 😀

Being regular customer for years but after today I never order again!!!. I’ve ordered via just eat and my order has not been delivered. Rang Peter’s and I’ve been told that they don’t care as they have sent the food and I should speak to just eat. I was trying to resolve the issue with just eat but they don’t care either. When I went to the shop trying to get my food, they have shouted on my in front of all the people inside. I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life. Now no money no food and just eat is not answering my phone calls. The peter’s owners signed contract with just eat so they should take responsibility for this issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

The food was really really good. Arrived well packed, hot, perfect condition. Best garlic sauce we've ever tried (the guys must be making it from scratch), salad - fresh - complemented the chicken doner perfectly. Very well cooked. Good portion size. Chicken filet burger - aaamazing. Will be ordering again :)

Food is OK but no business should be cash only in 2023.

I ordered 2 plain sausages and a curry pancake roll ....... I got 2 battered sausages and a spring pancake roll baked so hard that when I broke it open, bits flew everywhere.

I do NOT agree with these 1 ⭐️ reviews, me and my partner have been coming here for 7 months now and we have never had any problems. The food is always fresh, hot and yes it maybe a bit pricey but if you look at how much chips and meet they give you, it is very worth the money but everyone has their own opinion. Everybody has their own opinion. The staff are polite they remember how much salt, vinegar and sauces we have, when friends ask where can they order nice food from I always recommend them. Great work guys and great food !

The fish is beautifully cooked batter crisp fish moist just as it should be and the chips as good as it gets (no one uses beef dripping anymore) Have ordered from Peter many times and will do again would recommend without hesitation

The fish, supposed to be cod tasted nothing like cod. The chips were anemic.... the sausage was good.

Could do with toasting the burger buns burger all soggy. Deliver driver also chucked my food on floor and walked off. Sauces burst all over food. Very professional!

Our local chippy & kebab place - good food, good service, friendly staff, price not bad - what more could you ask for?

Our local chippy usually everything is great but everyone has a bad day - they forgot the doner meat with mixed kebab so I had to go to collect it since they didn’t have any drivers. They were extremely apologetic & added chicken doner too, no extra charge, very nice of them to do that.

Peter's is usually my go to but after my latest order, I think I'll be leaving it for a while. The chips were horrible - half of them had to be thrown as they were hard and dark in colour as if they'd used really low quality potatoes.

Delivered a can of Fanta Orange instead of Lilt but perhaps they had no Lilt left. Expensive but they all are at the moment. We'll just have a delivery less often.

Use to go there but they suddenly became overpriced and stingy with the portions. They never accept card as everyone pays by card nowadays. I avoid that place.

The scampi was perfect, the chips the best I've had in a long while, the falafel were lovely and the onion rings were just being greedy but went down a treat will definitely revisit Peters

Lovely chips and loads of them. Also a huge piece of fish. Great all round.

Some of the sauce options need amending. On a quarterpounder when you choose No Sauce it says you need to pick one more, so to proceed you pick a sauce that you didn't want and then have to add in special instructions that you want 'No Sauce'.

The food still hot and the quality of the food was very good. I normally order from another fish & chip shop, but I will definitely order from this fish & chip shop again.

Scampi was over cooked it was dry and I didn’t enjoy the food it went in the bin,I wouldn’t buy this again after I paid so much money,overall the food came on time.

The service was absolutely fine no issues at all. However the food is not great I had the battered sausage and the batter didn't even have they nice crunch you expect it was more soft Price is fairly cheap so I guess it what you pay for

I’ve ordered chicken doner kebab for me and my wife. The meat wasn’t super fresh and there was a mixture of doner and chopped chicken filet. It looks like the restaurant ran out of doner kebab and had to organise something quickly. I was waiting 20 minutes FYI. The meat was extremely salty and not eatable for my pregnant wife, she throw it and had only chips.

Cod very nice and very fresh. Delivered hot and chips separated. Nice touch with the lemon slice and a packet of tartare sauce. Will order again.
