The service crew was horrible. I came at 10.50pm and ordered to eat in with my wife; the deserts didn't came in until I had to ask them 3 times. The ice cream finally came as take away instead of dine in. Horrible service

I order a chicken BBQ hotpocket, I think they counted how many chicken pieces they put in because I only found 3. This was a complete robbery and they should be more generous with how many chicken pieces they put in the hotpockets. Will not be returning, don't recommend.

Called in to complain about a crepe that was delivered cold and unpleasant to eat. Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the most rudest and obnoxious person I have ever encountered in hospitality. She had no sympathy, allocated and directed me to just eat to address the poor quality of the food. Creams in Morden never ever again.

An absolute joke. They brought us a lame boring crepe with some chocolate sauce on it and no filling. In fact they laid 2 crepes on top of each other and only the one on top had some BS sauce on it and some nuts sprinkled on it. For that nonsense they are charging over £9 seriously 😦. This was the worst money I spend on a desert if you can call it that.

Had strawberry waffle along with hot chocolate. Brilliant in taste, freshly made and served in no time. Loved the hospitality received from the staff.

Ordered through uber eats for a little treat. When it arrived there were ANTS all over the food. Contacted the restaurant and was told there wasn’t a manager in for the next month. I asked how I could make a formal complaint and I was told just to Google it. The member of staff could not care less! He was rude and dismissive and not once did he apologise. I will NEVER order from a cremes again.

It is very good and delicious. Definitely twice in a week i’ll go and have something. Staff is also hard working and they are so kind.

Had literal ants in my food. Restaurant could not care less, spoke rudely and I was told to “google” the complaints procedure.

I visited today and had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. A staff member named Haris was extremely rude and did not seem to know how to properly serve customers. His attitude made my visit unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated.and i will not be coming back again ..!

Really disappointed by food i tried in Kingston they have everything official and original which is official creams product you can tell by eat but here in morden it tastes like a real shit everything taste like a fake product, fake choclate Creams Head office needs to take a notice of this. I ordered a crepe and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. It arrived cold, with no filling, just a thin and poor topping on top. The quality was bad, and the price was ridiculously high for what they offered. I definitely won’t be coming back.I feel like I wasted my money.

i normally come here all the time but today i sat down and there was ants crawling all over table so we told the person who serviced use and he told us to sit somewhere else and the another spot had ants crawling all along the table it was absolutely disgusting. 🤢

I once visited Creams Cafe in Morden and had an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. What really stood out for me, though, was the outstanding service provided by Balwant Singh. His warm attitude and attention to detail made my visit all the more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this cafe for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I Will definitely be returning soon!

Do not waste you’re money in this place this the 2nd time I’ve received horrible food from this place it came so cold that it was almost stale and pretty expensive for the quality of the crepe I don’t know how their providing this type of service still ! Thankfully managed to get my money back from just eat.

I ordered a banoffee hot pocket with vanilla ice cream to enjoy but was highly disappointed when a COLD crepe was served.

The guy working in the morden branch was incredibly efficient and polite. When we went in there was a sudden rush of people being seated and some taking orders away and I thought we would be waiting for ages but the one employee working, what seemed to be alone at the time, did a fantastic job. I thought it was a bit unfair and he should have had an extra staff member but he handled it very well. Daughter was glad there was a toilet also as it is a small branch.

Absolutely rude customer service on the phone - shouted on the phone saying that they cannot hear us (when the service from our home is absolutely fine), then immediately disconnected.

I have been here twice now and both times were fun and delicious. I really recommend this place if you want to hang out with friends or just eat something sweet.

I dont know of other things but the ice cream is the soo bad. It tastes very bad. I'm pretty sure they buy it from lidl and sell it. Never going there again and won't advice anyone to go there

The ice cream sundaes here are spectacular like spiderman. Every bite i took of the sundae felt like another stroll through the gardens of my soul. Each second inside this building felt like I was in and american movie and peace was found within me. The atmosphere especially. It was splendid. Beautiful. Spectacular. Gorgeous. Magnificent. Impeccable. You just need to come here and experience this parlour for yourself to truly understand this experience which I had.
