Wok & Go Harrow in Harrow

When this place first opened their food was tasty and great Indo fusion. Over time management has changed, the signage hasn’t been updated , the food is now disappointing , service is poor and there are other much much delicious restaurants in Harrow . Not recommending this place any more.

First time visited this place. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly, professional. Definitely recommend this place.

Took schezwan fried rice and Hakka noodles I think chef do not know how to make these as the rice was like Indian khichadi Schezwan rice served with coriander and all sweet. And Hakka noodles make in same sauce all sweet . They should think before serving a customer.

Ordered the Nasi Seafood box today for lunch, but what can I say. It's a total waste of money. First, I was told it is a spicy dish with plenty of flavours. Unfortunately, there were no flavours at all. I could only taste boiled rice. It mentioned on the menu that all dishes come with vegetables, but this one barely had any. The vegetables that were in were the size of dust. Not to mention the seafood as they were nowhere to be seen in the dish. I did not enjoy any single bit of my food and threw it away. I do not recommend this place at all as it will be a waste of money.

ITS NOT A REAL CHINESE WOK ITS A INDIAN RESTURANT.Whoever rated this place anything but 1 is on crack... Or live on ready meals. I can hand on heart say this is the worst Chinese I have had in my 40 years on earth. The noodles are bland they must put black water in them to make them look like soya sauce. I have never had a sweet and sour with no sauce just dry end of frozen chicken pieces.. Wait not even pieces so small you can't even bite them not any of the 5 pieces they give you. I know it's run by indians but man you don't need to be Shinobi to no u don't put red onions in a sweet and sour. Please and I say please with all I am in life do not order from here you will be disappointed. Spend your money on something better than this insult of a dish. The worst.. And by the way in the shop they have another restaurant selling some Indian sandwich thing. Please don't think your actually getting a Chinese takeaway. For the price you pay get a Uber to bang bang and eat like a king for the same price. FAKE CHINESE.NO FLAVOUR.SCAM

The toilets are still broken and the person reported 3 months ago that they enjoyed their meal but the toilets were broken it looks like they never fixed them this is not a oriental restaurant like it you may think it is just be cautious

Fairly bland meal, not very authentic. Plenty of noodles BUT hardly any vegetables or chicken. Chicken was very small diced pieces.

Live close by, first time I've been here. Worse noodle spot me and my wife have been to. All salty noodles, veg and the meat nonexistent. They do an excellent job making sure customers don't come back again. Go to Chopstix noodle bar down the road, same price but night and day difference in quality.

I ordered pho - it came in a very small portion all together, when ordering from other places the broth is separate. The broth itself is very clearly instant noodle broth with the amount of MSG it has made it inedible as it’s too salty. The pho looks absolutely nothing like it was advertised, with tiny little pieces of beef and for some reason peas inside - for £10 per portion an absolute rip off. I’m now going to order food from somewhere else. I really think Just Eat should remove the restaurant

It's not even real wok. Just an indian restaurant that sells wok. They literally threw in 3 shrimps and the noodles were abnormally greasy. I threw away most of it.

Firstly, the staff don’t understand basic English. Secondly, the hygiene is questionable. I ordered something at the chaat stand. The lady behind the counter of Indian origin used her hands to open the bin lid and then proceeded to touch food items. When I pointed this out, it was brushed off. I will be making a complaint to the relevant authority next week

The service here is amazing and the food here is my favourite and I have been international trying out noodle places. Toilets here are currently not working however they are going to be getting it fixed within one week. That doesn't matter though.. The food here really is truly exceptional! They will cook your food to custom taste if you ask. They will cook whatever you like however you like it. This is the noodle version of Subway - Eat fresh BUT Even better! They will cook food to your taste. It is amazing here! 😁

It's a bit odd, as they have an Indian street food stall inside this branch of Wok and Go, which does not make for a very pleasant ambience. The food was ok, but there could have been more and bigger chunks of vegetables in my rice box. The rice was also slightly overcooked. Overall, slightly disappointed with the ambience and the food.

Best vada pav in town!! Other items like dabeli, dahi chaat and Chinese dishes are worth trying! Absolutely recommended.

I had an order for delivery, so my food was poured into my bowl in the pictures... But seriously.... Is this order a joke? It literally feels like that!!! My food is supposed to contain vegetables (onion, bean sprouts, carrots, broccoli, spring onion), meat, and sauce, alongside the rice noodle!!! Where are the veggies? I barely even found meat and sauce! This is outrageous, and definitely my last order ever. I'm very disappointed!

Amount of meat given is ridiculous. Better go to chopstix of you want a decent filling meal for less. Flavour would be nice but they're too cheap on the protein portions...chicken katsu for example has a tablespoon worth of chicken in it all mixed up with the sauce. Thai green curry is all.mixed up sauce isn't sepersye.

I have been to wokandgo in Piccadilly and loved it. There was veg and prawns in every bite in the noodles. So when I saw this one in my neighborhood I was so pleased. But what a disappointment. I stood waiting for so long to be served with no acknowledgement. The one I had in Piccadilly is so delicious and was under £6. I kept going there for a treat. This one is £10 it's salty and shockingly the prawn and noodles I ordered had only 3 prawns. The noodles is so dry. I will never go back there again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would give it a zero star because I feel I've been robbed with the 3 prawns for £10 poor quality noodles and poor service.

Wok&go has the most amazing food and its affordable!!!! I ordered for my children and I (fussy daughter and big-eater son) and we left full! The food was really nice and flavoured and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend it again

Hot Box Phew what a taste the best in Harrow

The flavour was not great. The ingredients used did not seem fresh.

The quality of the pho was extremely poor. The broth was tasteless and overpoweringly spicy. There was no freshness to it as one expected when ordered pho. Extremely disappointing!! Binned my full order. Disgusting!!!

It's okay - and I'm really pleased it has vegan options (so I really hate to criticise)- but the amount veg/tofu/v.meat in the pictures and the amount of veg/tofu/vmeat in the carton are like a world apart... But it's cheap and filling, so don't let me put you off...

AVOID. Thai fish cakes turned out to be overcooked, overly salty frozen shrimp balls. Pho turned out to be a tiny bowl of couple small pieces of chicken in overpowering fish soup. Nothing like a proper pho. Very much inedible. Supermarket Cup noodle will have more substance and finesse compared to this. Order at your own risk!

Had some stir fry noodles. There was a very tiny amount of vegetables in it, just mostly noodles, which was a bit of a letdown, because the taste was really good otherwise!

Chicken Teriyaki was much better than expected. Service was friendly too and prices were reasonable.

The staff members are friendly and have manners. You feel comfortable waiting for your take away food inside. I only tried two types of meals so far. One was extremely spicy, as in my mouth was literally on fire, and the other was bland. I really love the box the food is served in, but the food hasn't blown my mind yet. Sadly, it lacks flavour, it could use some extra spices, and one should be able to choose how spicy the sauce that comes with the meal should be. It would make a difference if the chef would focus on making the vegetables stand out more and use good quality meat/seafood. I'd rather wait for the food 10 minutes extra if I know it's going to be tasty than pay for a quick take away service. They got the customer service part right, they just need to do better in the food standards department.

My sons and I had lunch thete ladt weekend, the wait was around ten minutes, but when we had received our food it wad so delicious, hot, spicy, i had the vegan duck, we dined inside and i must say we've never been let down, the staff were very friendly polite, i greeted them with politeness, we ordered our meals then had a wonderful time, the lady came over to us we spoke highly about the food i told them I'm vegan so having a good option for me was brilliant. I really highly recommend this place, second time being there, every time we go there we have great food and brilliant service from the staff.

I’ll be so honest I hate giving bad reviews especially with food because it’s always atleast edible. BUT in this case the food was absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how you can even make something taste so bad. I even chose the spicy sauce and boiled water would have more taste than it. Not even exaggerating but I tried my best to eat atleast a bit but I just ended up throwing the whole box in the bin because it tasted to bad. I wanted to try this place for like a month aswell and now I finally have I am truly disappointed. :(

We took their Salt and pepper chicken with fried rice box . Overall really bad in all respect. Quantity is very small, tasteless and rice were uncooked and hard to eat. We could not even eat.

Extremely disappointed! It was my first and also last order from this place. I ordered via Deliveroo. I requested extra toppings (vegetables) in my noodles. However, I only received plain noodles with a little bit of meat. Moreover, they didn't give me a bottle of water that I had paid for. And the meal was not fresh and tasty at all, very dry actually. It's definitely not worth of money. Never again!

My son and I were in Harrow dining in Wok&go today 12th November, not been there before the staff we’re very polite helpful and I had the vegans option, we waited for a short while for our food, the food was absolutely delicious, we had our drinks, a lovely clean place to eat, they bought us our food to our table, I highly recommend this place to eat. The noodles are delicious lovely staff and polite.

The noodles were tasty and it’s the perfect option for on the go! The takeaway boxes are so convenient. The hot box noodles were full of flavour 😍

Loved the food I got a salt N pepper served by the wonderful Gul.

Had a take out twice in the last 2 weeks. Tried 3 dishes each time, and all the food was nice and tasted fresh. I love their sweet and sour and sweet chilli crispy chicken. Salt and Pepper chicken was a little dry, but with the soya sauce that came in the bag it was just right. Tried the fat noddles for the first time, and these were a good change, but still preferred the egg noddles. Keep up the great work and keep making taste food.

Highly recommended, the food was amazing specially hot box and bang bang cauliflower with their hot sauce, also the service I got was extremely attentive and friendly.

Don't bother unless you just like noodles. The promised protein was so miniscule you could miss it if you didn't know it should be there. You would be better off buying a 25p pack of noodles and boiling a kettle.

Came here on Saturday with my family. We bought combo box and wings and as per Gul's recommendations we also tried fire cracker fries we had a great experience and customer service. Definitely recommend it.
