Previously owner was so nice and happy person clean and tidy place but the new owner and new management is absolutely 💯 rude aggressive attitude zero customer service the lads she stands in servings customer she doesn't understand speaking English and any customer servings because many times I have been to bays foods for my kids she has no respect for any body trowing food and when she's preparing burger or wrap she putting her finger in nose and keeps touching food making customer feelings sick and scared I have been coming to this chicken shop from very long time I am very regular customer there's too many chicken please but the previously owner was nice person all ways welcome customer with smiling face good customer service but the new management zero tolerance if the owner doesn't change the lady from counter they'll lose all customer

This company also runs a scam business using this same phone number. They call you pretending to be a different business and try to get money from you. Reported to the police.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I recently visited RFC Express and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. I ordered a classic margherita pizza, expecting a simple yet delicious meal. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but. First, the crust was burnt and incredibly tough to chew. It felt like I was eating cardboard. The sauce was overly salty and tasted like it came straight out of a can with no effort to improve its flavor. The cheese was sparse and of poor quality, barely melted and rubbery. Moreover, the pizza arrived lukewarm, indicating that it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the overall presentation was unappetizing. To top it off, the staff was unfriendly and inattentive. When I voiced my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no solutions or apologies. The lack of customer service only added to the negative experience. I strongly recommend avoiding RFC Express. Save your money and time by choosing a different place that actually cares about the quality of their food and their customers.

After ordering chicken wings, a chicken burger, and garlic bread from Just Eat, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken wings were overcooked and dry, the chicken burger was tasteless with an overcooked patty and stale bun, and the garlic bread was burnt on the edges and undercooked in the center, lacking any discernible garlic flavor. Overall, the entire meal was a complete letdown, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give zero stars out of five, I would.

They literally served fried chicken which went bad and had a black colour all over it . So disappointed ☹️

I have ordered with Just Eat and I'll probably delete the app as well because they are working with this shop. I know the shop and would've never got inside as it looks dirty but didn't realise from where I'm ordering in the app as it has a big rating there wich is not normal for their quality and hygiene ( I'm guessing 5 stars are from friends and family and maybe some fake accounts). Ordered 30 BBQ wings and got some 1-3 days old spicy fried wings dipped in some BBQ sauce. Worst food experience in a delivery and probably the biggest scam in Harrow takeaways!!

Normally I don’t trust chicken shops, but this one has my heart, I ordered a chicken burger, with 5 piece of grilled chicken with additional fries and the taste of the chicken was absolutely mouth watering and excellent, it’s something that I have never tasted before the chicken had the tastiest texture and in my opinion adding a little bit of mayonnaise makes it even better, the chicken burger is also amazing, the lettuce gives it a nice crunch and the chicken is perfectly seasoned, it’s something magical and better than McDonald’s, now the fries aren’t anything special but are also really good with salt and mayonnaise, I still purchase fries from here to make grilled fry sandwitches for parties, I told my best friend about this place and now she is a weekly customer and says their chicken wings and pizza are marvelous, which I agree, the staff always welcomes customers with a big smile on their face, they are really friendly and if you are lucky enough you can even have a nice convo if your the only one in the chicken shop, keep up the good work!

While I appreciate the friendly nature of the staff, I cannot overlook the subpar quality of the food. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience, especially when the people serving you are pleasant and accommodating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering anything from RFC The potential health risks associated with finding a bone in the pizza, coupled with the lack of toppings, indicate a lack of quality control and attention to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that RFC takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their food. It is essential for any establishment to prioritize the safety and satisfaction of their customers. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend dining at RFC

Came to eat here after a while but was disappointed in the food. Chicken was overheld and may have been recooked as it seemed overcooked and hard. Previous experience was very good but unfortunately not this time. I'm sure that they can do better

Low quality undercooked. Serve bad food to a regular customer. Want £4 refunded really. I don't think I will ever come back even though their pizza 7 inch only are okay their burgers, wraps and fries etc are low quality and apple pies are below average. They gave me a raw pink chicken wrap with deformed ugly fries yesterday. Food is either undercooked or burnt. I don't think they'll see me ever again. Will buy better food from elsewhere to eat or cook myself instead or eat frozen pizza etc as that's better than their inconsistent quality of food and service. Hit and miss. One day good food another day disgusting and inedible. Waste of money and time. Would like to get £4 refund for nasty wrap meal. Ugh. Avoid.

ordered from just eat, said it delivers in 35-50 mins but came more than an hour later. called the place and they lied to us saying that the driver would come in 5 mins, they did not. do not order from this location.

Stale/ Old Chicken burnt black to a crisp barbeque wings. Staff unhelpful. Poor customer service telling me thats their style. Never use again. Stay away unless you like food poisoning!!!!.

No health and safety here. Ask them a question regarding food safety next time your in. I asked for receipt , they could provide me one. Not clean inside at all and no gloves, hats or any protective clothing. May taste ok and not badly priced but has to have some standard's

Kebabish just opened next door everything better Quality and much cheaper. RFC IS A CON... Chicken is always dried from Burger to Wings. Hope RFC learn a lesson from Kebabish increasing prices and lowering the quality of food will not get you more customers.

Food was very bland and nasty. Not hot and delivery man dropped my can of drink. Couldn't finish both pizza and veggie wrap. Both low quality and taste gross and have a stomach ache too! Want my money back ASAP. Will never go to or order from them ever again. Refund my £10.87 for ASAP!! Justeat is also disgusting and useless.

Disgusting and unfresh poultry your running the biggest scam in harrow. Not to mention that no sane person would eat from your filthy outlet at best I would go to sizzling spice or selekt not this trashy place!.

The food is alright, cheap which is good, the tables and chairs arent too clean; there is a bit of a waiting time for the food but for the price its worth it
