Absolutely disgusting! Not sure if chicken is gone off but I took one bite from the crispy chili chicken and thought I was going to vomit. I have never, in my life, tasted anything more rancid. I will never order anything from here- this was the first and last time!!

Got a take away on Saturday from here. Was ok, had chicken chow mein, and a couple of other dishes. Don’t order the crispy beef, wasn’t very nice sadly.

Love the foods and speed the price is affordable too

First time ordering from here we have been ordering from a chinese for 3 years where we live and after tonights we have realised we have been missing the food was tasty will be using more now :)

The char siu pork is really good. Order from Wok Chi nearly every week for years now. Delivery is either really fast or very slow however food is always good.

The beef strips were very thin and so tiny i could hardly see them

I bought a chicken dish, the first bite, chicken has as strange taste to old not fresh chicken on the verge of being unable to be eaten. I made my husband try, he says don't eat it you will be sick. He went to return it, told the person there to try it, they did not want to try it and insist is fresh. He also said he could not change it for another one, nor return the money. My husband left the portion there. Will never return.

We ordered a take away last Saturday evening for delivery and it did arrive on time. As we had friends around so we were chatting and having drinks etc. After about an hour of the delivery, we started opening the boxes and noticed our crispy duck part missing. We rang the shop and were told that we had to wait which we did not mind. The delivery guy came and just thrusted the bag we opened the door and left. I just mentioned that are you not going to say sorry for your mistake on missing delivery in the first place. He was rude and said that “”why should I sorry? It’s not my mistake but the owners who did your order.”” I thought he was very rude as it doesn’t cost anything to say sorry. I got his photo and video if you need it.

Ordered from here many times but the last two times things have been missing from our order and then taken Atleast 45 mins to arrive so then the rest of the food is freezing.

Disappointing. The pad thai didn’t taste pad thai at all…. more like a fry up… no peanuts or brean sprouts either, huge and wide noodles. The dumplings were extremely salty. Would not order from them again!

Paid for a large special chow mein & large special fried but only got a regular of each.

I strongly advice not to order if they are 1 hour or 30minutes about to close! You will be charged and the food will not turn up. Then they will say they tried to deliver without any proof or clear details of when the delivery man “attempt to deliver” also funny enough they took my number wrong, they even tried to blame it on me, not giving my own telephone correctly, because the very unfriendly lady that took the order and was very rude, did not make a mistake . To make things even more ridiculous they said they brought the food back, to a place that was closed! Not happy at all. I ordered food and it never arrived and they still charged me. They said, that refunds are not possible. Never ordering again from these people. Very rude and disrespectful the lady who took the call. Wok Chi replied to my review and said. I am not a genuine customer, well, I guess this is the only thing they can say when they don’t do their job properly. I am not the only unsatisfied customer hence you only having 3.2 stars, which is very poor and my experience is another example of your poor business management and lack of customer care, at this speed and with that rude woman that cannot take orders and write telephone numbers properly … you will have a long list of “not genuine customers!”

Terrible service, our delivery is nearly 1h late and no compensation has been offered.

Called tje restaurants because it was running late. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Delivery was 10 min late. Food is absolutely delicious. The chicken chow mein has perfect flavours and the chicken dumplings are perfect to taste. It is our first time ordering from here and it's definitely going to be on the top of our list.

These guys are really good, food is great and they deliver early every time. On this singular occasion they gave me normal boiled rice instead of my usual selected egg fried rice. But do not let tat put you off, this was the first and hopefully on error. I will not even report this to Just Eat.

Most of the food was good but the crispy chilli beef was either cooked in very rancid oil or something was very wrong with the meat itself making it inedible. Strange as this place is usually very good.

Not happy, we ordered delivery through Uber eats. Says 9 chicken balls per portion, we ordered 2 portions for our family and only got 16 chicken balls. Half the food was not at a good temperature, and we paid £2.50 for fortune cookies we didn't receive. Shame because we've had good food from here before but to pay £71 for food and have stuff missing, and because it's an independent business Uber Eats will not offer us any refund. Not impressed.

We ordered via Uber Eats and within 5 mins of ordering Wok Chi called us to discuss our dietary issues (peanut allergy) they were extremely polite and full of advice - Went through the order with me again to double check there were no nuts and said that although they do prepare food in the kitchen with nuts they wash all utensils before use on different meals. Really lovely touch - food was delicious and would definitely order from them again!! Top food and Customer Service - thank you Wok Chi 😊

Small take away place, but the service and quality of the food is good.

Delivery guy called my mobie to say food in the doorstep, however there wasnt any knock on the door. when I went outside the delivery guy was no where to be seen

Only ordered 3 items. Crackers, small curry sauce and a LARGE chicken chow main. The chicken chow mein looked smaller than what we usually get as standard. It was really bland and warm not hot. Won't be ordering again. Very disappointing

I've ordered from here a few times now and I haven't had a bad meal! food always arrives hot and tasty. They have meal deals, so it's easy to feed the family. Wok Chi has become my go-to Chinese takeout place :)

Good food, this is our go to Chinese takeaway. The food is good. However they keep missing instructions to remove ingredients from our order whenever requested, they do send a replacement dish each time we call and complain but never any provide complimentary items as a apology.

The food quality was unfortunately very below par. The smoked chicken was burnt coated in what can only be described as sugar crystals that were also burnt. The satay chicken was dry with little to no satay sauce. On top of this, I have complained to Just Eat who have taken an exceptionally long time to resolve my query and compensate me, they still have not replied. Overall terrible food and terrible service from JustEat

They didn't give 20% off as promised but 10%. PLUS THEY ADD ON TO PRICE here and there ! The food was dry apart from the crispy beef. .. and prawn toast ehich has been the best I've had . Never buying from them again. Spent £70 for 2 people and most was not eaten

Easy to use app, good food, great service

Ordered at 6:30 with estimated wait time of 45-60 minutes. Ordered and delivery estimated as 7:30-7:50. At 7:50 app changed status to “Enjoy your food” but no sign of any delivery. Called restaurant and told them about app message but no food!!! They told me “Don’t take any notice of the app” !!!!!! Told me food was just about to leave the restaurant - not happy at all. An hour and a half since ordering and still no food!!!

I really like the Fried Chicken in Honey & Black Pepper Sauce. Daughter loves the Vegetarian "Chicken" Satay Skewers. Wife loves the Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style.

We had a brilliant takeaway. The vegetarian spring rolls were very nice. The curry sauce was really tasty with a nice kick. Chicken fried rice was decent. Chow mein was lovely too. We also like the chips which soft in the middle and accompanied the curry sauce well.

We have been having take away from Wok Chi for a while now. We have never had. bad dish, and we have tried quite a few by now. I can confidently say the food is delicious 😋, service is very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend 👍🏻
