Potentially the best chicken to get in Southend! It took me a while to warm up to it, you just have to find your go to meal and spice, I do recommend!

Wingstop Southend has some incredible food and their chicken wings, especially mango habanero flavour (be warned it is extremely hot!) Is my favourite. The restaurant is always clean and at times seems extremely busy but don’t let that put you off from ordering. I only have two issues, compared to its competitors Wingstop is far more expensive than Popeyes or Pepe’s, and you can find the bill racking up very quickly (I’d say around £20-£25 per person!) My second issue is that the restaurant consistently get my click and collect orders incorrect, which they later rectify by providing me with free items in my next order, however it’s not really convenient for me to make the journey and annoying that I have to check each box every time given I do large orders.

I recently visited the Southend Wingstop and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Akhil. From the moment I walked in, Akhil’s excellent customer service stood out. He greeted me warmly, took my order with patience, and ensured that every detail was correct. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my experience memorable.He was attentive throughout my meal, checked in to see if I needed anything, and handled everything with a smile. It’s rare to come across staff members who are so dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Today I visited here with my friends and it was bang on!! manager Bhavesh itself gave me all the info regarding flavours and helped me to order as it was our first visit. BANG On!!

Food nice and tasty. Small portions for this money. Large portion of chips was a joke. It was small, very small. Toilets 2,one locked so out of use. Clever as the one in use was dirty. Toilet's desk and floor was full of urine, toilet not flushed, can of drink in sink. Will I come back here again? No.

Came in yesterday with my family for a meal before the cinema and was greeted nicely at the tills after a very short time the food came fresh and was delivered by a manager called Amrit his customer service was amazing and made all my family feel very welcomed to come again soon 10/10

First time visiting Southend today and the guys at this restaurant really made me feel welcome especially tulsa and bhuvnesh, the food was wonderful and I can’t wait to return.

Narayan served me at wingstop in south end and was extremely patient and polite. His customer service is 10/10, give him a raise. I came with my family and cousins and he was very welcoming and made my family feel comfortable. Overall, the atmosphere of this branch is really nice and spacious. The water here is also very good.

Came in on Saturday, was visiting Southend for the weekend, was excited to try wing stop for the first time. Was greeted with amazing service from all staff members. Enjoyed the food, but caught food poisoning from it which was a big let down. Will not be coming back!

Meals were both amazing! But the highlight of our time was the staff especially Shiwani who was exceptional at her job thank you so much!!

1.I've been to winestop for the first time , the staff was pointing each other to serve me . Due to which I waited 10 minutes on counter. 2. When I food arrived cheese fries smelled horrible , when the lady came to ask I told her but she just smiled and went away. Rather than to fix the order . Sooo pathetic service and staff. Food is nice but is it worth the amount they charge ? No, its a fast food place and very expensive, the staff are very friendly but it's very noisy inside the store, attracts lots of teenagers which is fine but if you're after a quiet bite to eat then avoid like the plague, I bought for 3 people last night and cost nearly £50 for a takeout, ridiculous pricing and no meal deals to help bring the price down and if there are then the staff don't tell you this and neither does it show them on the menu board. The food is quite nice and it was freshly cooked and very hot, portions are reasonable but if you're charging the prices that you do then don't undercut people on the chicken wings and use tiny chicken wings and in particular the ones with 2 little bones and a miniscule piece of chicken in between, chicken wings in reality are quite a decent size but like other chicken of a similar type they cut the wings down into small ones to make more money. I probably won't be back unless you change to having meal deals or increase your chicken portions but I will say it again that the food was quite nice. Your counter staff or the woman that served me was very polite and very welcoming so hats off to her as she was probably one of the nicest people I've had serve me.

Food was tasty and the portion size wasn't bad. Not much variety on the menu though as I'm vegetarian so there wasn't anything except fries for me to eat. It's a touch over-priced but my kids really enjoyed it.
