Food was lovely and it took less than 10 minutes to arrive. The server Louise was super friendly and very helpful when ordering! 10/10! Would recommend

Food nice and tasty. Small portions for this money. Large portion of chips was a joke. It was small, very small. Toilets 2,one locked so out of use. Clever as the one in use was dirty. Toilet's desk and floor was full of urine, toilet not flushed, can of drink in sink. Will I come back here again? No.

Came in yesterday with my family for a meal before the cinema and was greeted nicely at the tills after a very short time the food came fresh and was delivered by a manager called Amrit his customer service was amazing and made all my family feel very welcomed to come again soon 10/10

First time visiting Southend today and the guys at this restaurant really made me feel welcome especially tulsa and bhuvnesh, the food was wonderful and I can’t wait to return.

Staff are always very friendly, especially Tulsi who has served me on multiple occasions, and goes above and beyond to ensure i have a great experience. Food is always perfect, even through delivery.

Tulsi was amazing, I came on the 7th August 2024 at 6.00 Tulsi was so helpful and made sure i got my food quick and making sure that we had everything. Tulsi was so helpful when asked what she would recommend and all staff are so friendly

Narayan served me at wingstop in south end and was extremely patient and polite. His customer service is 10/10, give him a raise. I came with my family and cousins and he was very welcoming and made my family feel comfortable. Overall, the atmosphere of this branch is really nice and spacious. The water here is also very good.

Came in on Saturday, was visiting Southend for the weekend, was excited to try wing stop for the first time. Was greeted with amazing service from all staff members. Enjoyed the food, but caught food poisoning from it which was a big let down. Will not be coming back!

Meals were both amazing! But the highlight of our time was the staff especially Shiwani who was exceptional at her job thank you so much!!

1.I've been to winestop for the first time , the staff was pointing each other to serve me . Due to which I waited 10 minutes on counter. 2. When I food arrived cheese fries smelled horrible , when the lady came to ask I told her but she just smiled and went away. Rather than to fix the order . Sooo pathetic service and staff. Food is nice but is it worth the amount they charge ? No, its a fast food place and very expensive, the staff are very friendly but it's very noisy inside the store, attracts lots of teenagers which is fine but if you're after a quiet bite to eat then avoid like the plague, I bought for 3 people last night and cost nearly £50 for a takeout, ridiculous pricing and no meal deals to help bring the price down and if there are then the staff don't tell you this and neither does it show them on the menu board. The food is quite nice and it was freshly cooked and very hot, portions are reasonable but if you're charging the prices that you do then don't undercut people on the chicken wings and use tiny chicken wings and in particular the ones with 2 little bones and a miniscule piece of chicken in between, chicken wings in reality are quite a decent size but like other chicken of a similar type they cut the wings down into small ones to make more money. I probably won't be back unless you change to having meal deals or increase your chicken portions but I will say it again that the food was quite nice. Your counter staff or the woman that served me was very polite and very welcoming so hats off to her as she was probably one of the nicest people I've had serve me.

Food was tasty and the portion size wasn't bad. Not much variety on the menu though as I'm vegetarian so there wasn't anything except fries for me to eat. It's a touch over-priced but my kids really enjoyed it.

This is genuinely the nicest fast food I have had - the wingstop style house fries are so lovely with their sweet and salty flavour and the garlic Parmesan tenders blast KFC out the water. All freshly cooked, juicy and hot.

Popped in here for the 1st time over the bank holidays. Couldn't fault the food or the service. Only issue for me was the fact the music was far too loud, struggled to hear the staff. It was loud enough for us to struggle to hear each other talk during dinner

By delivery I spent £40 on two milkshakes, chips and burgers for it all to be cold and them also not supply straws. If you buy from Wingstop just get the boneless and chips because nothing else is really worth it.

Tonight they were mobbed with what seemed to be deliveries because the dine in wasn't that busy, it was my first time there and we had to wait 50 mins for the food. The wings were borderline cold and dressed with the sauce/rubs poorly. Tenders hot, fresh and juicy but also dressed poorly, fries were good. They apologised for the wait, the staff were kind considering the stress they seemed to be under, just overall big disappointment. Will 100% try when less busy and hopefully it's on point.

Customer service was amazing. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the lady serving us was so friendly. She put extra chocolate in the shake and make it herself. Best milkshake I’ve ever had! The chicken was so nice and lovely flavours. Great service.

I have ordered a meal via deliveroo this evening as a little surprise for my daughter for her birthday, deliveroo did not deliver and said they had called and contacted us, which they did not, (which I can prove) when I asked deliveroo to provide evidence they could not. I called Wingstop for assistance, to be told this is not their issue, and were not able to help. Not the service or behaviour I expect. I am not being refunded. Daylight robbery!.

I took my daughter there not my kind of thing but anyway she ordered her food and she couldn't pay by cash so I used my card which wasn't a real problem really and waited for her food. I went to the toilet and it was disgusting which made me feel sick and just as well I wasn't eating because that would have put me off! I didn't bother going after that! As my daughter was eating a homeless person came in to use the toilet, don't get me wrong I do feel sorry for them but to allow them to come in in a place of dinning shouldn't be allowed which put my daughter off eating, the staff did say no to him but went and asked her manager who obviously said yes he could use it! After that a couple walked in and they looked off their face and went straight to the toilet, so I guess this is where the homeless and drug users come in just to use the toilets. After seeing this my daughter didn't want to stay so I asked the staff if we could have something to take the rest of her meal away which she gave us a box. I noticed other people in the queue and eating weren't happy either. My daughter said she wouldn't want to go back here and was worried about catching something there, like myself! I think they need to look into this and how off putting it can be for the rest of us who want to enjoy our meal in a clean and safe environment!
