Wingstop Southend in Southend-on-Sea

Both times I've been in, the service has been great, Akhil was super friendly today and I can't fault them, they're always really helpful, and have always good ideas when you can't make your mind up on what to eat!

Great food, amazing service and lovely staff!

The food was delicious like always however the only thing that really brought it down and kinda made me and my other half uncomfortable was as soon as a member of staff came to grab a tray literally seconds after we finished he started to ask us to do a review(which is fair enough) but he continued to pressure us standing at the end of the table asking us to do it now and asking us if we knew how to do it and wasn’t leaving until we unfortunately had to say” we don’t feel comfortable feeling pressured to do this said review” I am writing it however just to give a warning or speak to staff members on how to speak to customers. We unfortunately won’t be returning to this Wingstop location

when i went, i was treated by ishika and she was super nice and attentive and gave us a great experience.

I was served by Ishika and she provided a smile, positive vibes and a fun atmosphere to my wingstop experience.

Ishika is very accommodating and the service was fantastic. The food was given fresh & pretty quick.

Ishika was a very nice worker there. She serves us politely and was really friendly with us :) We loved our experience there! The food was good (especially the loaded fries) and the whole experience in general was amazing

Had a great visit to Wingstop Southend! Ishika was super friendly and made the experience even better. The Louisiana Hub Burger was yum😋, the Voodoo Fries had a nice kick, and the Spicy Korean Q Wings were a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. Will definitely be back!
