Excellent customer service especially from staff name Kawsar. He served us at the till. Strongly recommend Garlic burgers and chips without cheese and crispy chicken wings. I would love to go back next time with my family.

I went out for dinig with friends and we were served by Kawsar just on the floor. Excellent service by him. Food is awesome too.

Our server was Binley. He came with our food well fast which was a bonus. Too bad his haircut was rubbish. Oh well you live and you learn told him to get it cut on the way out and he said he would so let’s hope he’s a man of his word. Overall good experience

First time we’ve been to Wing•Stop Bernard checked on us throughout our stay. Very friendly. Very fast service. Now. I’m a spice wimp. I can handle 0 spice!! So I went with the Lemon one and BBQ. It was amazing. Definitely coming back again.

The quality of the food was shockingly poor—especially considering the £47 I paid. It arrived cold and stale, which is completely unacceptable. Deliveroo only refunded £9, which doesn’t reflect the extent of the issue. At Wingstop, the waiter showed no remorse and initially offered a complimentary meal as compensation. However, this was later reduced to me having to go in and collect the same meal—minus the chips—as they apparently account for the £9 refund. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience this level of customer service, particularly during a cost-of-living crisis where value and accountability matter more than ever

Ordered through Deliveroo and through no fault of Wingstop, the food arrived late and cold. I called to see if anything could be done, and Tulsi was on it. Tulsi was on the phone to Deliveroo at the same time as me, and was incredible at jumping between both calls. I got my refund through Deliveroo and received a phone call from Tulsi letting me know I could order again. Incredible customer service, and such a personable person. Such a lovely experience :)

My partner and I come to the Southend Wingstop quite regularly since it’s local, and we’re always happy with the food. The flavours are great – there’s a good range to pick from, and everything we’ve tried has been really tasty. The staff are friendly and the service is always spot on. Prices are fair, and the 25% NHS discount with a valid ID is a nice bonus. It’s easily one of our go-to spots in the area. Special thanks to Tulsi for looking after us on our latest visit – really lovely service!

Tulsi was at the counter was so lovely, she explained the new flavour to help me understand & didnt make me feel like i was silly for not knowing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, plus the food is amazing.

Sometimes the music can be a bit loud but food and service are always very good. Also super clean, they always ask if everything is alright and keep the store tidy.
