Weymouth Kebab House in Weymouth and Portland

We ordered an XL kebab. It was no larger than the L kebab we ordered the week before. We also asked for the salad to be in a separate box but that didn’t happen. Very tasty nonetheless.

Chips were missing from my partners kebab, restaurant wouldn’t answer the phone when I rang, I’ve requested a refund. Won’t order from here again

Food is usually good, but this time it was late, cold and was missing the cabbage.

My partner treated us all to a family meal as a bundle, the food was lovely, not greasy, the meat was gorgeous, even the chips were great! We had a delivery, and it was spot on, delivery time was pretty quick, the food arrived hot and fresh and defo worth the money Thanks guys we,ll be back no doubt. A1++++

Never turned up after 1hr 30 mins. Chased the restaurant twice and promised it was out for delivery but never turned up so cancelled order. Staff not very helpful

Driver was on phone and was rude and held down my ringer till I opened the door what only took me like ten seconds and they also forgot my drink so called them and said they would call me back as the driver could have left it and then never got a phone call back or my drink

asked for extra chills but only got two got three pepsis but was supposed to be pepsi max but everything else was delicious and lovely

This place is by far the best kebab place I have tried since moving to Weymouth. A tidy well presented place. The 2 Gents serving were also polite & presented. The food I ordered was brilliant. Fresh cut Donna meet, fresh salad all placed in the bread as it should be. Prob my new kebab house 😋

plan kebab didn't taste right and looked different to normal. wasn't the nicest to eat

just ordered food for me and my friends and iam absolutely disgusted. firstly, two out of 5 meals didn’t show up and only refunded half the amount that was owed. Out of the three meals that did show up they were all cold. And the worst part of all the curry cheesy chips had balls of CHOCOLATE or some sort of chocolate in them. Iam appalled by the service and the quality and do not recommend!

Mixed Donner Medium . I ticked 10x Cucumber, Lettuce , Onion , Tomato . 8x Mixed cabbage .Chilli and Garlic Sauce. What i received . 90% Donner Lamb 10% Chicken , Very Very little salad and sauce . NOT GOOD. Very Dry.

Let's get this straight- the food was great but it's the only way I can put this as a bad review as the courier forgot my drink-when questioned he was like " oh well I don't carry drinks " so he then said he will go get it and bring it back ( a 5 min car journey) he said he would call when outside and ofcourse never heard from him. it's the principle and that's why I'm annoyed and disappointed with service.

Although the order was on time it still took nearly an hour to arrive. Organic chicken donner was full of grissle, very disappointed, worst chicken donner I've ever had.

food took 2hrs from order to delivery and arrived cold,wouldn't order again .

Just eat is stating my order has been delievered and this is incorrect information, I placed the order at 19.39.. it’s now 21.02 and I’m still waiting for my order.. ok so order has just arrived at 21.05 and it’s finally arrived! It shouldent take this long on a Thursday night even if your busy. No one should wait this long, it’s a shame because the food is good, it’s the delivery that lets them down major. It stated enjoy your food.. your food is delievered at 20.35, that’s completely incorrect

This used to be our go to place for a kebab as the food has always been lovely, however a few weeks back we waited over two hours for our order, so we phoned them to cancel as it was 10pm which they were more than happy to do and said they would refund us... We are still awaiting the refund and when we went to order today, it was rejected *sad face*. If you get your food then you probably won't be disappointed!

1 hr 45 minute late. Once arrived chips very cold. Did not even acknowledge how late it was on delivery and that I had to contact the shop to remind them of the delivery. I don't plan to order again

Restaurant is clearly manipulating their times! The app said enjoy your food an hr before we actually got it (not just eats fault it’s the restaurant that update it, don’t be fooled) 2 hrs we waited. When phoning them was told it’s on its way it was 45mins after the call. Poor drivers get the brunt. Usually good but last few months I’d avoid!! I had to cook for younger ones as hungry ruined family take out night.. again! Food was cold and to top it off it was wrong. Full refund asked for.

Unusual for them but one and a half hours late for delivery. Cold and ended up in the bin.

I really like the food from here, it’s the best tasting kebab in Weymouth, but I ordered it at 8.10pm, and it dident arrive until 21.48 and was not hot atall, I’m sure there’s a valid reason for this, but I couldent eat it without heating it up

order took 1 hours 30 minutes to come when good arrived it was stone cold. It was delayed twice on the update page. salad(peppers cabbage and cucumber) and cheese missing of both kebabs.

Chips. Love chips. They don't do them even though it says it does. It does frozen fries. Disgusting. Say fries I won't order. I won't order again. The kebab that came with my inedible fries was mediocre, probably cos it didn't come with chips. Did I mention the lack of chips? Oh I did!

Delivery was 30mins later than the latest suggested time, and the guy who delivered didn't apologise, we asked why it was late, he just said he didn't know & left, still without apologising. Chips were cold & chewy, clearly bottom of the barrel. The kebab had barely any chicken in. The burger was tasty but had a soggy base. Hadn't ordered from here in a while but never had any problems in the past. This was a poor show and a total waste of money.

Order took 2 hours to be delivered when it finally arrived was missing a kebab, called the restaurant who assured me they would get it sent straight out…never arrived ..worst service ever, still trying to get refunded …

Waited 2 and a half hours for food to arrive, when it did had missing items, said they would deliver the rest of my order so waited about an hour and a half but never did turn up. Called them multiple times but didn’t. Pick up. Really Bad Customer service

Most consistently good kebab on just eat. Good portion sizes. Ordered around 12 times and have never had a bad experience. Would recommend.

Decent kebabs, need to read orders better though, I ordered one with cabbage, no tomato and got tomato,no cabbage. The other kebab was with no sauce and got loads of chilli so could only eat half.

Still the best kebab house in Weymouth. The best doner meats, very tasty and perfectly cooked, the freshest salads, perfectly toasted and cut pittas, unbeatable chilli sauce, the best quantity and overall value for money and the best service of delivery. 10/10

Jamie Oliver notoriously charged £18 in his restaurants for a plate of beans on toast. You can pay a fraction of that price to receive an absolutely massive mixed kebab, stuffed with meat and flavour, which is always delivered with care. Spot on as always WKH!!!

Over priced. Been short changed a number of times. Or had to pay for items again already paid for. Such as chips. Never going there again. I would advise you to go elsewhere. There are far better places to order from where the food is better and far greater value and the staff here blatantly steal from customers. They have lost our custom and we will never be going back.

Never again will I go here. Nice food. But too many times have me and my friends been ripped off. Some of us do not even drink. Either by not being given the correct change. Or by paying for chips which they do not serve you. If you do not notice the missing chips, or any other item and leave you have paid for chips that they have not served you. If you do notice the chips then they say that they have not charged you for them and charge you again. You take them for face value and they play on it. I have never complained about it, but enough is enough now. They mostly work in cash which people support them by giving them cash. But they do not give you a till receipt and play on the fact that you will not question them. If you are stupid enough to still order from here get your phone out and itemise the bill exactly, unless you can do it in your head and make sure that they charge you correctly and that you have a record of what you have ordered and paid for. Because it is mostly for only a few pounds people do not really care and just pay the extra and they will try it on. Personally they have lost all of our custom and we are local and there are nicer places to eat and better value. I would advise you to go somewhere else and not to give them your custom. Go an eat in a nice restaurant somewhere and have some proper food and better service. Especially at what these people are charging you.

Food never turned up, rang restaurant for 10 minutes they never picked up

hasn't arrived, called the shop, and was told they'd been busy and it was on its way, that was over half an hour ago, won't order from them again. its nearly 2 hours since ordering

we ordered food on this app ... they said it would be here between 8.10...8.30... (50min ) I sent them a message at 8.45 as thay said it was delivered and it wasn't .. I then got a reply saying it would be here by 9.05( this was only 2 kababs on a wensday) that would have been 1hr 30mins for 2 kababs.... still no food so I rang them at 920 ( nearly 2hr after our first odear) and they said its on route... .. very disappointing.. Will not be using them again.. 2hr for 2 kababs is just unacceptabe

The worst kebab place I have ever tried! The lamb kofte was uncooked and the food was overpriced for nothing! 6 pieces of falafel costed £6.50 with no dips or sides! Save your money and go anywhere else where the meat is atleast cooked! Uncooked lamb is totally unacceptable! Honesty I didn’t want to even give 1 star to this place!

Food was warm, and deliver was made to the back gate and not the front door. Had better service the first time we ordered from here...they actually delivered hot food and found the front door!!

Big problems here with delivery, rang up and I swear the guy didn’t even know I’d ordered on line so waited another half hour after already waiting over an hour for a 40 min delivery. Chips were crap definitely dipped in oil again to reheat, so greasy. Wasn’t the warmest when it eventually arrived but was hungry so had to eat it luke warm, this place used to be decent but not anymore.
