as Always food and drink cheap and cheerful, excellent service staff always happy to help. for example a typical round of drinks for 4 was £15.00 anywhere else £32.00 +, need i say more.

Jedno z miejsc poleconych nam przez Polkę, która na stałe mieszka w Londynie. Puby wetherspoons charakteryzują się brakiem muzyki, wiec mimo że występują pod różnymi nazwami - łatwo je rozpoznać. Jedzenie dobre, smaczne, duże porcje, rozsądne ceny. Polecam burgera z wołowina (zamówiłam burgera z kurczakiem i mięso było nieco zbyt twarde przez co jadłam nożem i widelcem).

Estive com minha família visitando este PUB, que fica ao lado da Torre de Londres (onde se encontram as jóias da Rainha) e da icônica Tower Bridge (ponte-báscula). O PUB é grande com muitas mesas, porém está sempre cheio, por conta dos produtos que serve e em especial, dos preços baratos (em comparação com os demais PUBs). Não se preocupe em esperar por uma mesa, pois a rotatividade é grande. A variedade de cervejas - Ale (aquelas das torneiras de metal) é grande e é possível experimentar um pouquinho de cada uma antes de efetuar o pedido. O atendimento é bom, apesar da grande quantidade de clientes (tenha paciência, aproveite para descansar os pés). Os pratos em geral são bons e baratos (veja as fotos do cardápio). A decoração é típica londrina e dispensa comentários. Para aqueles que amam Londres (como eu amo) é inenarrável sentar-se num pitoresco Pub para saborear uma boa cerveja inglesa, enquanto se aprecia a vista do rio Tamisa...recomendadíssimo !!!

Repas et boissons pour 5 à 30£! Bon et bien servi même si ce n'est pas gastronomique. A côté de Tower Bridge difficile de faire mieux!

Não podemos dizer que é a melhor culinaria de Londres, mas com certeza é uma das mais baratas! Ja fomos la varias vezes e voltaremos! O Wetherspoon é uma rede de pubs, que varia o nome, mas sempre tem o nome da rede junto para voce identificar. Todos eles estão sempre cheios pois tanto a pint (chopp) quanto a comida tem um preço bom comparado com os restaurantes de Londres. Um combo de burger + fritas + onion rings + chopp, por exemplo, custa cerca de 7,80 libras. Ja comi la tambem a costela com barbecue, a tradicional pie (tortinha tipica) e gostei! La tambem servem o Full English Breakfast. Pra quem quer economizar e comer algo nao muito light, vale a pena! Ah, em todos eles voce pede e paga no balcão, o garçom apenas leva quando a comida estiver pronta!

Its hard to complain about this place. The prices really mean that almost anything goes!However, we went in with a largish party and were served pretty quickly - remember though its self service ordering at the bar. Also remember, that you generally get a drink with your order of food. We mad that error TWICE and ended up double paying on drinks!Food OK... drinks OK.What is there to complain about?

if you are in the city this is a good place to put your legs up drink an excellent beer at cheapest prices going , drink the guest bitter, and eat typical wetherspoons food, its not great but its eatable, and the kitchen is clean. I like mornings here , definantly a place for a drink and a bit of food, food is very cheap , go for the theme food everyday

I ve been in lots of wetherspoons' pub, all of them are unique for their space and furnishings. Nice food for a really convenient price. not all of them have the same quality but most of them has...i suggest the Hamburger menù that will fullfil you, beer and fried chips included for less then 10 pounds!

We came here for a beer and some food. the sevice is fast and the burger was actually the best one i had this visit. It came on a large plate and not mushy or gooey. a real burger. Beers are cheap.

Overall appearance was a let down the tables were dirty full of glasses , dirty plates and sticky tables. The bar was pretty full as normal in a Wetherspoon pub. The staff appeared to be struggling with service. We sat near the window but it was too cold with the air conditioning so we moved to a table near the bar. We always enjoy the food in Wetherspoons so decided to stay but this was a big let down as the place was in a terrible mess. Hopefully this will change and restore the reputation of Wetherspoons but I would not advise anyone to go into this bar at the present time.They need to clean up there act.

Si vas a Londres , es visita obligada un Pubs pero y si vas con niños? La verdad que es más difícil ; está la entrada prohibida ya que venden alcohol En estos Pubs que son una cadena la mayoría no hay problemas para entrar, es una buena opción. La cerveza tienen varias y diferentes y los precios bastante buenos En cuanto a la comida te ponen desde el clásico "fish and chips" como hamburguesas ,pasando por típicos platos de la gastronomía británica Buena opción para comer y pasar un rato agradable

Spotted this as we came out of the underground station to visit Tower of London. As there was five of us (we all fancied a drink) called in here and decided to have lunch too as you can't go wrong at a Wetherspoons for value. Tables needed a bit of a clean, but great service and a nice pint as always. On the plus side, a nice view of The Tower!

Popped in the metropolitan after Tussauds. It was great, not too crowded, found a table easily and Natalie was very helpful when ordering our meals. Despite my autistic son using inappropriate language in her presence she was understanding and reacted towards him in a way not to cause a meltdown. We had an enjoyable meal. We chose steak, chicken strips and chicken/rib combo. We've been there before and will probably go again when we're in the area next time.

Catena di Pub economici. Cibo ottimo, varietà di scelta, tipici Pub londinesi. Bella atmosfera. Veloci nel servizio. Ampia scelta di birra. Provati più volte e senza mai deludere. Prezzi vantaggiosi. Da provare!!!

Siamo stati qui parecchie volte xk il cibo è molto buono e i prezzi anche! A pranzo è circa 5.70£ -7.70£ per un panino/toast/burger con patatine (o insalata) e una bevanda. Da provare assolutamente è la chocolate fudge cake (3.75£ per una porzione gigantesca)!

We popped in as its just across the park from Towel Hill station and you get a lovely view of the Tower,Bridge and river...if you can get a seat near the window. Normal Wetherspoons menu,and prices aren't too much more than your local Spoons prices. My husband had the chicken and rib combo and I had chilli con carne. Both meals were OK,chicken was little bit dry for my husband and my rice was clumped together (see photo). I'd of complained if the bar wasn't 3 deep and down some stairs (as I'm recovering from a leg injury). Very nice decor and a busy atmosphere. Worth a pit stop visit.

Ci sono vari Wetherspoon pub in London e in tutto il uk. Caratteristica che li uniforma è il listino del cibo, lunghissimo e dettagliato. Le birre invece sono diverse da pub a pub. Fantastico il trovare le birre a pompa gustose e finalmente non ghiacciate e che si sposano con il pollame o la carne da mangiare. Fanno anche un delizioso fish & chip. Per essere in london é Very cheap. L'iniziativa più interessante è il fatto di fornire a seconda del giorno della settimana una combinazione mean dish & birra anche a sole 9,90 sterline, pranzo completo a così poche sterline a Londra ve lo scordate. Per esempio il martedì è il carne alla griglia day, e cosi via per gli altri giorni a tema diverso. Da provare e provare ancora... Fantastico anche per l'atmosfera brithis che si respira all'interno.

In giro per Londra a bordo dei caratteristici bus a 2 piani siamo scesi alla fermata vicino al museo delle cere dove e' sito questo pub. Il locale è molto ampio, carino e dispone di numerosi tavoli. Il menù è ricco di varie scelte, sia di birre che di specie di carne, veramente buone e gustose. Servizio veloce, piatti abbondanti e rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio.

Every time i was in london i was there! Near Tower an english tipical pub... full of all kind of people! A lot of kind of beer there i usually drank a London Price... it' s the pub tht a prefer in london centre....I love it!

We were tired, hungry and it was raining. The thought of a good hamburger and a dry place to stop and rest was on our mind. We'd heard of good pub food & went inside. No one acknowledged us. We found a waitress & asked if she could clear a table for us. She did. We ordered food & waited. All of the condem containers were empty. The salt came out too freely. Our food arrived & I sunk my teeth into the burger. It was terrible. It was dry & thin. It was from a frozen patty. Either the patty or bacon was burnt. I tried to put ketchup on it, to hide the taste, but the bottle was all but empty. It spit on the burger. The onion rings were from a frozen bag. The Philly Steak was skinny & dry. The ribs looked odd. They were not moist or sausy. The mixed grill chicken was dry; the lamb was tough; the sausages & beef were okay. I put a french fry into my Jack Daniel Sauce & got a suprise. It wasn't BBQ sause. It was Jack Daniel with a hint of sugar! I was glad my kids hadn't got a hold of it. As hungry as I was, I only managed to eat half the burger. The kids thought that everyone around us were "old". It wasn't a hip joint. We didn't order dessert, because it would be out of a frozen box. If you like frozen food, then by all means you'll like it. If you like to drink, the food might be better.

Well placed for any visitors to Madam Tussauds this Wetherspoons is large in a heritage building with a ceiling full of heraldic shields. We visited twice during our weekend stay in London as the food is reasonably priced and good sized portions. We found the staff very helpful as my Mum is in a wheelchair and had to use the lift. Ladies – do use the toilets on the first floor. While looking a little tired the design is something from the art deco era.

O lugar era bem amplo e acho que pedi a pior opção de comida: era um tal de christmas meal, achei meio esquisito, mas devia ter pedido algo mais comum, talvez fosse melhor. As cidras e cervejas são excelentes, vale ir lá para beber. Sempre tem alguma promoção o que torna o preço das bebidas e o das comidas barato pra Londres.

Just around the corner from the Grange City Hotel and the Tower of London, we found this to be a great place for breakfast. The prices are very reasonable compared to some other restaurants we visited on our London trip, and the food is great. Their coffee is really good, too. I wish we had been able to stay in London longer...we certainly would have gone back for another meal. It's a beautifully decorated pub style restaurant with friendly staff, really good food, and great prices!

Walked in for breakfast and seated ourselves at the window was a great view of London bridge and surrounding areas, look at the " Breakfast Club" menu which was fantastic value, myself and a friend decided on the " BIG BREAKFAST" which i think was around £5,90 ish , consisted of sausages hash browns eggs toast , beans tomatoes and and mushrooms and bacon , literally couldn't eat it all there was so much food , but it was well worth the money spent as i was pleasantly surprised how good the quality was. drinks were a good selection although i kept it simple with a fresh orange although prices for teas and coffee etc looked good too.... definitely going to a Wetherspoons again i just hope the next chain i visit is just as good :)

Always enjoy visiting a Wetherspoons whenever we are away from home. dont think they can be beaten for price on either food or drinks. The staff are very nice and the pub itself is very clean and tidy. would certainly recommend

Pub, posizionato vicino alla Torre di Londra ed al Tower Bridge offre un ambiente rilassato, informale. offre pacchetti economici con birra a scelta. Portate abbondanti e ricche. Cibo ottimo carne cucinata bene e buona. Raccomandato decisamente. Ps il servizio al tavolo è presente a metà quindi, le bevande vanno ritirate personalmente al bancone. in ogni caso è un posto sempre pulito. l'ho trovato ottimo. Ci tornerò.

We visited the pub while in the baker street area. Its in the classic weatherspoons style. Large open spaced, cheap drinks, tall ceilings. You can definitely relax and unwind there. The drinks are cheap and it is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Il solito menù promo con bevanda inclusa . Con 17 sterline abbiam preso Veg burger e chips, fish and chips due bevande medie e un bagel. LePorzioni sono belle abbondanti. Il servizio è rapidissimo!!!

Great pubs/locations,ate a few meals at camden,a new'ish pub,it's called' The Ice Wharf 'great location/pub/food/priceshad a meal and a couple of pints at 'The Liberty Bounds'Tower of London Locationalso'The Gate Clock'at Greenwich'again,great location,leave the DLR station,turn right,walk 50 feet,there you are!all are recommended.if l must choose a favourite........Camden,for the ambience,location great!

Asked several guards at the Tower of London where they would eat good, cheap food and they all said Wetherspoons. Did not disappoint. Had a great special that day with pint of beer included. Great food, free wifi and helpful service. I had a lot of questions about the beer offerings and was treated with courtesy. Like most Irish pubs you order at the bar and give your table number. Atmosphere was pleasant, busy and had lots of locals. Would go back!

Ho cenato in questo pub il 28 marzo 2014... dopo una giornata passata a passeggiare per Londra arrivi all'ora di cena con una fame tremenda e parecchio stanca... così abbiamo optato per un posticino vicino all'hotel (Novotel London Tower Bridge) su suggerimento di un signore che lavora in un chioschetto di hamburger davanti alla fermata della metro Tower HIll...Che dire... tipica atmosfera da pub inglese :) Bellissimo :)Funziona così: si occupa un tavolo, si ordina al bancone indicando il proprio nr. di tavolo, si paga in anticipo e in un batter d'occhio si viene serviti al tavolo! Personale gentilissimo, per chi non sapesse troppo la lingua, no problem! ad ogni turno c'è sempre un ragazzo italiano pronto ad aiutarvi! :)Si spende circa £ 20/25 per 2 coche e 1 bottiglietta d'acqua, 2 hamburger come quello nella foto e 2 dolci... Meglio di così cosa c'è??? :)Ai bambini viene dato un piccolo album da colorare e pastelli a gogò.Meta fissa del prossimo viaggio a Londra!!

Ottima la qualità della carne e il rapporto qualità/prezzo.Ho speso di più in un fast food in confronto al bellissimo Pub Wetherspoons in zona Tower Bridge.Davvero ottima la carne e bella location.

I visited here for a pint of beer on a Saturday afternoon, and its a standard wetherspoons, and reasonably priced als..

We had booked a table here before visiting the nearby Docklands Museum. We were served promptly and our orders were brought to our table. The soup, all day breakfast, baked potato, chicken Caesar salad and other dishes were all acceptable. Pleasant surroundings with super clean loos. What more can you ask for?

We are veery familiar with the Wetherspoon pubs; wanted to try their Robbie Burns' selection. The service was excellent; the wee dram (Glenmorangie) ditto and the hagis and neeps just as they should be BUT the tatties were, obviously, instant mash re-heated in the microwave - they looked pathetic and tasted typically instant mash ... come on, folks surely it doesn't cost more to have real potatoes turned into mash - the ambience of the pub is great; lots of assorted seating types with or without table; some high etc etc. We were confused by the listing in the Directroery, however; it is the "Marylebone" pub but NOT as we discovered, at Marylebone - we phoned to confirm it was the Marylebone pub and that they had the Burns' menu - we might have then been told the location - hopefully the polite barman took my request for benefit of future prospective customers, to just ad the info!
