Westwood Café in Sandwell

Busca cafés en la zona y elige este. Lindo café, el desayuno estaba muy bien mostrado en platos y delicioso también. El personal era agradable la espera tampoco era malo. Solo abajo es un poco pequeño, pero aún así recomiendo 👌🏽

Descubrimos este pequeño café hace aproximadamente un año y estábamos encantados con la calidad de la comida, el servicio, la limpieza y la adición de golosinas gratuitas como chocolate caliente y fruta fresca servido antes y después del plato principal. Por desgracia, todo esto ha cambiado. Desde un café vibrante y alegre que recomendamos a nuestros amigos Nuestras dos últimas visitas nos encontraron diciendo a la camarera que las bandejas en las que se entrega el café estaban muy sucias y hoy nos dieron menús que eran pegajosos al tacto. La comida no consumida quedó en la mesa, un derrame accidental quedó en el piso hasta que solicitamos que se limpiara y más tarde vino una camarera y secó el piso con toallas de papel y sin lavarse las manos, siguió sirviendo! Lo sentimos, pero ya no le daremos al Westwood nuestra costumbre. Lo que fue un comienzo prometedor ahora se ha convertido en una decepción

Mis experiencias recientes en Westwood han sido muy pobres. Me encantaba allí y era mi lugar favorito, pero la gente que solía trabajar allí ya no parece estar allí. Definitivamente se puede ver que el servicio ha ido cuesta abajo debido a ello. La señora delgada de las cajas es extremadamente grosera. Se ríe de los clientes y no sabe cómo comunicarse con ellos. Se equivocó dos veces. Las últimas veces que he estado, mi comida ha tardado más de una hora en servirse. La misma señora de las cajas tuvo el descaro de servir mi té frío. No se sirven tazas grandes de té 40 minutos antes de que llegue la comida (que era el orden equivocado), se enfría en cuestión de segundos. Es absolutamente impactante. No voy a volver y sin duda se lo diré a todos mis amigos también. Tengo una página de instagram dedicada a la comida y le avisaré a la gente para que no vuelva a ir allí.

Oh dear, what has happened to Westwoods. 45 minutes wait for a coffee, 60 minutes for food. The cafe was full, however takeaways seem to come before live customers. The staff seemed to be confused who had ordered what and when. Please bring back your normal Iranian staff.

Our friends brought us to this cafe for brunch and we enjoyed the English and Persian breakfasts very much. Our table was overflowing with food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we look forward to enjoying it again the next time we are in Birmingham.

Absolutely delicious. Can’t fault this place. Will definitely be returning. The whole experience was mesmerising. Staff friendly, handing out complimentary hot chocolate shots. The breakfast was to die for!

Amazing place. Food is 10/10 . Seating is very limited and quite hot inside as it’s small, but the food and staff are perfection!

This cafe has a lovely atmosphere and lovely food. Good and friendly service from Mobina and other members ☺️ We always enjoy our time eating here!

Absolutely beautiful food. Plenty of choice. Clean and welcoming. Diverse and cozy. Best coffee I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back again. Small amount of parking outside. Relaxing atmosphere. What more could you want from a local café.

Randomly found this place when we was looking for somewhere for breakfast travelling back from Birmingham to Bristol. What an amazing little find!! It's been a long time since we've been to somewhere and felt so welcomed. From the moment we arrived the service was second to none and the little added extras made such a difference. We all had coffee and a Full English and it was delicious, great size portions and definitely good quality ingredients. If ever we are back up Birmingham way we will 100% be stopping off.

I live local and this a fantastic place. The customer service is the best I have come across and the food is fresh, is of excellent quality with good size portions. It is a pleasure to visit. The decor is warm, stylish and modern.

We stumbled across this place and must say that we will be adding this to our regular places as it was that good. It’s quite small inside so expect to queue or squeeze in, but it’s totally worth it. There were 2 adults and 2 children, and first they bring over complimentary samples of hot chocolate with a jug of water and biscuits. We ordered 2 breakfast items and 1 panini and they were faultless. The Persian breakfast was superb, so filling but comes with a lovely side salad that just cuts through the richness of the cheesy eggs. With all our meals in front of us, they bought over our drinks, followed by a lovely little bowl of complimentary fruit. I certainly got my 5 a day in this meal. The menu is superb and we will be coming back to sample some of the other dishes. The people that run the restaurant are attentive and friendly. The perfect hosts. Bravo.

I am lucky enough to live local and this is my go too. Love the atmosphere, the staff are always super friendly and the food is always lovely and fresh. Coffee and tea choices are amazing. The service is first class. Took my parents today and they were very impressed. Keep it up guys ur the best......always always busy so that only speaks for itself.

Visited Westwood for the first time a few weeks back on a recommendation of a friend. I’ve been weekly since my first visit. The food is superb, the decor is gorgeous and the staff are just lovely. You can usually park right outside (or on a side road which is a short walk) for free. My Dad who likes coming with me too is quite immobile so this is a big bonus for me. The prices are really reasonable and the portions are really generous. It’s lovely that you get little complimentary drinks or fruit with your food. A really nice touch. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Visited for the first time to try their coffee. The coffee was very good and the service excellent. We will definately be back.

Lovely little café. Amazing food and reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning in the future to try some of the other items on the menu. The decor is very on trend with all the plants and foliage.

This is a fab little cafe run by lovely staff. We tried their new "milk cake" which came with pistachio sauce. It was lovely and moist and very tasty. Big shout out for Amir very welcoming to customers, loveley smiles and service from Nasrin and Donya for making the best Flat whites and Cappacianos in Birmingham.

This place is outstanding. Great value excellent ambiance and above all superb food. All of the staff are intent on ensuring customers have a great experience. Thank You. I wish other cafes could follow their example

Amazing decor and inside even lovelier. Great vibe Service was excellent so friendly and accommodating Free refreshments in between beverages. Really lovely place

This place is a little jewel in Quinton, the food is very good and reasonably priced, the coffee is perfect 👌🏼 I’m hard to please when it comes to coffee so they are already a winner ! The menu is simple and offers freshly made dishes, some traditional breakfast and also Persian options …. My favourite is the Persian or Greek Omelette and if I am having some of their delicious cake I will go for the Persian Tea. The lovely thing about this cafe is the little touches , the jug of mint infused water you get your hot drink , or the saffron sugar stick and rose bud in the Persian tea. The hospitality is the best I’ve experienced in Europe!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This cafe is so reasonably priced and the food is amazing - one of the nicest cafes I have ever been too. Great choice of food too. I’m sure the cafe will continue to get great reviews and definitely a little gem everyone should visit.
