Wenzel's in Barnet

I usually go to my local Wenzels in Brent Cross for coffee and sandwiches with my friends sometimes 3-4 times a week. We really like the coffees and everything. Today I went there and I asked for chicken panini hot and we went outside having coffee waiting for my Sandwich. It took so long and I went inside asking for my sandwich, there was this lady her name was Alice I think ( she was a manger apparently) in very rude way she said we don't bring the sandwich to you and her face was so upset. I said you could at least wave at me that is ready. But she just didn't care . I understand that is not restaurant service but at least I expect better. And to be honest there was never issue before . In the end my sandwich was not hot anymore. I told her I will write a complaint she replied please do , she just didn't give a dam. Probably I won't go there anymore just because of her .

Friendly staff with great atmosphere and refreshing food. Slightly expensive but delicious food. Even added in extra sauce when asked

Pedí dos panecillos de tocino y encontré un pelo. no hizo ningún intento de disculparse ni ofrecer un reembolso. Totalmente disgustado con este pésimo servicio al cliente. por favor revise su comida a fondo antes de salir de la tienda.
