I’ve tried pizzas from various places in the Edgware and Mill Hill area, but nothing compares to the deep pan from Pizza Hut Mill Hill. The quality has remained consistently excellent over the years. Their collection deals are not only affordable but also a great value for money. On top of that, their service is impressively quick – even though they mention a 15-minute wait for the order, but they make it ready in 10 minutes.

i ordered 6/7 items from this branch and 3 were missing and the cookie dough was smashed when i called a girl called PUJA answered and was very rude and she tried saying i can get it nexttime when i already paid £10 plus for the items and she hung up and didnt answer 3 times after 1/100 service she is extremely childish and rude i am debating if i should come there right now and get my refund. Buy pizza somewhere else.

My experience at Pizza Hut was very very impressive when I went for a collection. They provided me with a quick service and also very nice and helpful staff as I need to amend some changes in order and they did it especially the manager Badal Patel did very excellent job. Today, I visited Pizza Hut for a takeaway order and was highly impressed. Pizza came 15 mins late and the food was incredibly cold Called up a few times to find out where my order was, the staff really didnt give the impression that they cared in the slightest And my drink was never delivered the first time ADD: ordered again (27/06/24) as friends wanted some pizza, been "out for delivery for 35 mins now, and cold (their tracing system doesn't work and the drivers not picking up), so had to ask them to update (not worth it, its a dead end) , been told they'll be asked to come back and fresh ones made (my hopes aren't high at this point (along with it saying its arrived when it hasn't)) they cut the phone off several times after me asking whats going on, seems par for the course going off the reviews I get through (after several attempts) to who i think is the manager, who's pissed off with me for trying to call through so many times (wouldn't have to if the problems weren't there to begin with) the replacement arrives and its just as bad, until the quality improves dramatically (my hopes really aren't high at this point) they've lost another customer and Reccomend everyone else AVOID!!!!!!

Despicable service and experience. Ordered pizza at 22:00, tracker was marking as delivered at 22:30 even though it didn't arrive. Called the Pizza Hut Mill Hill for an explanation and the girl on the phone mentioned they had an issue with the delivery guy. They sent the pizza at 23:45, overcooked after reheating it, cold, and soaking wet. The pizza ended in the bin as that thing wasn't even edible anymore. Tried to contact them for a refund and they refused it. Absolute disgrace of a place. Avoid at all costs.

This place is a shambles. Quite simply the worst customer service ever experienced. They don’t answer their phones, the order was 1 hour late, food was obviously cold and they take no responsibility of their absolutely shocking service. The staff are totally incompetent and I would honestly suggest not to order from this Dump.

I went to the store and ordered my pepperoni pizza and potato wedges for take out! There is a small seating area that can seat max 3 people as you wait. The highlight is that the staff was so kind and caring and listened to all my doubts!

Been a few times, staff answering phone did not care about the order at all. Not well managed. Parking is always an issue on the high street

Takeaway Pizza Hut. Used to be better quality but it has dropped in the past 6 months or so. Barely any topping on the pizzas. Very greasy

Second time ordering service from this restaurant on Ubereats, this time order placed at 7:30 and food arrived at 8:56, the food was cold and driver said not he’s fault after monetarily him on Uber app, going past my address several times, will never use this service again and don’t recommend it.☹️

It's a shame we didn't see the reviews before ordering our pizza as, had we done so, we wouldn't have bothered. Like many we are very disappointed. We ordered online and had to call an hour later to chase it up despite being given a 30 minute delivery time, finally arrived after another half hour. The Pepsi was warmer than the pizza, which was undercooked and rubbery, we ate very little of it. Quite the worst pizza I have ever ordered. I should like to point out that I am reluctant to give bad reviews, but this one really just had to be written.

Had to wait 2hrs for delivery, keep calling them their phone constantly busy. My husband went to the restaurant to explain the situation and still had to wait another 30mins for the pizzas to be ready. When at last he brought the pizzas home all toppings were wrong and missed up. Very disappointed.

I would say it's not even 1 star service that we have received from this store. We ordered pizza online and paid for it online at around 19:45 and received a confirmation of our order with the expected delivery time of 20:15 to 20:25. We waited till 20:45 after which we started to try calling the store in order to find out what was happening with our delivery, their phone was showing to be busy. At 21:15 me and my son drove to their store where I explained the situation to their customer service attendant who said that the manager Ahsan is not there. He took our order again since my son has severe allergy to diary products and we made sure that they understood everything. We were told that they will make it as soon as possible. We waited 25 minutes and around 21:50pm nearly more than 2 hours of waiting we were given the pizzas. While we were waiting someone else had made a complaint about their food and to our shock they telephonist confirmed that they will make fresh pizzas and will send it to them, however in Urdu/Hindi he asked the pizza maker to reheat the previuosly made pizzasa and send them to the customer. We couldn't wait to get home and have our food, when we got home once again we were more disappointed to see that they had made my son's pizza completely wrong they added topping that we had never asked for. My son had to remove the unwanted topping eventually he ended up with a plain pizza from which he only consumed 2 slice. Extremely disappointed with this store

Horrible experience with this branch. Second time that I have ordered and it is delayed. The first time I was unable to contact the store because the phone wasn’t ringing, the second time the attendant was hanging up on me. Awful experience and I am definitely not ordering again.

Delivery never arrived, forced to go to branch to find out what had happened with the order, as their phone lines didn't work either. Refused refund even though the pizzas weren't delivered. Appalling customer care, avoid this branch.

So me and my bf went to get a pizza yesterday, in the evening. And for me personally it was my first time eating from pizzahut. Very kind staff, and i love their salad 🥗. They are very understanding and good communication 🎀 . I also love the pizza. Hawaiian is my favourite but i totally loved the crust on both pizzas. They were done tasty 😋. After half an hour seating to pick up my order, manager has asked me what was my order and they've realised my order hasn't been placed. So another long waiting for my order to be ready. And this was the collection not for delivery. Not happy at all

Had a fab experience collecting my pizza from this branch. Ordered from here before and the pizzas always taste great. Arrived early for my collection time so they put it in early and brought it out within 15 minutes. Great service and we'll definitely be returning.

I order pizza frequently from this branch and I'm one of the witnesses, who can say that quality is on a free fall. The order was about a pepperoni pizza, they have delivered a margherita; the cheese pizza bread thing was not properly baked just toasted; on top of this, the delivery staff went around the Moon before arrival, so the food was not hot, just a little bit warm. If you can, avoid this branch.

Placed an online order for delivery scheduled for 20:00 PM , the delivery came in late at approximately 20:37 PM , had to call the store to check .... also the food was cold , will not use again

Had a delivery from these guys yesterday (7 July). I have already complained to head office yesterday about it. The guy who delivered pizza to my house, oh boy, I am going to call Barnet Health and Safety Inspector. Why? The delivery guy, when he came his exact words WHILST SWINGING MY FOOD IN HIS HANDS was "Can you catch because I will THROW THE FOOD TO YOU?" Yes theres a social distance going on but if you are willing to throw the food to me I am willing to bet you throw the food around in that kitchen and I bet the food has been on the floor, picked back up and put back onto the pizza, DISGUSTING

A great place to have pizza delivered from ... if you love squashed pizza! Ordered pizza and it arrived very quickly which was great but it had been packed with another order on top so was completely squashed and torn when we opened the box. The driver didn't care and neither did the store when we contacted them to complain. Shockingly poor quality pizza

Covid: I live outside delivery zone. Instead of pick up I parked outside called them to place my order. Pizza was then dilivered into the boot of my car. Simple no fuss and hassle free. Very happy with service

Order turned up after an hour and a half. Much work needed training staff on how to deal with customers when they call up frustrated at how long they can reasonably expect to wait for their food. Overall bad experience - not even worth 1*.

Just ordered 2 large pizza on thin base and it come not what i was expecting if 1cm its thin then im wron and the peperoni pizza was so wet on the bottom so the paper box was like someone put oil on it pizza had taste of paper box sorry but it was my last order from you guys

Ordered around 8pm and after 40 minutes I became slightly impatient so I called the restaurant several times and the girl on the front desk was completely useless, kept lying, and sounded like she was lazy and didn't want to know. Spoke to the manager a few times to ask where it was and he kept making up excuses on the spot i.e. the driver got lost and that the order would come in the next few minutes. On top of that they kept either putting me on hold or putting the phone down on me when asking where my food was. Waited two hours for the food and it never came so made a formal complaint to head office about this disastrous experience. Don't know how the manager or the front end girl have a job since they couldn't work customer service to save their life.

After an hour of waiting gave up tried to cancel. Staff told me I couldn't have my money back only got my money back after driving to Mill hill to get my money back
