Raw meat which they feel is acceptable, myself husband and son all had a burger each, bother their burgers were cooked no pink, 1 of my burgers was pink almost red the other cooked all the way through. Mangers response oh this is normal and how we serve or burgers, this is how 5 guys are to, I’ve been to five guys multiple times and they have never been pin not even slightly As the store didn’t care I sent an email to head office only for them to say we will reach out to the store 🤣🤣🤣🤣

They serve pink undercooked burgers. I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service, however this is near impossible. It’s seems they have total disregard for food hygiene and standards. Not checking food temperatures Not complying with food handling Avoid!

Well what can I say!!!! I was so looking forward to having lunch at Wendy’s but how disappointed was I!!! Absolutely horrendous portion sizes were so small and the quality of the food was disgusting!!! Overpriced rubbish!!!

We visited the new Wendy’s store in Peterborough and were blown away by the great team working there! The chips were great and the burger was everything you could want and more! So much better than the others out there. Thoroughly enjoyed our date night. We’ll be back

I wouldn't usually leave a review for something like this, however, I am not happy with the customer service. I bought a spicy chicken burger meal for me and my son, I opened the burger and there was a fly on top of the lettuce. I re-joined the drive through so I could take the burger back, and I was only refunded for the burger. I feel like for the inconvenience I should have been refunded for the meal that I bought. My son was happy with his burger, and it didn't affect him the fact that I had a fly in mine. However I think it was very cheeky to only refund me for the burger when this put me off my meal completely.

Went here for Valentines day due to me and the trouble and strife and the little misery liking Wendy's.They had a special offer on that gave us 2 burgers,20 chicken nuggets,2 fries,2 ice cream and unlimited drinks, got extra fries and drink for the little misery as she would be eating the chicken nuggets.Great food,served hot and quick. As ever the Dave burger moist and so tasty I went and got another which was served very quickly and brought over to the table. It seems this Wednesday deal might be running for a while so will be planning to go back next Wednesday.

This place is utterly useless! I have never received such bad customer service from a fast food restaurant in my life! I had ordered breakfast from Wendy’s from just eat and it said it had been delivered but I never received the food. I obviously contacted just eat but I knew they wouldn’t get back to me straight away as it was thru email. On the just eat app it also says you can contact the restaurant. I tried ringing Wendy’s 4 times and they didn’t pick up so I decided I will go out my way to go speak with them and I had hoped they could resolve my issue. I went to Wendy’s and I had explained the situation, on top of that I had also informed them that I’m a type 1 diabetic and it is important for me to eat after I’ve taken insulin and how this will effect my health because the driver never delivered my food. There was no empathy at all from the manager Ian I had explained having a health condition and he didn’t bat an eyelid. I had explained that I had spent 23 pounds on food that never came and his response to that was “you can pay again here if you want more food”. Absolutely disgusting customer service from a manger and I couldn’t believe it. I think its horrible how they have dealt with the problem especially because I have a health condition, I explained to him if I don’t eat the food then I can get unwell and he told me if he was in my position he would just buy the order again? Wasn’t helpful whatsoever, had no empathy for the position I was in and he was just looking to make an extra sale in a situation that was sensitive to someone’s health!

Shockingly bad drive thru experience, I genuinely can’t remember worse. First the cheapskates don’t have - screen where you order, so you can’t see the price. Then the server didn’t think to tell me the price (fool), I’m then in a long queue of cars, waiting to get to the simply hopeless mixed pay and collect hatch. Then their hopeless IT, not helped by their even more hopeless staff didn’t know my order. Bewildered by this farce I called over the manager who was even more clueless and when I finally found out the price of a coffee and a cheeseburger, it was double the price I expected!! In fact it was more than a meal deal! Ridiculously bad and such a shame, as I was big a fan of the brand, having eaten at Wendy’s in the US and Canada. I was looking forward to this visit but am now annoyed by the utter incompetence of it all. So I cancelled the order and drive off in disgust!!

I ordered a combo, basic burger and chilli fries, which tasted like watery spag bol with beans, no taste of chilli at all and was luke warm! The burger was barely mediocre, not worth the money. The kids chose kid meals, n cheesy chips. One enjoyed all of it, the 2nd didn't like the cheesy chips "coz they look discusting* I won't be returning.

Popped in just after this site opened in Peterborough to see what the fuss was about. Ordered drive through, large Baconator meal about £12 so not especially cheap but burger and fries were both very good, and filling too. I'd come back definitely.

Awful. Only accept card payments. No seating went though drive through. Staff talking about problem infront of me at window. Have 2 vouchers in. Overcharged as burger should have been free, charged at half price, got home to unpack order and missing the suppose to be free burger I was charged for!!! I did also mention to the staff member taking payment that his overcharged me, he continued to talk to other staff member about issue in restaurant and said no he hasn’t overcharged me. I tried calling as I couldn’t drive all the way back to speak to someone, phone rang for over 10mins, twice, as he didn’t even listen to me first time I said you overcharged me. Thought why was he going to listen now?? Not giving me my full order after I was overcharged!!!!??? Service awful, taken more money than they should have and not giving me correct full order???!!!!!! Best make sure you have money on your card, check your order before leaving and don’t expect that great customer service. For a new place, this felt like a let down and kids were looking forward to it. I went without a burger and paid more than I would have at kfc or McDonald’s. Let’s just say I won’t be returning anytime soon. No call regarding my refund or my complaint. Appaulling to think this place is new too. Get better service at the corner shop.

Had the Baconator with Baconator fries. The fries were good and definitely the highlight. It’s not that the burger was bad, the patty just didn’t taste of much. Overall wouldn’t go back in a hurry

Having loved many meals from Wendy's in the US, I arrived at Wendy's, Drive-in, Peterborough, with only one car in front of me. I patiently waited to be spoken to, I gave my order, then told to drive to next window which I did. A young girl asked me what my order was, I politely replied, 2 double Dave's 1 with diet cola, 1 with a vanilla frosty and a triple Dave with choc frosty and baconator fries. I paid £34 and pence, expensive but hopefully worth it. Well, where do I start, after I'd paid, I was given my drinks- disgusted to say the least, the frosty cups where small child's portion, I was given both of them without lids nor cup holder, I had to ask for lids (bearing in mind I went through drive-in), then I had to wait, lots of people in the kitchen laughing and having fun, not much serving going on, eventually a server(female) started putting items in a bag, then taking them out, put what looked like 3 half portion boxes of fries in a bag which she left in front of the open window(wind blowing through), slowly two burgers in a bag then what I think was the baconator fries, waited a while(bag still in the open window) then another burger, the girl walked away, came back then thought it would be ok to hand the food to me. Well, it certainly wasn't, when I initially politely confronted her and her lack of service, with attitude she put her hand in the bag said "everything is still warm" I didn't accept her attitude nor rudeness. A guy whom I presume was a manager came, he tried to give me an explanation that the front till was broken and the girl was doing blah blah, not my problem, my food had been left in the cold, which certainly isn't acceptable, he immediately offered to replace everything, bearing in mind I'd already waited almost 30 minutes for nothing, I requested a refund, which in fairness he gave me. I advised him that his staff need retraining in customer etiquette and respect, which you do get at other burger chains. The moral of this saga, I will NEVER return and I will be sure to let my friends and family know about my experience, so they can avoid the venue like the plague.

Thought I'd try the new Wendy's in Peterborough (as I am not a fan of McDonald's). I used the drive-thru and it was painfully slow. I had a chicken burger and fries. The chicken was a bit soggy and barely warm. It probably would have been nice if it had been hot and crispy, but it had clearly been left in the wrapper for some time. The best thing about the burger was the lettuce and tomato which were crisp and fresh. Overall I was pretty underwhelmed and didn't think it was particularly good value-for-money. I doubt I shall visit again.

Order was late when I phoned the person on phone wasn’t friendly, I was told 10 more minutes ended up waiting over and hour ! The cheese cake arrived frozen solid ( will have to wait a day to eat it)
