I ordered from this restaurant and received horrible customer service. I was verbally abused over the phone when the issue could have been sorted with a civil conversation

It’s an average Chinese takeaway, better price than some places, good rice. Nothing amazing, but exactly what you want. Use the alleat website to order. Had it about 5 times now, always been a good standard.

Great every time. Must have ordered at least 10 times by now — no complaints. My go-to for Chinese food!

This is my local Chinese takeaway shop & one thing I can say is the food is banging. My family & I always order Chinese food from here and we are never disappointed.

ORDERED FROM JUST EAT.Absolutely disgusting. Every item cold. Chips cold and hard. Pancake rolls were soggy, undercooked, cold inside vile. Chow mein 'stale tasting and cold and sloppy with unidentified bits in it. Couldn't believe that this place sent out this. Appalling. Have now seen 2 pictures of their back room from another post and it shows a worker with a large broom sweeping a dirty floor AND right next to the man sweeping was another person on floor delving into a bucket of chicken 'slop' on the floor! JUST EAT AND OTHERS MUST INVESTIGATE. ALSO THE COUNCIL HEALTH INSPECTOR MUST INSPECT WANG FA . I FEEL SICK JUST THINKING ABOUT THIS.

I ordered few different dishes from deliveroo and none of them were particularly good. In all dishes there was barely any vegetables, even though they are included in the dishes. Pad Thai was overly sweet. I will not be ordering from here again.

Got a takeaway from Deliveroo, foolishly going by the ‘very good’ review on there. Very inexpensive, for good reason. T he ‘duck soup’ was basically watered down, instant stock with a couple of sliced carrots and some meat. No idea what the meat was, but was vile, fatty and chewy. The prawn toast, I imagine, had been reheated and were soggy around the edges.

We ordered a takeaway on deliveroo and it was bad. "Chicken" was spongy and everything was over salted and not very nice.

if you're looking for your standard english style chinese food, relatively cheap. this is for you. wont blow you away but it fills a gap now and again

Ordered a red Thai curry and a duck and cashew nut from this restaurant and it was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The Thai curry had absolutely no flavour and was very watery. The duck and cashew was flavourless, duck was over cooked and chewy. Very greasy and overall disappointing.

Great food, excellent quality. Would definitely recommend and order again - new favourite!

Food texture was totally off especially the kung Po. It wasn’t even battered , they should definitely have a description so you know what to expect...and the beef was a total unexpected texture from what I’m used to ... quite disappointed for the price I paid!

The order arrived 35mins late after we received the notification that it was on its way. I understand deliveries can be held up so I rang the restaurant after it had been 20mins delayed from which I was told the order would be with us any minute. The order then arrived another 15mins later. The noodles were terrible, the ribs were very dry and overall just disappointing. Such a shame for a planned cozy night in.

so it looks as though the delivery guy must have dropped our bag of food, because the curry sauce pot had split into the bag. the sauce and oil from the duck dish leaked too. both of the cans of drink had dents and one was leaking. Considering you charge one pound delivery the guy could have had the decency to check the food was ok after dropping it. also chips were soggy and the paper bag they were in were wet and ripped from the steam inside the bag. overall average food which wasn’t helped by the poor condition in which it reached us. phoned to complain, lady wasn’t interested and told me to wait while she shouted at someone in the background. told me to call another time to speak to the manager. pretty disappointed tbh.

the mixed meat udon noodles are amazing the king prawn spring rolls are delicious the prawn toast is incredible I am so impressed portion sizes are great delivery was good good polite customer service will definitely be saving to ‘favourites’

I really enjoy the food from this restaurant, however I received the wrong item in my latest order. I called them up and asked for either a replacement or refund but they completely refused. I ordered tofu and received prawns instead, which meant that I had gotten meat instead of the vegetarian tofu. If I had been allergic, I would have died. Sadly, I will no longer be ordering from their restaurant.

Good evening, I sent an email almost 2 weeks about the terrible service I received on this order and have heard nothing back which just adds insult to injury. My boyfriend and I decided to order a takeaway on the night of Jan 1 ahead of heading back to work the next day. When the order was over an hour late and we had called the restaurant several times ( no answer!), my boyfriend eventually decided to go to the restaurant to see what was happening. He was told they had not received our order and hadn't even started making it! This ruined the last night of our Christmas holiday - we were hoping to have a nice, quiet evening with a take away and an early night ahead of work the next day - we ended up awake till midnight by the time we had eventually received our meal (my boyfriend had to collect it!!!) and eaten it. This poor leaving of service left us extremely frustrated and the fact I had no response to the complaint email I sent even more so. I would like a full refund please. Thanks & best, Faye Parker

This has to be the WORST takeaway experience I have ever had. I ordered a vegetarian Singapore fried rice. I wrote 'no egg and vegetarian' in the special requests. I received the rice with chicken, pork and shrimp mixed in. I called the restaurant to correct the issue and was told I was have to bring the food back to the restaurant and pay £2 to have the food cooked again. I proceeded to return the food to the restaurant only to be told that by writing vegetarian, the lady who took the order believed this meant 'no vegetables'. I lost all confidence that they understood the needs and requirements of preparing a vegetarian meal and asked for a refund. I was told I would need to ring hungry house to arrange this. After speaking to a hungry house adviser, I was told that payments made in cash could only be refunded by the restaurant and that hungry house was only the middle man in cash transactions. After 2 hours of going back and forth about the meaning of the word vegetarian and being refused a refund, I saw something that turned my stomach. In the kitchen, I saw the cooks preparing chicken in a tub on the floor NEXT TO a man sweeping the dust from the floor directly onto the chicken. This is the WORST Chinese takeaway I have ever visited. If you enjoy quality food, prepared in a sanitary way, DO NOT VISIT THIS TAKEAWAY. If you are a vegetarian, please STAY AWAY, this restaurant do not understand what vegetarianism means and I am sure they do not prepare vegetarian meal in a meat free environment. Absolutely disgusted!!!!

Ordered 4 takeaway dishes. None were edible. Every dish was cold, over cooked, mushy and tasteless. The noodle soup was even missing the liquid. We complained and got nowhere so cooked something ourselves. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Utterly shocking service. Our order was due 20:10 and arrived at 21:30. A total of 2.5 hours from ordered to delivery. We received no updates from the restaurant at any stage and the app said it had been delivered on time, even though it hadn't. The restaurant phone was permanently engaged. We only managed to get through twice in the space of 1 hour. First time we managed to get through the lady who answered was completely unapologetic and then went to check on our order's status and then never returned to the phone! We stayed on the line for 10 minutes before hanging up, and surprise surprise the phone was then engaged again for the next half hour. The second time we managed to get through (about 21:15...) they said it was finally on the way. And only then did we receive any sort of apology. If we had managed to get through earlier we would have cancelled the order, but it had got so late we didn't see much choice but to just wait it out. Food was ok when it arrived but we were so hungry by this point we probably would have eaten anything. We won't be ordering again.

Egg fried rice and vermicelli noodles were nice and it was reasonably priced but we ordered two vegetarian mains which were both unpleasant and frankly inedible. Wouldn’t order again.

They had originally scheduled our food to be delivered one hour after we ordered. However it was half an hour late and on the orders section of the app it said it had been delivered on time. When it did arrive it was mostly cold, which is a shame because the taste was good.

Restaurant accepted my order then TWO HOURS later they “closed” so I had no food. called them and they picked up but no one answered so I could hear them taking orders in the shop. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT FOOD.

We ordered the bento box and banana fritters. It was all really tasty and arrived quickly!! Good temperature, but the sweet and sour chicken had pineapple in it, which isn't for everyone but my friend liked it. Also appreciated the free prawn crackers. Would order from this place again!

Delivered fast, food still hot, but I couldn't eat it. Asked for no onion and garlic and picked dishes which can be done easily without any onion and garlic such stir fried noodles and chicken wings. Unfortunately all meals contained lot of onions therefore I couldn't eat any of it. Wasted loads of money. Can't order again from here.

We recieved the wrong food so called them and we spoke to the same guy that said we should wait he will deal with it and the correct order will be sent to us. we waited for half hour and was told it's coming soon then called half hour later and the guy said sorry we're closing now and that we should contact just eat for a refund. I contacted just eat for a refund was told will receive but I still have not so in the middle of dealing with that now. Poor service and communication.

One hour fifty minutes to deliver and when chased via livechat the agent said restaurant would be another hour. Quicker to go to a supermarket fifty miles away buy the food, go home and cook it over a cigarette lighter and eat it rather than wait for this lot who only had one driver and no clue

I asked for no egg and extra peas in one and extra egg and no peas in the other chicken rice and they completely ignored my request! Food was just ok not the best I have had. I'm not in a hurry to order again!

Food was pretty tasty, rather nice portions however we ordered prawn crackers and they failed to deliver those with our order. We gave them a call and they couldn't deliver them so they offered credit for our next order, as if we'd order from them again when they can't get our full order right, and it took them forever to agree to a refund for the prawn crackers.

I'm allergic to it and luckily didn't touch my "veg fried rice" and low and behold my sister finds a shrimp in it! I'm utterly disgusted and don't think I will be using this app to order food anymore as the food I have ordered from it has been of shocking quality for the price that we are paying for it!

I have been a customer for over 8 years but this will be my last order. For the last 5 orders the Hot and SOUR soup has been very sweet. As this is my favourite item I no longer want to be constantly disappointed.

The food was terrible, from the freezer, had no taste and soaked in soy sauce. The coke did not come and they said, sorry the driver gave it to someone. They asked me to ask Just Eat to refund the money!! Terrible!! I will never order this shoddy takeaway. I wonder who are those given this place a good review! Were those are revenge review, to delude others to make the same mistake like them?
