Food took 1 and a half hours to come for 1 lamb doner, chips and a drink and was cold by the time it came

The guys food and service isn't great anyway but its just round the corner from me and when i do want to order the guys closed the shop down. How the hell does somebody close his shop down for days sometimes weeks just because he felt like it but doesnt even bother leaving an answer machine or mark as closed on just eat and google, they realy dont give a shi....!

Very friendly customer service. Extremely good value. £6.50 for mixed donner meat & chips which comes with nice chips and good quality meat. Highly recommend.

Phoned in order rude custoner service ever Worst kebab ever . Said oh my after i place my order like i am greedy said he could not find my road. He did not say how much how long.. .So i did not think my order was on its way lucky i did not order elsewhere Kebab got delivered and the delivery driver did not have card machine. So had to pay online i was not told they did not have card machine . Or i would have gone in or taken money out delivery driver was also rude. Kebab not worth the money at all. Hard chips, soggy bread and watery salad and only looked half the size it meant to be . Waste my time and money . Inconsidorate and rude . Never again id give less than one star if i could

Just been in and ordered a donner and chips . There was no sign of life from the grill or the fryer. The staff were arguing violently among themselves. I was served with a bad attitude and I took my food home, it’s probably the worst kebab I’ve ever tasted. The meat was dry and over cooked probably from being kept warm on a heated plate rather than being cooked fresh. I will never go there again and would recommend others to steer clear . Awful!!!!

Absolutely disgusting... never again would I order from this place, food was freezing, dry and tasted like garbage. I asked for sauce in the pots, they put the sauce on the food. The pitta was soggy. I asked for salad and only got lettuce, tried to ring the kebab shop when I'd received food and no answer even though they wernt closed for another half hour. Foul foul kebab worst I've ever tasted in my life. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered two Ferrari kebabs in-house (the most expensive mixed grill). Was asked if we wanted chilly sauce, so asked if I could have it separately to put on when I got home rather than my expensive dish being flooded, to which I was told it was free to have it added or a pound to have it separate. Obviously queried this to then get into a full on argument over the cost of chilli sauce and electricity. Mentioned customer service and asked for a refund due to his argumentative behaviour to no avail. Tbh put it straight in the bin. Will go back to perfect kebab from now on. This guy needs some lessons in customer service. No stars here.

What an experience, great customer service on the phone call to order the food, even better food quality, NOT. The doner kebab we ordered had dried up grease at the bottom of the container. I wonder how long that was sitting for before I ordered. Will not use again

The owner or manager was very rude. Don't ask for separate salad it's NO NO. Food was plenty full but lamb donner tasted off. Chicken donner was like trying a new meat. (Lots of squirrels in Walton) I would never go back there. Sorry

Tried to order multiple times and ended up cancelling, if you cant be arsed to confirm order after 20 minutes you clearly don't need my money

Had to order through just eat extra 50p,Onion rings were not delivered. Try to get through to shop but no answer. Unfortunately chicken was terrible dry and has been for a while. Salad was very sparse. Chips stone cold - sorry will be changing shops. Just eat refunding onion rings.

Normally not bad but today it was very poor. Was in a hurry, needed a quick something to eat so ordered a chicken doner. It was just horrible.

Ordered a Chicken Donar with salad and chips. No salad, chips were soggy and no chilli sauce. Chips were reheated and oily. Will not use again. More interested in there delivery person than customers.

Our Experience was Extremely Poor, the Staff were rude and took 2 hours to get to us, we called them after an hour and 20mins and they hadn't even started cooking then when they finally showed up said it was our fault and didn't apologise also our food was Cold!! Would Never use them again!!!

Ripped me off I ordered two large lamb shish about 7 or 8 months ago but they sent me chicken instead because they didn't have any lamb left but they still excepted my order knowing that, they point blank refused to refund me my money back even though I hadn't touched the food and was trying to give it back.

Order was 45 minutes late (it took a total of an hour and 50 minutes), and missing items. When I called to ask this to be rectified, I was shouted and sworn at. Eventually they agreed to send the missing items, which took a further 50 minutes (now totalling to two hours and forty minutes). Some how they couldn’t find our address for the second time, so they called and essentially told me that I don’t know where my own home is. The food was cold and very very greasy. Terrible service, very mediocre food. Will not be returning.

Always good and quick only issue they don't take card

Ordered 2 pizzas and chips and they were all disgusting and inedible!! Pizzas were over cooked and chicken on pizza was hard!!!! Chips had been reheated!!!! Phoned to complain and man was really rude. Wouldn't replace the food so had to order from somewhere else. Oh and was over charged too!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Stay clear of this takeaway!! It's the worst place in Suffolk, they got my order wrong, then lied to just eat and refused to give me a replacement or my money back even though I hadn't eaten any of the food, they literally may of well robbed me. I cannot not stress enough to stay clear of here! Dishonest thieves with appalling attitudes!!!

Food tastes good, but portion sizes are not consistent and regularly they get the order made totally wrong.

My favourite kebab shop in town,open till late,friendly staff,delivery available..

Pathetic if you want a takeaway that only delivers half of your order then when you ring up to ask where the other half is and they give you abuse this is the one! Food tastes like it's been scrapped out of a bin as well, I wouldnt even give this hole 1 star to be perfectly honest. REALLY BAD, DO NOT USE!!!

I asked a hour and 20 minutes for my food not happy because I rang up and they said 10 mins so I rang half hours later and they said no the driver haven’t picked our food up yet not happy at all !!!!!

Usually good but if they get it wrong they will not help! They say next time but you want what you ordered and paid for. No customer service....not normally a complainer and tried to explain we like their food. But partner didn't eat cause they wouldn't change It!!!!!!

Ordered a medium kabab and got half a box 1/3 meat and 2/3 salad! Very poor value for money! Called and complained but told what do you want me to do about it, I just answer the phone! Shame they just lost a regular customer!

Told in the wrong when THEY cook the wrong food! Refunded and told they won't cook the correct food as we're in the wrong for ordering wrong. Then says I can get you the phone recording but refuses to get when saying ok get it then. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Big kebab on pita bread?. Had to construct my own kebab as all the meat was just lied on top and the salad just on the side. Meat was quite nice though. Would rate 3.5
