Wai Kee - Antrim Road in Belfast

Just got delivery waited over hour 15 mins on arriving and chips salted chilli chicken was soggy and cold phone the order at 7.15pm came at 8.20pm so I rang them ask for my money back which they agreed guy came back to collect and charged me delivery fee for returning it so I rang back not paying delivery fee for no food and soggy food at that and I'm not like that I always give tips but he got very aggressive cursing and swearing I'll never order again that no way to talk to woman grown man behaving like that afraid they have lost good customer shouldn't have to deal with aggressive driver and why would you pay delivery fee to return cold food your waiting hour 20 mins on not impressed won't be back

They are a very good Chinese, lovely chips

The Wai Kee food now has went badly downhill used to be so nice plenty of chicken and really tasty but I think the old chef has left and the prices have went up something shocking

Been getting out of this Chinese all my life the food is good but prices are far too high!! It's a disgrace £5 for curry fried rice Delivery is £2.50 Also you now have to spend £20 or more to get free crackers!! I have decided to boycot & go else where its a shame as i know they have lost alot of customers now including myself

I have used wai kee for years desk staff are always lovely but the food we got last night was not great and it has got so expensive

This place used to be lovely but now its seemed to have changed. I'm not sure if staff has changed but food seems quite okay now although still nice. It not really my first choice anymore but it ok . I suppose depends on what you want really but something different now about the food. The staff though in place are nice.

Its CHEAPER to eat the lunch menu at House of Zen!!! I've been getting out of Wai Kee for years now. I have to say it's a great Chinese and have never had a problem. Went tonight and they have clearly put their prices WAY up. Had chicken balls with rice, a special fried rice and a portion of noodles. It came to £23.30, ( basically 2 meals and 1 side order) For a takeaway that is very expensive, £4.50 for a portion of noodles??? There are plenty of other Chinese takeaways in the area just as good and much cheaper. Very disappointed at the sudden hike in prices. Unfortunately I will have to find somewhere else. Clearly their utility increases are all being put onto the costumer.

Absolutely disgraceful the prices you are asking in here . Use have put your menu up by 25% or more. Use are using the excuse that the price of products are rising but use are the only place in the north of city doing this . With the price of living already rising fast now people who treat themselves to a Chinese once a month can't do that from your place now . Use made a clean fortune over lock down with being aloud to stay open and j didn't see use lowering the price of your menu. Greed is going to come back and bite you. And to sum it up the quality of your food is Terrible. I strongly recommen that no one order from here. And the menu use are advertising online is a old menu so use are false advertising!!
